407、The naive Xiaohua

Hua Zhenxing mentioned a person named Liang Ziming, who was actually a local aboriginal. This Dongguan name was also newly chosen by him when he was conducting national resident registration after the liberation of the country.

According to his own explanation, Zi means both midnight and hundreds of schools of thought in the history of the Eastern Kingdom, so the meaning of "Zi Ming" is self-evident.

Liang Ziming was born into a prominent local family. He traveled abroad to many Western countries in his early years and received a doctorate in sociology and education. He returned to the Kingdom of Kilili when he was almost forty years old because he had to inherit the inheritance from his father.

He did not dispose of assets and immigrate overseas with money like many people with similar status. Instead, he stayed and devoted his energy to rural construction and transformation and the education of indigenous children, and conducted many experiments and propaganda in various places.

project.

He may not be good at management and quickly abandoned the property left by his father's generation, but he is also very good at raising funds and can obtain domestic and foreign donations through various relationships to continue his business.

Liang Ziming is a top scholar in the Kingdom of Gila. He has also been commended by a United Nations agency. He has published many research papers on the people's livelihood issues in the Black Wasteland in important international academic journals. He has also been invited to conduct research at many well-known universities.

Academic speech.

Three successive presidents of the Kingdom of Chile have claimed to be his friends, but Liang Ziming himself has not made the same publicity. He is over 50 years old this year and is highly respected. He is probably the most well-known citizen of the Kingdom of Chile overseas.

After the establishment of the new government of Kilili Country, it is of course necessary to unite the people across the country who can be united and attract patriotic talents from all walks of life, including people like Liang Ziming.

Liang Ziming himself has no bad deeds. From the perspective of cultivation, he is definitely a rare good person in the country. Over the years, he may have just felt that his talents were not appreciated.

He enthusiastically supported and praised the liberation movement led by the New Alliance, claiming that he saw hope of saving the country and was excited and inspired by the new life of Kilili Country.

After joining the new government, Liang Ziming originally intended to be the Minister of Education, but after discussion, Charles finally appointed him as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Education was Shen Sishu.

It is unlikely that a person like him would openly express contempt for Ciel. So what Hua Zhenxing wants to say is just an indescribable feeling.

Seeing that Charles didn't answer, neither admitting nor denying, Hua Zhenxing said again: "The real point is not what they think of you, but how you think of yourself, whether or how you care.

You must have shortcomings, and you can't let everyone have a bad opinion of you, let alone take it out on you. But I want to solemnly tell you today that you are well-deserved to be the leader of New Kiriland.

The achievements this country has made today cannot be achieved by just anyone. The success of the revolution in Kilili Country is not an inevitable result, at least not inevitable at this time and place. You can be proud of it.

Many people may have a mentality. No matter who they see sitting in your position today, they will inevitably think about what would happen if it were me, how can I do better than him? You have to identify two situations, they are

Different.

The first is to put yourself in the shoes of the decision-maker and consider whether real problems can be better solved. This is a truly positive sense of participation, which is often childish and one-sided but not ridiculous. It is even worthy of encouragement.

.”

Charles nodded and said, "I know that. It's just like when we were drinking together in Fiso Port and heard many workers from the East talking about world affairs. As long as the wine is in place, the tone will be more presidential than the president."

Hua Zhenxing: "Don't be joking, I don't just mean that! There is a second situation, which is simply thinking that it shouldn't be, thinking that the person sitting in this position should not be you but him.

This kind of people often deliberately ignore one thing: how did you get to this position and what have you done for it?

They boast that they are full of talent and wisdom, and may think that your task has been completed, and it is time to step aside and let them use their talents to govern the country.

This is essentially a delusion of reaching the sky in one step and getting something for nothing. Some people think that they are good at running a country because they have learned how to run it. Should they be given a country? What does that country mean?

Mr. Yang taught me that governing a big country is like cooking small delicacies, and Master taught me that governing a country is like curing diseases! They used to teach people how to govern a country, but did they look down on you? I am their student, did I look down on you?

Charles, you must remain modest, but there is no need to be guilty. Since you need the demeanor of a statesman, you must also have the confidence of a statesman. At least facts have proven that you have done it for several miles and no one has been able to do it in the history of the country.

Things..."

Charles leaned over, patted Hua Zhenxing's shoulder heavily and said, "I really should have come to talk to you earlier. I feel relieved when I see you, but why are you speaking so seriously today?"

Hua Zhenxing said with a straight face: "We are having a state affairs meeting. If we don't say something serious, are we talking about having skewers and drinking beer here?"

Charle's eyebrows picked: "Since you all said that, otherwise, we slipped out at night?"

Hua Zhenxing: "You? Don't let anyone recognize you!"

Charles: "No, I'll let Gu Shuimen arrange it. Find a familiar shop and put a small oven in the corner of the road."

Hua Zhenxing: "I think we should let Principal Lang make arrangements. He is more familiar with this place now."

Ciel: "It's a deal! Eleven thirty at night?"

Hua Zhenxing did not hold any position in the new government of Kilinland, but most of the senior officials of Kilinland who participated in this meeting knew that he was the initiator and promoter of this national liberation movement and a real unsung hero.

.

He also has two other important identities attending this meeting.

One is the chief instructor of Yangyuan Valley and the person in charge of the World Yangyuan Master Headquarters. The World Yangyuan Master Headquarters is not an official organization. Although it has a semi-official cooperative relationship with the local government, it is still an unofficial non-governmental organization.

Yangyuan Technique has entered a key promotion stage in various parts of the country, including cadres at all levels in the new government. Many of them are students trained by Yangyuan Technique centers in various places, and some have become mentors in Yangyuan Valley.

As the chief tutor, Hua Zhenxing rarely appears in public, and ordinary Chinese people have almost never heard of his name, but his influence is huge. This time he also participated in the meeting as an advisory expert.

In the past, the person who held this role was one of three elderly people. Recently, the three elderly people have gradually stopped interfering in specific affairs, leaving Hua Zhenxing to make his own decisions on many matters.

Huazhenxing also has another identity, that is, the plenipotentiary representative of Huanxiang Industrial.

Not to mention the importance of Huanxiang Industry. It is not only the largest enterprise in the country and an important source of tax revenue, but also the main supporter of the New Alliance in the national liberation movement.

The Fesuogang Supply and Marketing Cooperative three years ago was jointly established by Huanxiang Industrial and the local government of the New Alliance. Although the local government of the New Alliance held the majority of the shares, most of the investment and key personnel came from Huanxiang Industrial.

The New Alliance organized production and allocated supplies in the rear areas, while the Feisuogang Supply and Marketing Cooperative acted as the logistics support department for the national liberation movement. As the New Alliance Army liberated a place, the outlets of the supply and marketing cooperative followed suit.

After liberation, the new government established supply and marketing branches all over the country based on the African Supply and Marketing Cooperative model, and based on this, the National Supply and Marketing Cooperative was unified.

So far, all shares of Huanxiang Industrial have been withdrawn, and the General Supply and Marketing Cooperative has been nationalized. However, Huanxiang Industrial is still its largest partner, and most of its staff also have a background in Huanxiang Industrial.

During the transitional period of the revolutionary transformation of the Kingdom of Kilili, the shopping coupons issued by the supply and marketing cooperatives also served as temporary currency, playing a major role in stabilizing people's livelihood and markets in the liberated areas.

Hua Zhenxing also participated in the meeting this time as a counselor with the full authority of "Feng Zibin".

He used the break in the meeting to communicate with Charles alone. After returning to the backcourt, Hua Zhenxing raised his hand to the chairman of Charles, who was presiding over the meeting, and made an impromptu speech. There was no agenda for the meeting in advance, and Hua Zhenxing made the move temporarily. Full text

The summary is as follows -

"I have communicated with many people here in the past two days, and I just talked about some things with President Charles.

I have a feeling that some of our comrades were somewhat confused after the liberation of the country and have not yet clearly realized what kind of country the new alliance is building.

We are meeting here today to formulate the first five-year plan, and there will be more five-year plans in the future to determine the future development direction of this country.

Developing the economy, improving people's livelihood, improving citizen education, maintaining social order, and strengthening national defense and diplomacy are all very important. But the core question is, what kind of goal should we focus on when doing all these things?

This is the purpose that must be made clear first, otherwise many comrades will not really understand how this new country is different from the previous country of several miles.

There are five words hanging in front of the doors of our governments at all levels, "Serve the People." Some people say that this is imitating the Eastern Kingdom, but it is the purpose of the new government of Kilili Kingdom.

Therefore, any decision made today must first check whether it is consistent with this purpose?

I am a monk, and most of you here are also monks or preparatory monks. Even if you are not a monk, you should already know about the cultivation of Yang Yuan, so there are some things you can say on this occasion.

When I was a child, I often thought about some very strange questions. What is the meaning of our existence? Does the world really need us to exist?

When I was chatting with President Charles just now, another question was raised: Why should we launch this revolution? Is it really inevitable that the revolution in Kilili Country will succeed today?

I grew up in the neighborhood of Port Feso, and later I entered the legendary Hidden Kingdom of the Gods. That world was completely different from Port Feso outside at that time. It was a place of peace and tranquility, because there was nothing at all.

It cannot be said that there is nothing there. There are mountains, rivers, water, sunshine, air, and various animals, plants and life there, but there are no people. The ancient tribes that moved there hundreds of years ago have long since become extinct.

This experience may have given me the answer. The world itself does not necessarily need us. Even the emergence of human beings is only a result and not a purpose. So what is the meaning of our coming to this world?

Just like the existence of consciousness, its greatest value lies in clear thinking and cognition itself! The meaning of our emergence must be realized by ourselves, and the world will not arrange it for you.

There are not only me in this world, but also many people, who make up our own world. Everyone is the same as me, just like me, including those here and outside the venue.

Looking back now, to be honest, I have never seen a few good people in Fisoport and in the country of Kilili since I was a child, including the then President of Shire. It is not an exaggeration to say that there are no good people in the whole country.

Since they are just like me, and countless mes are not good, then my world is also hell. What should I do, give up? That would be equivalent to giving up my own world.

What else can we do, take revenge on them? The New Alliance has indeed suppressed many people, but this is not revenge, just punishment, deserved punishment. In fact, everyone has already been punished, because we have lived in hell.

The cause of the new alliance is self-salvation, so that everyone can save themselves, thus creating this new country. I can now say the answer to the second question, the success of today's revolution is not inevitable.

It depends on how you understand this sentence. If it is a necessity, then we don't need to work hard and just wait. People in this world have already been rescued, but unfortunately this is not the case.

What kind of existence we are is what kind of world our world is. This is the answer that must be clarified first.

I also know the record of the conversation between President Berkeley and President Charles of the old Kingdom of Guilin. I believe that many senior leaders here have read it and organized special studies.

To be honest, Berkeley is not a bad person in the strict sense. He even possesses a kind-hearted quality that is rarely seen in the people of this country. He also hopes to govern this country well and believes that he can do it.

But the facts proved that he couldn't do it, why? The New Alliance did not suppress this person, but arranged a new job for him in the Museum of Culture and History. Faced with this kind of person, we need to answer what kind of regime we overthrew, and what kind of regime we overthrew?

Why overturn it?

If Charles just wants to replace Berkeley, and everyone here just wants to replace the high-ranking dignitaries in Berkeley's government, then it will be meaningless to this country. We are not even as good as Berkeley!

Berkeley may be a good man, but he represents another class and leads the country in the wrong direction. If the direction is deviated from the beginning, it will become increasingly difficult to correct the mistakes.

I know that Chairman Charles’s childhood wish was to be the leader of the community gang, the Big Head Gang. What he thought at the time was that if he became the leader of the Big Head Gang, he would definitely be more capable than the original Jin Big Head!

But what happens next? There is no more, the Big Head Gang is still the Big Head Gang. Of course we now know the follow-up of this story. Ciel changed himself and the country, so he is the President of New Kiriland today.

We often see various people talking about their wishes. Who do they want to be in the future? Some people say they want to be the Minister of Defense, some people say they want to be the president, and some people say they want to be the king - well, this is what many ancient careerists wanted.

desire.

If you ask why, he will look at you strangely, because why bother asking?

Becoming a king is the answer in itself. He can gain endless wealth and enjoyment, and have the power to control and manipulate the destinies of countless people, which makes him satisfied. He will become a person who is different from others and tramples on others.

No one is born willing to be inferior to others and be trampled in the mud, so their way of struggle is to try their best to make themselves superior to others, so that they can trample on others. If you can't see this hope, then live in this world.

In chaos.

This so-called path of self-rescue is the reality of this world, but the logic it represents is contradictory. Since you don’t want to be a subordinate to others, why do you want to be a superior to others and trample others under your feet?

If so, then I would like to congratulate you, you have been able to trample most of the people in this country under your feet! But this is not the purpose of the new alliance, and we are still repeating this hell.

The purpose of New Kirito is to smash this old world. We don’t want anyone to become a master anymore, and we oppose this as the standard for social struggle, and we want to define another model of success.

This model is not self-anaesthesia in a religious or spiritual sense, nor is it an empty slogan that all people are equal, but a pursuit of fairness in a realistic sense.

Having said that, what does it mean to serve the people? All of you here are also people, but they are not another kind of people different from those people outside!

Sorry, I talked a bit too much, and my meaning may be a bit confusing. The purpose of talking so much is to discuss this draft five-year plan. What criteria should we first make decisions around?

This morning's meeting was mainly about education issues. The debate was very fierce, and the main source was me. I expressed my firm opposition to the proposal of Education Commissioner Xu Juan, and many people didn't understand why my reaction was so fierce.

In addition to the agricultural reclamation area, there are currently 20 schools in each block of Fiso Port. The plan is to connect primary school to middle school, with a five-year schooling system, laying the foundation for the full implementation of ten-year compulsory education in the future.

This plan was originally proposed by Ke Laoding. Instead of establishing a small number of centralized large schools, it was dispersed to various communities based on population distribution and transportation conditions.

Most people here do not have the habit or conditions to pick up and drop off their children. Those very young children walk to school by themselves. It is impossible to build a school too far away from home, otherwise most children will not be able to go to school.

Commissioner Xu Juan’s proposal is to concentrate educational resources to build three to five key schools or model schools in developed communities. I am firmly opposed to that.

Then Councilor Xu Juan said that even if primary schools don’t do this, middle schools will still do it in the future. We should first concentrate resources to build a few key middle schools. I also disagree.

We have opened these 20 schools within the capabilities of the Fisoport Municipal Government. This is not to sprinkle pepper. The existing resources can only run so many, so each one must be qualified and invested in

Above, the model is fair.

If we allocate resources and build a key school, what will be the difference from the original Grace School on the southern seaside?

Commissioner Dong Zegang who is here today graduated from Grace School. That school has been transformed into Fiso Port South Bank School and is one of the twenty schools we currently run.

There are definitely differences. Grace School used to be privately run, but now South Bank School is public. Many of you here are also residents of Fisoport, so you can find ways to arrange for your own children or those of your relatives and friends.

Entered South Bank School.

In that way, no matter how strict the supervision is, power will always have channels for rent-seeking, just like this example, because the channels for rent-seeking are left open during the upper-level design.

Let all children receive a fair education, including your own children. If you want them to get a better school education, then promote the progress of the entire education system. This is what I want to say about fairness.

Teachers are different, children are also different, and their talents are different. The so-called fairness does not mean smoothing out these differences, but the fairness of opportunities.

In the morning discussion, someone also mentioned that fairness in education investment can be achieved, but reasonable allocation of teaching staff is difficult to achieve.

For example, if a unified final exam paper is used, there will be ranking differences between schools. If the difference is not big, there is no need to adjust. If the difference is too big, some obviously unqualified teachers will be sent out for further training, and then better teachers will be assigned to take over.

These can all be discussed and a feasible plan formulated.

Commissioner Van Dyke made an algorithm model on the spot, which is a good idea. Don't transfer teachers with the best teaching performance. If students learn well, teachers will be transferred. This is unfair. The middle-ranked ones will be transferred.

I think this model can be further improved to make the algorithm more reasonable and the standards clearer.

When Commissioner Van Dyke spoke, many people also raised questions, thinking that it was too troublesome. It not only increased the workload of the education system, but also brought inconvenience to the work and life of some teachers.

According to their point of view, under natural circumstances, even if the starting standards of each school are fair, there will definitely be differences in development. The advantages of certain schools will become more obvious as they accumulate, and it is difficult to interfere with artificial means.

.

According to this line of thinking, will we have to give up most of the population to receive better education in the future? But everyone here should not forget that under so-called natural circumstances, the entire Kingdom of Miles was abandoned by the world, and we have to

Who to give up?

Some members said that based on the current situation in the country, it is the most reasonable choice to concentrate resources on developing elite education first. Past facts have also proven this. Past facts? It also proves more that I am determined to overturn.

thing!

The essence of this view is not the most reasonable choice, but the simplest choice.

In the past, the country's citizen education was completely rotten, but did a small group of elites lack high-quality educational resources? They never lacked, even for higher education, they could go overseas.

We have struggled out of the quagmire and have accomplished such difficult things. Do we still need to continue to think like lying in the quagmire? Only do the simplest things and not do the fairer things?

We must first clarify the purpose, formulate plans around this purpose, implement specific projects, and then analyze what problems need to be solved. This is the correct way of thinking.

So I think the algorithm model that Commissioner Van Dyke worked on this morning at least represents a correct way of solving the problem.

If a balanced deployment of teachers will bring inconvenience to the lives and work of the relevant teachers, then measures should be taken to help them solve their difficulties and provide adequate subsidies. This is a policy that the municipal and education departments should consider.

Fiso Port is not considered a farming area, but is actually not very big, with a population of only over 500,000. Twenty schools are not far away. This kind of balanced deployment is feasible. In some cases, teachers may need to move, so make a plan

Corresponding subsidy policies.

Some people say that the country is very large, and it is difficult to deploy in a large area. I also admit that this is actually the case. Therefore, when we formulate policies, we first start with a feasible plan and delineate a reasonable regional scope.

.

Comrades who formulate specific policies should not deliberately formulate unreasonable implementation plans just because they want to oppose this policy.

For example, according to my proposal, it is impossible to implement a nationwide balanced deployment of teachers in primary and secondary schools, which proves that this policy is unreasonable and then overturns the principle of fairness it represents.

It is currently impossible to achieve an equitable allocation of primary and secondary school teachers in cross-border areas and large areas. We can only draw a reasonable range. For example, the twenty schools in Fiso Port are a reasonable range.

The Aiso Port model has always been used for reference across the country, so the work here must be done well first. I reiterate my position again, we will not build a key primary school or a key middle school in Aiso Port!

But not building key schools does not mean that we do not want to do a good job in schools, but that we have set goals for education. How can we do a good job in education on this basis?

Another committee member said this morning that doing so may not be conducive to discovering and cultivating truly gifted children? I think this is a sneaky change of concept!

What is the talent you are talking about? Is it more suitable for cultivating the art of cultivating energy, or is it better at solving math problems? If a child has this kind of talent, can't you not see their results or discover them?

Civic education, especially basic education, cultivates basic qualities, the academic level, thinking level, social and moral cognition required by the syllabus. Those who complete it will be qualified, and some people can be particularly outstanding.

If fairness is not achieved, then countless talented children will be truly buried.

If you discover a child's talent in a certain area, you must first cultivate it normally, do not let it go to waste, and do not encourage the child to grow up, so that they can go higher and further on a certain growth path.

The education department, including schools, can think of other ways to cultivate the interests and hobbies of these people from the perspective of talent. This is another dimension of the problem, and it is also another problem that needs to be solved on the basis of educational equity.

To solve such problems, we cannot deny the principle of educational fairness, but must build it precisely on the basis of educational fairness.

The examples I just gave, such as those who are particularly suitable for cultivating the art of nourishing energy or are particularly good at solving math problems, fall into this category. But if someone says that some children are particularly good at playing golf, I think it does not fall within the scope of today's discussion.

Those present here are all senior leaders of the Kingdom of Kilili, and I don’t want to hear some opinions that are obviously different concepts.

Of course, Commissioner Xu Juan, this sentence is by no means directed at you! Although I object to some of your opinions, I also thank and admire a lot of your work. Some of your ideas are based on the Dongguo model, but they are just a few miles away.

It’s not Dongguo.”

Xu Juan is Lei Yunjin's daughter-in-law. She was originally the contact person of Dongguo Huiying School, and later joined the education department of Jiliguo. Hua Zhenxing still respects her very much.

At this time, Xu Juan interjected: "My thoughts are somewhat outdated. Dongguo has also been engaged in educational reform in recent years. Many of the ideas are similar to what you just said, but it is difficult to implement them."

Hua Zhenxing did not dwell on this topic, and took another sip of water and said: "On behalf of Yangyuan Valley, I have another suggestion. The Yangyuan Technique instructors sent by Yangyuan Valley to various schools also follow the same principles. They also take into account the supervision and maintenance of school ethos and disciplines.

Work.

Don't worry about their abilities. Intermediate Yangyuan Technique instructors have at least four realms of cultivation, and are supervised by Yangyuan Valley and the education department. If they are incompetent or neglect their duties, Yangyuan Valley will also replace them and punish them.

I just explained the debate in the morning. In terms of our policy ideas and investment principles, we should not build key primary schools and key middle schools. We should pay attention to the balanced development of each school in the long term, and the measures we formulate should be centered on this goal.

Today's discussion mainly focuses on education issues, including the '127 Plan' on the development of higher education. The '7' in the '127 Plan' is to establish seven vocational and technical schools, one in each state and region, which also takes into account the above

principle.

The Kingdom of Kilili is not as big a country as the Eastern Kingdom, but it is not very small either, with a population of close to 12 million people.

We cannot build many institutions of higher learning. The first five-year plan is to build these ten schools and do them well. However, in terms of the distribution of higher education resources and future development ideas, we must also try to follow the principle of fairness.

Whether we look at East China or the world as a whole, it is an obvious fact that the uneven distribution of higher education resources is one of the causes and consequences of uneven regional development.

Colleges and universities, or high-investment, high-level colleges and universities, are concentrated in certain cities and objectively continue to attract talents from surrounding areas, including industries, funds and various resources run by the families to which the students belong.

It is of course good and worthy of encouragement for top students to go back and build their hometowns. But the reality is that if a certain area lacks higher education resources, high-quality young people will continue to lose, and most of them will never come back.

Compulsory education in primary and secondary schools affects every neighborhood in a city, while higher education affects every state and region in a country.

Just like in Fiso Port in the past, only three blocks were considered to be so-called noble blocks. Could it be that the people in the other twenty-odd blocks were expelled from the noble ranks, or that they lost the possibility of being noble?

This is caused by history, capital promotion, and planning reasons at the national level. We must pay attention to avoid or reduce the negative impact of this situation from the beginning.

The country of Kilili has an advantage, that is, we have nothing, so we don’t have to deal with the legacy of history. We can draw again on a piece of white paper, so we need to make more reasonable plans from scratch.

Since we cannot build too many higher education institutions in the foreseeable future, when building a limited number of higher education institutions, we must achieve relatively fair and balanced development in resource investment.

There is no need to differentiate between one, two, and three books like Dongguk University did. At least in Kyri Country, we should not do this first, do not follow this idea, and do not draw artificial grades from the beginning.

Some people may find it strange that the ‘127 Plan’ itself is divided into grades. There is a comprehensive university, two junior colleges, namely engineering and normal schools, and seven higher vocational and technical schools.

It is of course the best for the school-age students in the country to be admitted to university. If their grades are poor, they should strive to be admitted to vocational and technical schools. This is indeed a fact, but I am talking about another aspect of the problem and how to achieve it.

question.

First of all, we are going to build three new universities, including one comprehensive university and two junior colleges. When they were founded, there was no distinction between which university was the key and which was not the key. They only differed in professional direction and the academic system was the same.

Five years.

We also followed this idea when establishing the other seven higher vocational and technical schools. We should not artificially distinguish between key and non-key points. At least the resource investment should be fair, and the academic duration should be two and a half years.

The entrance examination of each school and each major must be fair and follow the principle of merit-based admission. Which school and major the candidate wishes to apply for is a personal choice. You can refer to Dongguo's college entrance examination volunteer system.

Some people say that I am too idealistic and my thoughts are too radical! But this is the reality of the country. Since we have nothing, we can start better. What else can we lose?

My ideas in this regard are not yet mature, and I have not referred to the existing models in other countries around the world. Everyone here can continue to supplement and improve them.

During group discussions, some people pointed out that my idea was unrealistic and gave many examples.

For example, for a popular major in a popular school, there must be a lot of people applying for it, and the admission scores must be very high. This creates an objective difference. Even if it is not a focus, it will be regarded as a focus.

I admit the existence of this phenomenon, so I have to look at it from a developmental perspective, but on the other hand, I also want to ask, what caused this phenomenon?

I can think of three reasons, and everyone can think about it together. One is that this country particularly needs or is in urgent need of talents in a certain field. This is a problem with our subject setting, and it can be adjusted and improved.

The second is that the requirements of some majors are particularly high. If IQ, skills, and experience do not reach a certain level, you will not be qualified for specific jobs. There is nothing to say about this.

Continuing advanced education after higher education is not popular in itself. Just like we cannot make everyone become an intermediate Yangyuan Shu instructor, let alone an advanced Yangyuan Shu master.

The third reason I observed is worthy of discussion.

For example, they are all talents needed by society. Some majors seem to be of higher quality than others, or they will have a higher social status after graduation, or more precisely, they will earn more money.

After receiving the same fifteen years of education and working the same hard, why are the rewards so different? For example, are those engaged in finance more noble than those engaged in agriculture?

Of course not! This is not only a problem of school education, but mainly a problem of social division of labor and social distribution. It is a topic that needs to be discussed separately, and it also involves the future development ideas of this country.

The above mentioned issues are related to education, and I am talking about some personal opinions. Let’s look at the outline of the draft five-year plan. The next step is economic issues. I also have some principled ideas..."
