Chapter 9 Restrictions

As Balthazar disappeared in annihilation, Coven turned his head to look at the deep night sky.

I didn't want to get involved in the current plot, but you, Gabriel, are too desperate, aren't you?

This action of kidnapping someone face to face and silencing them is really extremely smooth.

Sensing that Angela was still flying in the sky at this time, Kewen was not in a hurry to catch up, so he sat back in his chair.

He planned to wait until Angela arrived at the mental hospital and all the actors were present before he went there.

That's when the mess will be cut quickly.

But Kewen's actions made Constantine angry.

He stared at Kewen angrily and said loudly: "Are you just going to sit here like this?! Are you an extraordinary person?! Isn't Angela your friend?!"

Coven glanced at Constantine, and then said calmly: "I have my own plan."

"Any plans?"

Constantine sneered and mocked: "So you are also a neutral? You dare not interfere with the balance between heaven and hell?!"

"Boy." Ke Wen said speechlessly: "You are overthinking it. I will save Angela, and I will make the conspirators behind her pay a sufficient price."

These words made Constantine look surprised.

He regained his composure, looked at Ke Wen again and then asked in a deep voice: "What are you going to do?"

"Kill them." Corwin replied.

"You?" Constantine sneered absurdly: "Listen, Kevin Quinn, right? I don't know which lineage of transcendent you are, but you seem to be overconfident! Do you think Mammon is the same as in the world?

Who are the gods who are helping him behind the scenes? Are they the imps you destroyed in the past? Or are they insect demons like Balthazar who cannot exert their full power in the human world?"

"What if I can?" Coven said, "What if I'm strong enough to kill them?"

Hearing this, Constantine fell silent.

He put away the ridiculous look on his face, and after a while he said in a serious voice: "Assuming what you said is true...then you can't do anything!"

Kewen was stunned and asked in surprise: "Why?"

Constantine was a little irritable. He took out the cigarette case from his pocket and took out a cigarette.

Light the cigarette with a 'ding' sound.

Taking a deep breath, Constantine stared at the night sky outside and said in a deep voice: "Although they are all miscellaneous, the fact is that they are all beings of a higher dimension than humans!"

Turning to look at Coven, Constantine whispered: "They can fight each other to death, and we humans can also use magic spells and magic circles to drive them away, and even eliminate those little characters who are like cannon fodder.

,but!"

Constantine took another puff of cigarette, and after exhaling the smoke, he said bitterly: "But all of this must be within one rule! That is, they have the premise of breach of contract!"

"What do you mean?" Ke Wen raised his eyebrows and said, "Human beings can only be slaughtered?"

Constantine was silent again.

The silence this time lasted until he finished smoking a cigarette.

Leaving the cigarette butt still on the ground, Constantine crushed it out with the sole of his shoe, and then he spoke again: "God uses human beings as grazing lambs for heaven to harvest their wool."

"Hell, on the other hand, treats human souls as currency and human bodies as blood food."

"So what do you think?" Constantine chuckled self-deprecatingly: "The balance between heaven and hell is just a little game between them, so that they will not go crazy from boredom in eternal life!"

"You can eliminate the little characters."

Constantine leaned over and picked up the "Book of Corinthians" that fell on the ground.

Opening the pages of the book, he browsed casually and said: "But Mammon, an existence that is equivalent to a 'pillar', is not allowed to suffer at the hands of humans."

"What if?" Ke Wen continued to ask.

Constantine looked at Ke Wen with deep eyes: "That means that human beings' potential is too high, so high that it will threaten them in the future. Do you still need me to tell you about that outcome?"

Ke Wen shook his head slightly and commented with a sneer: "It's so dark."

"That's how the world is."

Constantine took another cigarette and lit it.

After putting away the lighter and cigarette case, he blew out the smoke and said to Coven: "So tell me, is what you said true, or is it just a delusion?"

Coven looked into Constantine's slightly serious eyes.

He nodded slowly: "Really, I can kill them."

Constantine also stared at Covin's unfailing expression.

After a moment of silence, he suppressed the shock in his heart and nodded.

"Okay!" Constantine turned and walked towards the door, and said at the same time: "If you don't want mankind to be destroyed because of you, then just sit on your chair and don't move! I will handle Angela's affairs myself!

"

"etc."

Ke Wen stopped Constantine and said: "You must not be a stickler for rules, so tell me, is there any loophole that I can use?"

Constantine paused and thought.

After finishing the entire cigarette, he turned to glance at Ke Wen and said, "Then you can only follow the rules! Use the power of hell to defeat heaven, and use the power of heaven to defeat hell!"

"Understood."

Ke Wen laughed: "In other words, I can't use my own power, right?"

"Look at you..." Constantine turned back: "Do you have other means?"

"I know some enchantments, they should be quite powerful."

Ke Wen stretched out his hand and caused the "Book of Corinthians" in Constantine's hand to fly back.

He shook the book and said with a smile: "Don't even think about taking my things with you."

"I didn't mean it!"

Constantine said with a magnanimous look.

However, the unnecessary movement of raising his hand to adjust his tie showed how untrue he was.

Ke Wen didn't pay attention.

He smiled, and then put his hand on the Book of Corinthians.

A black mist was drawn out of the Book of Corinthians.

Ke Wen showed the wriggling black mist in his hand: "Look, the power of hell is in hand. Next..."

Put down the "Book of Corinthians" with the other hand, and then slightly hooked his fingers, causing a ball of holy light to appear above the palm of his hand.

Constantine took a deep breath.

He walked back quickly.

Staring at the Holy Light Group, Constantine rolled up his sleeves and then slowly put his hand in.

After feeling it, Constantine frowned and said: "This is different from the power of the church. There is no sense of holiness in it."

"That's it..."

Kewen thought for a while, then canceled the holy light and summoned a ball of energy again.

"This should be enough, right?"

Kewen said with a smile: "This energy should be called the power of morning light. Can you feel it again?"

"Morning light?"

Constantine looked a little strange.

He looked at Ke Wen and then stretched out his hand again.

After feeling it, Constantine said inexplicably: "This is the power of heaven...so which angel are you?"

"No, no." Ke Wen laughed out loud. He shook his head and denied, "I'm not one of those birdmen. This is the power I stole."

Hearing this, Constantine couldn't help but breathed a sigh of relief.

After all, no angel would call his own race birdmen.

Then he became a little excited. He squatted down and brought his face close to the power of the morning light. Constantine asked in a rising tone: "How did you steal this power? Tell me a condition! What do I need to pay to get that power?"

A way?!"

Ke Wen pursed his lips and smiled but did not answer.

He shook his head and brought the topic back on track: "So now that I have the power of heaven and hell, can I take action against them?"

When he didn't get an answer, Constantine couldn't help but clicked his tongue in disappointment.

He stood up, looked at Ke Wen and said, "You still need something that can carry these powers. Come with me to a place!"

After saying this, Constantine walked towards the door again.

Ke Wen smiled and sealed the power of hell in his hand, and then canceled the imitated power of dawn.

He stood up and followed Constantine's footsteps.

Soon after, the two walked out of the hotel.

Angela's car was still parked at the door, and Constantine took Kewen into the car and started it.

Amidst the harsh sound of wheel friction, Constantine stepped on the accelerator of the van to the bottom, causing the vehicle to suddenly jump out.

"Whoa whoa!"

After driving for a certain distance, Ke Wen couldn't help but said in surprise: "Can you drive?"

"do not bother me!"

Constantine stared straight ahead and said: "I have a driver's license...but I rarely drive. I have a driver who is dedicated to serving me."

The corners of Kewen's eyes twitched.

He turned his head back and looked at the vehicle behind him that had just been nearly hit.

Then he said to Constantine: "Stop the car, I have a more convenient way to move."

"Really?" Constantine's tone contained a hint of hope.

"Really!" Ke Wen immediately nodded vigorously.

He didn't dare to sit in the car driven by Constantine. Ke Wen didn't want the first car accident in his life to happen today.

When Constantine heard this, he said "OK" and turned the steering wheel sharply, causing the vehicle to suddenly turn on the road and rush to the side of the road.

Zhi-Peng!

The car body shook and the airbag deployed instantly.

Ke Wen was speechless. The car accident happened after all.

After opening the door and getting out of the car, Coven looked at the car in front of him that was parked on the roadside but was rear-ended by Constantine for no reason, and then he shook his head helplessly.

Constantine got out of the car nonchalantly.

Going around the back of the car and coming to Covin, Constantine asked: "What is your way of traveling?"

Coven finished his emotion, put his left hand on Constantine's shoulder, and said at the same time: "Imagine in your mind where you want to go, and then raise your hand to draw a circle in front of you."

Constantine looked at Covin in surprise, and finally he chose to do it.

His limbs were somewhat stiff and he drew circles in front of him. At the same time, Constantine tried his best to imagine the target location.

Soon, a little blue spark appeared out of thin air in front, and gradually gathered into a circle that continued to expand.

A portal was summoned by Coven with the help of Constantine...
