11 The trick in the mirror

After regaining consciousness, Yi Yan felt that he was once again submerged in the thick ink-like darkness.

This time he did not panic. He clearly felt that the chill around him had disappeared and the monster left his side.

Then he took out his cell phone and tried to turn on the flashlight.

The moment you press the lock screen button, your phone is like a dead thing that has lost its life, lying quietly in the hands of the embers without any reaction.

"What's going on? The battery is out?"

Yi Yan's heart sank. He had noticed before that the battery level was still around 70, so this would never happen.

With skillful operation, Yu Yan tried to turn on the mobile phone player and increase the volume to the maximum.

A sweet female voice came from the phone.

It's too dark here and the light from the phone can't be transmitted.

That's probably the only explanation Ember can think of.

"Brother Jin? Brother Jin, are you there?"

A hand beside him grabbed Ember's right hand and said.

"Wang Hu?"

"I heard the sound of you playing the song. I thought my phone was out of battery. I was alone in this place. I was scared to death." Wang Hu held Yu Yan's right hand tightly and said with a hint of panic in his tone.

"This place must be abnormal. Our mobile phones are not out of power, but the light cannot be transmitted at all."

Ember said in a deep voice.

As for where this place is, he doesn't know much.

The only impression I had before was that when Xia Li looked up and saw the ember, a smile appeared on the corner of her mouth, and then her eyes went dark.

"Plop! Plop!"

While the two were discussing, there was another sound of falling.

Yi Yan quickly pressed the pause button and signaled Hu Zi to be silent.

Then he closed his eyes, and his keen perception constructed a scene along the direction of the sound.

In a closed space, people kept appearing from all directions. They were very frightened, and their fear of the dark drove them to find their way out.

In the process of looking for a way out, someone touches someone else.

Several people punched randomly out of caution, and many fell to the ground.

"Damn it, stop it, I'm Zhao Liao." A cold voice came from the ground.

"Huh? Master Zhao Liao? I thought it was a ghost..."

This voice was very familiar, it was the woodcutter who introduced Ember and the others in.

"Damn it! Damn it! Damn it! What kind of monster did that sacrifice introduce? I can't even use the filth removal charm," a female voice said urgently.

"Give me light! Give me light! Give me light!"

The female voice was very frightened, as if a monster would come out of this room at any moment and eat her.

Forced by the threat of death, the female voice roared hysterically, and the talisman in her hand waved in the air and made a fierce sound.

"Shut up!"

A rough voice silenced all the sparse movement around him.

"Please tell me your name. How many people are there in this place?"

"Yes! Zhao Liao"

"Wang Cuishan"

"Guanglong"

.......

Together with the leader's voice, there were fourteen people in total.

"It seems that except the old man, all of us are here."

"Brother Wang, do you think Mr. Zhang Si will be killed by that weird thing? What will we do then? I don't want to die in this place..." The girl who held the charm before was named Wang Cuishan, and now she was wary

said.

"Oh, that old bastard is very powerful. Ordinary ghosts can't harm his life. Instead, let's see what kind of thing it is that traps us here," said the man surnamed Wang.

"Of all the known killing methods of ghosts in this village, it seems that no ghost can lock people in here." Zhao Liao's voice sounded in the darkness.

"By the way, those sacrifices don't seem to be in this space," Zhao Liao continued.

"I remember that the old guy first killed the boy in the single room, and then killed the man and woman. Only the fat one and the thin one were left as sacrifices."

"It's all those two useless things! If they didn't say anything, how could they have lured this ghost over and must eat them!" Wang Cuishan snorted coldly, punched the ground with her fist, and said slowly.

After listening carefully, Yi Yan felt like a stone sinking into the sea.

It seems that the monster is none other than Master Zhang.

The men in black seemed to be only superficially submissive to the old man, because the monster in the old man was so powerful that no one dared to match it.

Moreover, he was found by Qiao Hong as a sacrifice to the Fourth Master Zhang.

Several people here now obviously have great hatred for themselves.

This made Ember look forward to the darkness continuing to remain until he found the exit.

Although he escaped from the monster, these 'ghost hunters' were very hostile to him. If they were discovered, they would probably be killed.

While thinking about it, Yi Yan felt an extremely weak round blue light flashing in front of him.

Those people are still talking about how to get out and find their own way to deal with it.

No unusual movement was noticed at all.

"Is it possible that there is something wrong with your eyes after staying in the dark for a long time?"

Yu Yan rubbed his eyes, thinking that there was something wrong with his eyesight, and he was always prone to hallucinations recently.

Unexpectedly, the round green light gradually became brighter, vaguely illuminating the surrounding scene.

Under the blue light is a dressing table.

There is an ancient bronze mirror placed above the dressing table.

The ancient mirror looks very strange, with ferocious and strange faces carved into the bronze-colored metal around it.

There are two wax-like candles placed on both sides.

The candle was white all over, but there were streaks of blood in the white, as if it were fresh meat fat that had just been taken out of a person's body.

The candle flame as thick as an arm showed a faint blue color, and the black smoke above condensed into a blue-black light ball above the bronze mirror.

"What is this? A woman's dressing table?"

Yan Yan watched the black-clothed Zhao Liao step forward and look at the ancient bronze mirror carefully.

"It's strange. We searched this house when we came here, but we didn't see anything like this. Is it valuable?"

Seeing that there was no movement, several men in black stepped forward to investigate the dressing table.

After some attempts, I didn't find anything strange, so I simply sat in front of the dressing table, relying on the faint blue light of the candle, and felt a little more at ease.

No one noticed that the scene of several people standing in front of the mirror was not reflected in the ancient mirror.

In the turbid and blurry mirror, a blurry figure gradually solidified.

This is the figure of a woman.

The woman's gauze clothes were covered with soil and covered with moss. It looked like she had been buried on the ground for several years.

The face is covered by long hair, the dark hair is messily stuck together, and there are a few mushrooms growing between the long hair on the top of the head.

It mechanically stretched out its pale right hand and kept combing its long hair.

Every time I combed my hair, I brought a patch of scalp dripping with blood.

Very permeable.
