Chapter 1 Khimki Town

Lin Hua was wearing a pullover military uniform from the Soviet Union's Great Patriotic War. He was holding a Mosin-Nagant rifle without bullets in his hand. Like a goose, he stood in front of a shaky wooden door and stared blankly ahead.

Snow-covered buildings, forests, and pedestrians wearing thick winter clothing.

He clearly remembered that today was Victory Day. He and several Russian friends, wearing the uniforms of the Soviet Army during the Great Patriotic War, holding unloaded rifles they obtained from the Diggers, were in a newly discovered underground bunker.

Adventure.

Because the light in the bunker was too dark and there were many forks in the corridor, Lin Hua became separated from his friends while walking. He groped in the darkness for a long time and finally saw a light coming from a hidden tunnel in front of him.

Showed through the door.

He quickened his pace and rushed to the door and opened it forcefully. He thought that when he opened the door, he would see his separated friends waiting for him outside. Unexpectedly, when he opened the door, he found a snowy scene in front of him.

Although in Russia in May, you can still see scattered snow that has not melted in the forest, but the snow scene in front of you only appears in December.

Lin Hua turned around and walked into the door, wanting to return to the passage he had just entered, but found that behind the door was a half-collapsed room. The walls were not covered by snow, and the walls formed by the smoke and fire could be seen.

Black. He wandered around the room for a long time and found no other passages except the doorway he came in from.

He came to the door again. In order to prevent himself from being frozen by the biting cold wind, he slung the gun on his shoulder, crossed his hands on his chest, and kept stamping his feet on the spot.

Two young girls wearing dark blue military coats and cotton military caps passed by on the path ahead. Seeing Lin Hua's embarrassed look, they stopped and pointed at him, as if they were surprised that it was so cold.

Why would someone stand outside in unlined clothes during the weather? Aren't they afraid of frostbite?

Just when Lin Hua was thinking about whether he should walk up and ask the two girls about where this place was, he suddenly heard someone shouting his Russian name loudly: "Misha, Misha, where are you?"

"I'm here!" Hearing this shout, Lin Hua seemed to have grabbed a life-saving straw and quickly replied at the top of his lungs. But when he turned his head and looked in the direction of the sound, he saw a man in khaki-colored clothes.

A middle-aged man wearing a short leather military coat and a cotton military cap, holding a pile of clothes in his hands, jumped towards him in the snow.

The man came to Lin Hua, frowned and said, "Misha, why did you come here and wear so little? Aren't you afraid of freezing to death?" As he said that, he took out a piece of clothing in his hand.

A short leather military coat was draped on Lin Hua.

Lin Hua put on his military coat and suddenly felt his whole body starting to feel warm. He looked at the middle-aged man and asked, "Who are you?"

"Who am I? Who else can I be? I am Seryozha." Hearing Lin Hua's question, the other party asked strangely: "Don't you recognize me, and you still call me 'you'?

"

Lin Hua, who has been in Russia for more than ten years, naturally knows that only friends or acquaintances are addressed with "you" instead of "you". However, in order to understand his situation, he did not pay attention to these details, and

He continued to ask: "Who am I? Where is this place?"

Seryosha stared at Lin Hua with wide eyes and said: "Misha, your full name is Mikhail Mikhailovich Sokov, you have the rank of corporal, and you are our squad leader. Where we are now

The location is in the town of Khimki in the northern suburbs of Moscow. The task our squad received is to protect this town and prevent German agents from sneaking in to cause damage."

The combination of these words, Red Army Corporal, Khimki, and German Agent, made Lin Hua's heart skip a beat, thinking to himself, could I have returned to the Soviet Union during the Patriotic War? He quickly asked: "Seryozha, now

What time is it?”

Seryozha took out a pocket watch from his pocket, took a look at it, and replied: "11:40 noon."

"I would like to ask what year and day it is today?" Lin Hua said impatiently.

"December 1, 1941." After answering, Seryozha said to Lin Hua in a concerned tone: "Misha, you'd better take the time to go to the military hospital to see a doctor."

"Go to the military hospital?!" Lin Hua asked in confusion: "Why should I go to the military hospital?"

"You suffered a head concussion during yesterday's bombing." Seryosha shook his head and said, "The consciousness has become blurred. Not only can't remember the time and where we are, but we have even forgotten who we are."

Lin Hua had no intention of paying attention to what Seryosha said, but thought desperately in his heart: On December 1, 1941, during the Battle of Moscow, at three o'clock that afternoon, a group of soldiers from the German 258th Division

A reconnaissance team entered and occupied Khimki on motorcycles, which was only 20 kilometers away from the Red Square. If they waited for the Germans to come, they might not even be able to save their lives, so they might as well escape as soon as possible.

But he quickly gave up this idea. He was a new arrival. Even if he left Khimki town, he had nowhere to go. Besides, there were checkpoints everywhere. Once he was caught, he would be shot on the spot as a deserter.

Since escaping is death and staying is death, it is better to take advantage of the knowledge that the Germans will enter the town of Khimki in a few hours, prepare for battle in advance, and catch the Germans by surprise.

Thinking of this, he immediately ordered Seryosha: "Immediately gather all the comrades in the class to the north of the town and prepare them for battle." Considering that it was difficult to stop the German reconnaissance with just the strength of his own class.

The small team must have militia to help, so he asked Seryozha again, "Where is the town leader?"

Seryosha asked tentatively: "Are you talking about the People's Commissar of the Soviet of Zhen?"

"Yes, yes, that's him." Lin Hua nodded vigorously and asked anxiously: "Do you know where he is?"

Seryosha thought for a while and replied: "Before I came here to find you, I saw Comrade Town People's Commissar going to the police station. You should be able to find him there."

"I'll go find him right now." After Lin Hua finished speaking, he ran forward with the gun on his back. But after running for a few steps, he stopped and turned to look at Seryosha who was still standing there, a little embarrassed.

Question: "Seryozha, where is the town police station?"

Hearing Lin Hua's question, the muscles on Seryosha's face twitched violently for a few times, then he stretched out his hand, pointed to the right and said: "Misha, you go east along this road.

You can find the police station to the east. I think Comrade People's Commissar may be having lunch with the director of the police station."
