Chapter 933: Driving the tiger away from the mountain

There is a large teleportation room on the Revenge, so the teleportation process of the Robin team went smoothly.

As soon as they arrived on the flagship, Robin led the team into busy "fire fighting". They fought continuously for an hour and eliminated two red pirate gang jumping teams and three crew members who were possessed by demons. No one was killed.

casualties.

Of course, this was mainly due to Robin's superb swordsmanship. He single-handedly killed ten Chaos Space Marines and one champion.

"Captain Robin, the laser deck needs support."

After hearing Admiral Kalansworth's communication, Robin, who had just ended the battle and was replenishing ammunition in the armory, said nothing and quickly gathered his comrades on the deck to prepare for action.

Five minutes later, Robin led the heavily armed team to the laser deck, where they witnessed the horrific scene with their own eyes——

Countless corpses were reduced to smears of rough skin and muscle on the walls, all with faces torn open by something horrific, looking out from among the piles of mangled limbs, flesh and entrails hanging from the deck beams

, or hung on huge structures of energy installations.

The focusing mirror and lens were sprayed with blood, and the living people twisted into a ball. They went crazy, covered themselves in blood, and bit each other.

Glowing black bands of light wound around the spines of the dead, and these lines stretched to the ceiling of the deck, where a vast mass of darkness squatted, a seething thing with rolling eyes and a chattering mouth that covered the deck.

The crew on board was pushed deeper into the abyss of pain.

Robin just frowned slightly at this. He had also seen very terrifying things, but it was hard to compare with this kind of enemy——

"Damn it!"

A soldier raised his bolter and fired a round at the thing. The pile of shadows was penetrated and the flesh exploded from inside, but there was no further reaction.

Then, another person swung a heavy plasma rifle and added a punishing shot.

The bolter may not be very useful, but the charged plasma is another story.

With the next press, a terrifying scream filled the small space and resonated in everyone's helmets.

The dangling threads held by the twisted creature began to sever one by one as the Astartes' munitions struck and detonated with fury.

It roared, revealing row after row of needle-like fangs and a snake-like tongue, seemingly tasting the essence of mortals.

The tongue lashed out like lightning, and the Space Marines nimbly stepped back to avoid its attack, so it instead impaled the two grappling mortals.

They roared in pain, were pierced by the devil's tongue, and their whole bodies trembled and convulsed.

"Burn it!"

Robin remembered clearly that their company commander, including the instructor, had repeatedly told them that the most effective way to deal with demons was always fire.

"Burn everything!"

A warrior stepped forward with his flamethrower and sprayed the hall with hot promethium.

The demon twisted, screaming in rage as it tried to retreat from the attack, but the flamethrowers swept the scalding cone downwards, cooking the pile until it could no longer maintain its posture.

As the demon fell, Robin noticed patches of turbid liquid splashing on the deck behind it.

It bled, and Robin realized he could kill it.

"Go forward! Candle up the emperor's will and destroy the monsters in the cave!"

"The hole destroys the monsters!"

His comrades roared in reply.

When the Astral Knights team quickly cleared the demons on the laser deck, they did not realize that this was a trap to lure the tiger away from the mountain. Their communication device had been jammed and could not receive the signal from the bridge.

In fact, there are more than one demons descending on the laser deck, but they are not there now because the wizard who controls them has moved them to a more critical location.

Ding ding ding——

Admiral Kalanswo was looking at the strategic view on the bridge and thinking deeply, when he suddenly heard an alarm ringing across the deck.

"What happened?"

"Our communications with the outside world have been interrupted! Sir!"

Admiral Kalanswo didn't say anything. There was only one possibility in this situation, the enemy was coming soon.

So he silently summoned the officers and prepared to leave through the emergency passage and go to the backup command room. As long as it was there, the enemy would never be able to control the ship!

Soon, they left the bridge and came to the backup command room eight hundred meters away, but when the door opened, they were shocked by the sight they saw.

There is a morgue.

The walls were covered with skinned flesh, the floor was covered with blood, and bloody bones were discarded on the ground. Screams were etched on the faces of the dead, and they were terminated in the last painful moments.

In the darkness, these nightmarish creatures lurked, tearing large chunks of meat with their teeth. When they realized someone was approaching, a luminous, scary thing like a shark turned around -

Its lipless mouth was filled with blood, and its swollen throat was filled with fresh flesh.

"Damn it!"

Admiral Kalansworth gasped, feeling an unfamiliar and strange emotion flow down his spine.

This is fear.

but

He quickly regained his courage and drew the sword and pistol from his waist.

"Monster, if you want to kill me, come on!"

"Protect the Commander!"

"Commander, leave quickly!!"

The guards reacted quickly, and the muzzle fire illuminated the darkness of the backup command room.

Suddenly, a long black tongue swung blindly past Admiral Kalanswo. The admiral jumped away, but one of the guards was not so lucky. The tongue pierced directly into his body, and his whole body suddenly became...

It shriveled and exploded, splattering the admiral with broken bones and blood.

Then there was a buzzing sound of flapping wings in the darkness, and then those long sharp jaws opened and then swooped up.

Although the guards resisted desperately, their flesh and blood were still mutilated and their armor was in pieces.

"God Emperor, let me die with honor!"

Admiral Kalansworth yelled, turned his pistol back, and as a demon buzzed towards him, he hit it with a precise shot, but to no avail.

The two guards rushed forward to protect him, but were suddenly squeezed together by an invisible force, and were squeezed into a bloody mass with the sound of broken bones and muscles.

The fiercest fighting broke out. Many people's bodies were torn into pieces, blood and flesh were scattered everywhere, and the air was filled with a stench and the sound of broken bones.

boom----!

Suddenly, a guard detonated a grenade, but he was too close to Admiral Kalanswo, so that the captain was knocked to the ground, covered in blood.

These monsters opened their mouths and swarmed up. Just when they were about to eat this valuable mortal, a dazzling silver flash suddenly erupted in the space, lighting up the corridor incandescence.
