And this person is none other than the leader of Buddhism, Sakyamuni.
Although Bodhidharma stopped chanting sutras, he paid no attention to Sakyamuni and did not even look at him. Sakyamuni said: "Brother Bodhidharma, our Buddhist family is suffering from the greatest disaster in a hundred years.
, we must work together to get through it.”
After Bodhidharma heard this, he finally stopped being silent and said with an indifferent expression: "Duobao, you went too far this time."
Sakyamuni was once the great disciple of Taoist Shangqing Taoist, and Duobao was his Taoist name. He changed his name to Sakyamuni after he became a Buddhist.
When Sakyamuni saw that Bodhidharma did not call him by his Buddha name, but directly called out his former name, he felt a little angry in his heart, but he now had something to ask for, so he did not show it.
"I also didn't expect that Qin Hao would be so contradictory. On the surface, he looks broad-minded, but in reality, he is unyielding and ungrateful."
A trace of bitterness flashed in Sakyamuni's eyes, and he smiled bitterly and said: "I thought that Qin Hao would, for the sake of you and Pujing, my junior brother, not to argue with my Buddhist family about this incident.
Moreover, the rescue of Li Shimin this time was also a personal act of my disciple Xuanzang, and it cannot be blamed on my Buddhist family.
But I didn’t expect Qin Hao’s reaction to be so great, and he directly made a move to destroy the Buddha.”
The Eastern Tu School is almost exclusively exclusive, and it is naturally extremely difficult for Buddhism to grow to this extent under this premise. There have also been two decisive battles between Buddhism and Taoism.
A hundred years ago, Buddha Rahu from India came to the Eastern Territory to preach, but he was boycotted by all the schools in the Eastern Territory.
It was a period of intense conflict between Buddhism and Taoism. Buddhism was even called the 'Demon Sect' by people in the Central Plains, and the Buddha Rahu was even insulted as the 'Demon Patriarch'.
When the contradiction could not be reconciled, Taozu Hongjun finally took action personally and fought against Luohu at the southwest border.
In that battle, Taoist ancestor Hongjun won, but although he killed Buddha Rahu, he was also seriously injured and died in less than ten years, and Taoism also fell into the hands of Sanqing.
Fifty years ago, in Tianzhu, the birthplace of Buddhism, two more Buddhas, Zhunti and Jieyin, were born.
Zhunti and Jieyin, who inherited Luohu's legacy, still chose to bring a group of disciples to the Eastern Territory to preach Buddhism. However, they were boycotted by all the schools in the Eastern Territory.
This time the Taoists directly dispatched the Sanqing Taoists, while the Confucians dispatched two great Confucians, Wang Xu and Xun Kuang, and the five of them joined forces to surround and kill Zhunti and pick up the two Buddhas.
The two Buddhas of the Buddhist sect were twice as old as the five, and their realms were also above the five, but they were still outnumbered. In the end, Zhunti was killed by Taiqing and Guiguzi together, while Jie Yin fled back to Tianzhu in embarrassment, and stood together.
I made a vow that I would never set foot in the Central Plains again.
After these two wars, the strength of Buddhism was greatly reduced, and Taoism and Confucianism also relaxed restrictions on Buddhism, and Buddhism was finally able to survive in the East.
Buddhism has developed with difficulty for more than fifty years before it has its current foundation in the Han Dynasty. Therefore, all senior Buddhist leaders cherish this hard-won achievement.
As the leader of the Buddhist sect, Sakyamuni was no exception, but he did not expect that one of his careless actions would bring disaster to Buddhism, and the achievements of decades would be destroyed in one fell swoop.
Sakyamuni now regrets it. If he had known better, he would not have interfered with Taoist affairs. Unfortunately, it is too late to say anything now.
But for today's Buddhists, the most important thing is to ask Qin Hao to stop destroying the Buddha. Bodhidharma, who has been kind to Qin Hao, is naturally the best person to ask for mercy. That's why Sakyamuni
Come to Shaolin in person to seek Bodhidharma.
After listening to Sakyamuni's words, Bodhidharma said coldly: "If you didn't take action, rescuing Li Shimin would naturally be Xuanzang's personal move. But if you, the leader of Buddhism, take action, Qin Hao will naturally think that it is me."
Of course, the Buddhist provocation will not let me off the hook."
Of course Gautama Buddha also knew this, and he never thought of taking action himself. After all, once he took action, the nature would be completely different.
But Sakyamuni couldn't look at Xuanzang, being defeated and killed by Duguqiu in front of him. He couldn't hold back and helped Xuanzang, but in the end he brought such a huge disaster to the Buddhist family.

"I have caused such a catastrophe to the Buddhist family. I have no shame in continuing to serve as the leader of the Buddhist family. I am willing to take the initiative to step down as the leader, but even so, it is difficult to calm Qin Hao's anger."
Sakyamuni knelt heavily on his knees and said with a sad face: "Junior Brother Bodhidharma, all the mistakes you made are my fault. Those Buddhist disciples who were slaughtered by the Qin army are all innocent. Please help me."
Junior Brother Mo, please save them."
When Bodhidharma saw this, he couldn't help sighing, and then he helped Sakyamuni up and said in a deep voice: "Brother Sakyamuni, Bodhidharma will go to persuade the Marquis of Qin, but it is not for you, but for the sake of the Buddhist disciples in the world."

You can't drive people away based on emotion or reason.
