50. Talk

Animusfia was explaining his findings to Matthew and Giorgios who were approaching him.

Fujimaru Ritsuka and the silver-haired lady were waiting not far from Animusfia.

Although the red-haired girl tried her best to hear what Animusfia was saying, the sound that reached her ears was always subtle between 'heard' and 'unintelligible'.

Animusfia's words entered Fujimaru Ritsuka's ears intermittently.

Obviously I can hear a little bit, but I can't know the general outline at all.

"Gooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

Fujimaru Ritsuka was a little unwilling.

Although I can guess what Animusfia is going to say to Mash and Giorgios————

It’s nothing more than some historical stories about the owner of this city [Chakhedis], Elisabeth Bathory.

But she still wanted to know what the director said.

"Um, your name is Fujimaru...Miss Ritsuka?"

The silver-haired lady next to the girl suddenly said to Fujimaru Ritsuka.

"Oh, it's me."

"Is Fujimaru's last name?"

"Yes, but just call me Ritsuka. Fujimaru sounds weird. He always feels like a boy."

"That's right, Ms. Ritsuka's surname comes first and her first name comes last. Are you from India?"

Fujimaru Ritsuka scratched his head and asked with some confusion:

"Well... it should be much further east than India. Is there anything strange? People over there are all like this."

Although her geography is very poor, she still vaguely remembers that Japan is a country called the Far East. If you go a little to the west, it will look like the Korean Peninsula and Okinawa.

And India's words are out of touch with her understanding of Asia.

After all, they look completely different.

Then, as if she had thought of something, she made a fist with her right hand and lightly hammered her palm.

"Ah! But it seems that in Europe, the first name comes first and the last name comes last. This is the case for Dr. Matthew and Roman. As for the director... I don't know his name yet, so I don't know."

"Yes, most Europeans put their last names last. However, except for Hungarians, we also put our first names last."

“Hey, are Hungarians also Asians?”

Fujimaru Ritsuka looked at the deep face and straight bridge of the nose of the silver-haired young woman in front of him with some disbelief.

Compared with her, Animusfia looks more like an Asian.

Mrs. Nadasidi shook her head and said:

"I don't know either. It seems that only the Huns in Europe do this. Maybe our ancestors also came from the east."

"Well...there are so many mysteries in this world."

The red-haired girl said distressedly.

Fujimaru Ritsuka didn’t know what the halo above the singularity was about; she didn’t know why the human mind was burned; she didn’t know Mashu’s past, she didn’t know where this place was, and she didn’t even know how to spend the past few days with herself.

What is Animusfia's real name?

She wants to know more.

"Ms. Ritsuka, do you care what they say?"

The silver-haired young woman asked Fujimaru Ritsuka, who still had his ears perked up, hoping to get some information.

"Of course, the director and the others are discussing something behind my back!"

He is clearly the last Master of Chaldea, so what can't he tell him?

"Maybe I can talk to Miss Ritsuka alone later."

Mrs. Nadasidi explained.

Fujimaru Ritsuka also knew that 80% of what Animusfia said had already been explained to him.

But she still didn't like the feeling of being left out.

Fujimaru Ritsuka angrily sat on the nose of the giant dragon [Bathori] who was tightly bound by Animusfia.

[Bathori] Huge eyes like wheels stared at her, the narrow vertical pupils seemed to be burning with fire, and the eyes were full of threats——————

All this can only make the red-haired girl feel better.

"Slightly, slightly, slightly~"

Fujimaru Ritsuka turned around and spat out her pink tongue at the giant dragon [Bathori] without caring, and then turned her head and ignored it without paying any attention to the dragon's reaction.

The silver-haired young woman obviously still had not overcome her fear of the dragon and did not follow Fujimaru Ritsuka to approach the dragon [Bathori].

"Ah, don't be afraid. This guy has been fixed by the director's magic and can't move."

"Really...really?"

"Really, look -"

After saying that, Fujimaru Ritsuka patted the teeth of the dragon beneath him provocatively.

Seeing that the dragon didn't react at all except for its incompetent rage, Mrs. Nadasdy finally sat down on the tip of [Bathori]'s nose with the red-haired girl with peace of mind.

"Mr. Animusfia's magic is really powerful. He can even subdue such a giant dragon."

The noble lady said to the red-haired girl who had been looking at Animusfia and the others.

"Right~, the director's magic is very strong."

Still looking at Animusfia, although there was not much actual contact with him, Fujimaru Ritsuka still puffed up his chest proudly.

Suddenly, she saw Animusfiya's index finger touching Mashu's lips.

"Ah! That director actually————"

Ignoring the pained dragon, the red-haired girl excitedly stood up on the tip of [Bathori]'s nose and stamped her feet.

"Hehehe————"

Suddenly, the silver-haired young woman's chuckle came, interrupting Fujimaru Ritsuka who was about to have a fit.

Although the laughter felt familiar, Fujimaru Ritsuka did not think deeply about it.

"What's wrong?"

"Miss Ritsuka, do you like Mr. Animusfia?"

"Eh? How can you tell? Maybe I like Matthew. Although that kid looks very serious, he is actually a little perverted."

"No----"

The silver-haired young woman shook her head and continued:

"The way Ritsuka-san looks at Mash-san is completely different from the way she looks at Animusfia-san."

"What does that mean?"

Still staring at Animusfia who was talking, Fujimaru Ritsuka sat down again, but this time he was closer to the lady.

"This really doesn't mean anything, but Ritsuka-san must have been watching Animusfia-san."

"...I just care about him a little bit."

After a while of silence, the red-haired girl continued to add:

"The director and I have only known each other for a few days."

"Hey, is that so?"

Mrs. Nadasti was a little surprised. When she saw Animsfiya and Fujimaru Ritsuka hugging each other closely, she thought that even if the two people had nothing to do with each other, they should be familiar with each other.

“I still don’t know the director’s identity clearly, so I was very unfriendly towards him at first, but later when I encountered difficulties, he still helped me.”

"It seems that Mr. Animusfia is a very good person."

"But...I couldn't help the director."

Fujimaru Ritsuka's mood suddenly dropped.

Maybe this is the true appearance hidden under her optimistic appearance.

"?"

The silver-haired lady was a little confused.

"When I said goodbye to the director yesterday, both of his hands were still intact——"

Fujimaru Ritsuka looked at Animusfia's empty left shoulder and said:

"I knew the director might be in danger, but I didn't choose to go with him. I could have helped him..."

.........

"I don't know magic, and I don't know how to fight. When I finally had the opportunity to do something, I failed to seize it."

The red-haired girl lowered her head and said, making it difficult to see her expression clearly.

"So, you have an attitude of indebtedness to Mr. Animusfia, so you started to care about him?"

Fujimaru Ritsuka nodded.

"Well, then let me tell a story about my late husband and me."
