Chapter 775 Boss

In November 1941, senior cadres from the Third Branch of the Anti-Japanese University and the 3rd and 4th teams of the Eighth Route Army Military and Political College merged to form Yanzhou Military Academy.

However, many cadres and students at the Military Academy still call them Kang Da.

The predecessor of Anti-Japanese University was the Military and Political University of the Chinese Anti-Japanese Red Army. The first batch of Anti-Japanese University had a total of 1,063 students, all of whom came from the Red Army.

The second phase of the Anti-Japanese University was in operation from January 1937 to August of the same year. At this time, it had already moved into Yanzhou with the Chinese Communist Party and was renamed the Chinese Anti-Japanese Military and Political University.

On January 20, 1937, the second phase of the Anti-Japanese University officially opened. This phase consisted of four brigades with 1,362 students.

The first and second teams were the regiment, division and army cadres of the Red Army, and the brigade commander was among them at that time. The third to eighth teams were the company and battalion cadres of the Red Army. The ninth to fourteenth teams were young students and were organized into four brigades.

In order to adapt to the development of the Anti-Japanese War situation, the Anti-Japanese University did not wait for the second phase of students to graduate, and officially opened the third phase on August 1, 1937.

At that time, the third phase admitted a total of 1,372 students, organized into three brigades.

Teams 1 to 6 are Red Army cadres, mostly former cadres of the Fourth Front Army, and teams 7 to 9 are young students, a military team that trains veteran cadres, a military team that trains new cadres, and a guerrilla training team.

On April 16, 1938, the fourth semester of the Anti-Japanese University officially opened, and students graduated in batches from August to December of the same year.

This period was one of unprecedented development for the Anti-Japanese War. From May to August alone, 2,288 people came to Yanzhou via the Eighth Route Army Office in Xi'an.

Most of them came from the Kuomintang-controlled areas, mainly Beiping, Tianjin and other places, and participated in the 129 Anti-Japanese and National Salvation Movement. Zhou Weihan and Zhao Gang were the representatives.

There are also intellectuals and progressive young people from various provinces and cities in the country, as well as patriotic overseas Chinese who have returned to the country.

At that time, after the 29th Army withdrew from Peiping, Zhou Weihan was separated from the troops, so he turned around and returned to the Eighth Route Army with Wu Qin and others.

Later, he received an order from his superiors, requiring Zhou Weihan, who was already a battalion-level cadre at the time, to study at the Anti-Japanese University.

The third phase of the Anti-Japanese University admitted a total of 5,562 students, organized into eight brigades and 43 teams.

Among them, there are seven teams for training Eighth Route Army and New Fourth Army cadres, with 907 people, and 31 teams for training intellectuals, with 4,655 people, accounting for 80% of the total number of trainees, of which 600 are girls.

Fifty-four people, organized into the eighth brigade.

The curriculum of Kangda University is mainly divided into three categories: politics, military, and culture.

Military courses include guerrilla warfare, strategy and tactics, artillery, surveying and mapping, terrain, shooting, air defense and anti-virus, etc. Based on the needs of students, cultural courses such as geography, natural knowledge, arithmetic, and Japanese are also offered.

The educational system of Kangda University ranges from 4 months to half a year, and also has courses of 8 months, 1 year, and more than 3 years. The first and second periods of Kangda University are only about half a year, and the eighth period is more than 3 years.

In a courtyard in the northwest of Yanzhou, this is the residence of the boss. The boss is now the dean of the Military Academy. This is why No. 1 asked Zhou Weihan to find the boss.

But unfortunately, they didn't meet each other for three consecutive days. Zhou Weihan stood in the yard, staring at the jujube trees in the yard.

The canopy of trees grew very quickly, so large that the shade of the trees could reach into the cave dwelling, and so dense that Zhou Weihan could not see the sun in the sky when he stood under the jujube tree.

"Where is he?" A deep voice came from outside the yard.

"Comrade Zhou Weihan has been waiting for you in the yard for several days!"

In Zhou Weihan's eyes, a burly middle-aged man walked in: "Is it Comrade Zhou Weihan?"

"Boss, Zhou Weihan is here to report!" Zhou Weihan stood at attention and saluted with a military salute.

"I really kept you waiting for a long time. I have been working as a security guard here for a few days. I just came back early this morning. After I came back, I was dragged to the seminar. We have read all the reports you wrote, especially the one about the field troops.

The report is very targeted and forward-looking!" The boss said, patting Zhou Weihan on the shoulder: "Very good, very timely!"

While talking, Zhou Weihan was also looking at the boss carefully. This was the first time he had close contact with the boss himself.

He is tall, has a good-natured appearance, and always has a kind smile on his face. He has no authority on his body and always makes people get close to him subconsciously.

The military uniform on his body had several patches, and he didn't look like the leader of the Eighth Route Army at all. Instead, he looked like a peasant with his face turned to the loess and his back to the sky.

"Why are you still standing there? Come into the room and talk!"

"yes!"

"What is yes? Don't always be yes!"

"Okay, I'll listen to you!" Zhou Weihan said with a smile.

In the cave, the boss's desk is next to the window, just under the shade of the trees, and he can see the situation in the yard clearly at a glance.

The boss first gave Zhou Weihan a glass of water, and then said straight to the point: "During the meeting, Lao Mao told me that he wanted you to come to Kangda University as a military instructor. I think you can teach two courses, one is strategy and the other

It’s a military command!”

"The situation of the Kangda University in Yanzhou is different from that in other base areas. The main source of students are students from all over the world, and the rest are battalion and company-level cadres from the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia base area. Relatively speaking, the situation in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia base area is

It is relatively stable, and these students generally have no experience fighting the Japanese army!"

"So I need you, a military commander who has experienced hundreds of battles on the front line, to give them military command lessons. Such an opportunity is not easy for them to come across!"

"There is also a crash course with 82 people. The students are all deputy regiment-level and regiment-level cadres from various military regions who come to study. These comrades are all killed in the mountains of corpses and seas of blood. Some of them have more seniority than you.

I'm also older than you, so if you don't show off your skills, they might be dissatisfied!"

"What are you going to do?" the boss asked after finishing his instructions.

"Treat students differently and teach students in accordance with their aptitude!" Zhou Weihan said.

"What a difference, you dare to say this, okay, I want to see what you can teach me?" The boss said and took a few books from the drawer: "These are for class.

The textbook is what I usually use, and there are some notes on it. You can take it back and read it before you go to class tomorrow."

"For specific course arrangements, after you go to Kangda University tomorrow, go to the director of education. He has received the notice and is arranging specific courses according to your time!"

"I understand!" Zhou Weihan took the book from the boss's hand and asked, knowingly: "Boss, what kind of tree is that in the yard?"

"Jujube trees, a specialty of Yanzhou, are in their mature season every October. You can bring a cloth bag over and pick some back to try!" the boss said.

"Yes, I will definitely pay attention to the growth of Kotou jujube at all times and try to get the first crop!"

"Okay, I said as soon as I entered the yard, I saw you standing under the jujube tree. It turned out that I had been thinking about you for a long time!"
