Chapter 67

The Royal Palace of Wuji Kingdom seems to be the only place suitable for signing in in Wuji Kingdom.

Ever since he learned that there were additional rewards for consecutive sign-ins, the first thing Chen San did when he opened his eyes every day was to check in.

It seems like I have returned to the happy days of 1996.

Although there are no eye-catching special rewards during this period, a lot of sign-in value has been accumulated.

Up to now, Chen San has signed in for 27 consecutive days, triggering additional rewards on the fifth, tenth, fifteenth and twentieth days respectively. Now the sign-in value has stacked up to four digits.

This also activates more redeemable rewards.

High-level elixirs and random magical powers are just fragments.

It’s the kind that depends on how many fragments are needed to redeem it.

Chen San was not in a hurry to redeem it, but planned to save the sign-in value first and use it for emergencies when needed.

After all, the check-in value feels similar to the deposit balance, at least it seems that I feel very at ease.

After climbing over the high wall, Chen San started to sign in for the 28th time.

[Ding! Sign-in is successful, reward: Eye of Great Wisdom, sign-in value 10]

[The Eye of Great Wisdom: It can enlighten the mind, gain insight into cause and effect, and see into the laws of the world. The ability to see through depends on the realm of the host.]

This reward...

It sounds very high-end, but Chen San can't think of any use for this thing.

Also, in the Wuji Country, I actually gained the Eye Technique after signing in. Does this thing have anything to do with the Wuji Country?

Chen San was just confused when his eyes suddenly lit up like daylight.

An illusory image came into view.

After a while, Chen San was overjoyed.

"This eye of great wisdom is so magical!"

Through the eyes of great wisdom, Chen San saw the past of Manjushri Bodhisattva and solved his doubts.

Manjushri Bodhisattva is known as the Great Wisdom and is one of the four great Bodhisattvas in Buddhism. He holds the sword of wisdom and is the god representing wisdom in Buddhism.

And this eye of great wisdom, to put it bluntly, is able to see through the ins and outs of everything and the relationship behind everything.

The reason why the great wisdom appeared when signing in the Wuji Kingdom is because the blue lion spirit pretending to be the king is the mount of Manjushri Bodhisattva.

It fully complies with the system's reward range of "related to a certain character in the current area".

But Chen San was a little strange.

Shouldn’t Manjusri’s mount be the one from Shituoling?

According to Chen San's impression, this weak chicken from Wuji Kingdom is not at the same level as the one from Shituoling.

Did the system make a mistake or did I remember it wrong?

Chen San shook his head, feeling that it was unlikely that the system had made a mistake.

But I have read Journey to the West countless times, so I can’t remember it wrong.

The only reasonable explanation is that the mount is similar to a rich person's sports car, and there is not necessarily only one.

Not only that, Chen San also discovered something that was horrifying to think about through the scene in front of him just now.

Indeed, as King Wu Ji said, he has devoted himself to worshiping Buddha for many years.

His sincerity was even inspired by the Tathagata, who sent Manjushri Bodhisattva to the mortal world to save him, with the intention of converting him to Buddhism.

However, I don’t know what Manjushri was thinking. After arriving in Wuji Kingdom, he wanted to test the king. At first, the king saw that Manjushri was the incarnation of a monk, so he was treated with great courtesy.

Later, Manjusri felt that the time was almost up, so he began the last test and made an extremely harsh and even humiliating request to the king.

The king lost his patience, and in a rage, he imprisoned the monk who had been transformed by Manjusri Bodhisattva into a water prison. He was only rescued by the Liujia Golden Body three days later.

After the Tathagata learned about it, he set a calamity for King Wuji. Manjushri Bodhisattva sent his green lion to transform into a Quanzhen Taoist, killing the king's life and leaving his body in the well for three years to offset the three-year flood of Manjushri Bodhisattva.

Day's sins.

Good guy, so dark!

"It seems that I have to be more polite to those Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the future, otherwise who knows whether they will treat me in the same way?"

Chen San sneaked into the deep palace quietly, walking five steps to one post and ten steps to one post, as if they were in vain, and came to the harem easily.

Seeing a palace with bright lights and several maids waiting in front of the door, Chen San thought that the monster was probably here.

A palace maid suddenly ran towards the back of the palace, clutching her stomach, perhaps because she had to urinate urgently.

Chen San turned into the palace maid, came behind the other palace maids, picked the one with a bulging front and back, and grabbed her behind: "Hey!"

The captured palace maid screamed in surprise. When she saw Chen San, she hit him angrily: "Sister, please keep your voice down. If you spare the interest of Your Majesty and the Queen, you will inevitably be punished."

The information has been successfully collected. Chen San quietly retreated into the darkness while no one was paying attention.

I bet this is the queen's palace, and the monster is there too.

What were the two of you doing in the middle of the night?

The king is probably already green!

Just when Chen San was hiding among the flowers, sighing at God's will to trick people, the palace door suddenly opened from the inside.

A man who looked exactly like the Silky King came out of it.

When the maids in front of the door saw this, they picked up something from the ground and ran into the palace in panic.

Chen San didn't pay attention to this, but quietly followed the fake king to the study.

The strange thing is that the fake king removed all his guards and did not close the door after entering the study.

It was as if the door was specially left open for Chen San?

Chen San didn't find it strange at all that the fake king would notice it.

It would be unreasonable for a monster that is about fifty-fifty comparable to Zhu Bajie to be able to detect someone following it.

Needless to say, Chen Sanding admired the frankness of the fake king.

Open the skylight and speak frankly.

Chen San didn't hesitate and walked in directly.

I was here to find him, so there was no need to hide.

Judging from the calm expression on the fake king's face, he must have realized that he was being followed a long time ago.

He raised his eyes and glanced at Chen San: "Prayer?"

Even if the tracking was discovered, Chen San felt unhappy because his identity was revealed by the fake king.

He has always been pretending to be cool, but what does this fake king mean when he seems to have everything in mind?

So Chen San did not follow the routine and asked: "Green-haired lion?"

The fake king's face changed slightly, and he threw the scroll he just picked up from the case back on the table: "Even if you are a holy monk of the Tang Dynasty, this is the Wuji Kingdom. If you break into the palace without permission, it is reasonable for me to kill you."

Chen San became even more unhappy when he heard that the fake king was going to kill him.

What Chen San fears most is death, but what he fears least is death.

Whether you are afraid or not depends on who is standing opposite you.

How dare a mere green-haired lion brazenly say that he had beheaded himself?

"If the king here wants to kill the poor monk, the poor monk will naturally have nothing to say, and maybe he will take the initiative to stretch his neck. After all, if I don't go to hell, who will go to hell, but you faker, what nonsense are you saying here?

?”

Just talking, right?

It's like you really dare to kill me.

Let’s see if your Bodhisattva will spare you!

Unexpectedly, the fake king suddenly burst out laughing: "Since the holy monk knows everything, I can retire with success."

What?

Is this monster trying to escape?

That’s not what’s written in the script!

Besides, nothing is so cheap in the world!

You took over someone else's kingdom, slept with someone else's wife, and now you want to leave after patting your butt?

I have seen shameless people, but I have never seen such shameless people.

"I don't think so."
