431. Group interview

Xu Chen was a little nervous.

He used to work in a secret room in Jiangcheng, playing the role of a female ghost.

Work was going smoothly at first. Except for one time when I saw a couple coming in in a secret room, the woman was my friend's girlfriend and the man was not my friend. There was nothing troublesome.

But some time ago, Xu Chen encountered some problems.

While he was working in the secret room, a customer seemed to see a ghost.

What's more important is that the ghost seems to be haunting him.

From that day on, Xu Chen often dreamed that he was lying in bed with a girlfriend wearing a red wedding dress sleeping next to him. When he turned his head, the girlfriend would stare at him with extremely resentful eyes.

After waking up with a start, Xu Chen remembered that he had no girlfriend.

I couldn't help but shed tears of sadness.

In short, he couldn't sleep well during this period and felt that his working condition was getting worse and worse.

Soon, Xu Chen saw Lu Tan’s recruitment advertisement.

As soon as he saw Lu Tan's face, he suddenly remembered.

"Isn't this fucking Lu Jian!??"

Xu Chen, as a young man of the new era, naturally saw the Lu Tiao family bucket, and was on guard for several days because of Amber's death. To this day, there is still a poster of Amber from "All Quiet Spring" in his home.

It was too dark in the secret room at that time, and he was also very nervous, so Xu Chen didn't recognize Lu Tan.

If he had recognized it at that time, Xu Chen would have punched him a few more times while no one was watching.

Now that he was restless at work, Xu Chen felt that he should seek a breakthrough.

People can't, at least they can't always be an NPC in a secret room.

At least you have to be in charge of the console.

Out of this idea, Xu Chen signed up for Lu Jian's recruitment.

Today is the interview.

It was said to be an interview. Xu Chen heard that tens of thousands of resumes were submitted this time. It was estimated that Lu Jian would not be able to interview everyone. It should be someone under his command doing the interview.

Xu Chen didn't feel like he had an advantage because he had met Lu Jian. He joined some WeChat groups before coming here and found that these people who came for interviews were like crouching tigers, hidden dragons.

There is a man who claims to be a Taoist priest from Mount Emei. He has studied Taoism for thirty years and is able to handle various situations that require it.

Another person said that he started acting at the age of five, appeared on the international stage at the age of six, won an international award at the age of seven, gave up his acting career at the age of eight to attend elementary school, graduated from college this year, and is ready to return to his old career.

Some people say that they used to be in charge of hundreds of people and were the boss of the largest gang in the city. During the period of ups and downs, no one dared to express objections to them. Now they have quit and are looking for a career.

Another person said that he was deceived by a man who hacked him and his children more than 360 times, but he finally crawled out of the coffin board to come for the interview.

Everyone's life experiences are rich and colorful, which makes Xu Chen feel ashamed.

"This is all nonsense!"

Xu Chen complained in the car on the way to the interview location.

How could some gang boss or Taoist priest come over for an interview? Xu Chen estimated that these people were just role-playing and fooling people.

Arriving at the interview place, Jingjing Media Company, Xu Chen found that there were several other people interviewing together.

These people are of different ages, both male and female, and judging from their appearance, they are all quite normal.

"Are you coming for an interview too?"

A man came over and asked. When Xu Chen nodded, he said again.

"I'm telling you a secret. Don't tell anyone else."

"Um?"

Xu Chen couldn't help but pricked up his ears when he heard there was a secret.

"Actually, I am the true successor of Longhu Mountain. This time it was because there were ghosts and monsters on Jiangcheng Mountain, so I followed the master's order and went down the mountain to eliminate demons, defend the law, and support justice!"

The man said seriously.

"???"

Xu Chen thinks there is something wrong with this person's brain?

He didn't answer, but turned around and saw the man talking to another person.

"I'll tell you a secret, don't tell anyone else."

""

Xu Chen was sure there was something wrong with this person's brain.

He saw another woman following him.

Before the man in front continued to tell her a secret that could not be told to anyone else, Xu Chen spoke to the woman first.

"Are you here for an interview too?"

"yes."

The woman who looked to be in her late forties nodded.

"Are you the one who was stabbed more than 360 times by your husband and struggled to crawl under the coffin board for an interview?"

Xu Chen asked in advance.

"What are you talking about?"

The woman looked at Xu Chen as if she was crazy.

"No, don't believe what the person in front said."

Xu Chen reminded him regardless of past suspicions.

"I know, son."

The woman responded.

"???"

It's hard for Xu Chen to fix it.

Are all the people here for interviews this time mentally ill?

I saw on the Internet that Lu Tian likes to go to mental hospitals to collect information. Maybe these are Lu Tian's patients?

By the way, why am I interviewing with a group of mentally ill patients?

Am I mentally ill too?

With this idea in mind, Xu Chen followed the people in front of him into the interview conference room.

Xu Chen had never experienced this kind of group interview, but he looked at other people's interview experiences and found that this kind of interview would be very simple as long as you mastered the tricks. The most basic requirement is to be able to use skills.

No matter how right the person you are interviewing with is right, you can't keep saying "Ah, yes, yes, yes" all the time. You have to make a difference so that you can show yourself.

What Xu Chen didn't expect was that in addition to some interviewers he didn't know, there was also Lu Jian in the conference room.

He actually came to the interview in person!

Xu Chen swallowed and became nervous.

The staff distributed some information. Xu Chen looked at it and found that it was a script.

Is this going to be a live performance?

"Now that everyone has got the script, let's take a look at everyone's acting skills."

Lu Tan said that he simply assigned roles and gave everyone ten minutes to familiarize themselves with the script.

Xu Chen saw that his character was a bartender with a sweet temperament, and his lines were all full of swear words, and they were very loud, so it was a little difficult to remember them.

Damn it, I got a ghost card.

Xu Chen took a look at the others. They were all quite simple, except for his own.

He hurriedly began to recite his lines.

Remembering this, Xu Chen suddenly felt that he no longer looked like himself.

Those complicated lines were stuck in his brain like a cobweb, as if they had become his instinct.

He seems to have really become a bartender in the slums of the abandoned city. He sees the dirty and discordant things happening every day, and often gets drunk alone to escape reality.

One time when he was drunk, he saw a woman standing on the street. He got closer and found that the woman's face was so terrifying that he was so frightened that he broke his leg and had to go to a doctor for treatment.

Fortunately, the doctor was kind, treated him cheaply, and even prescribed medicine.

Now, that doctor is dead and he is under investigation.

Xu Chen felt that he had completely integrated into the character.

"Let's get started."

Ten minutes later, Lu Tan said.

Two interviewers stood up immediately, got into the act instantly, and started performing.

But most of the interviewees stumbled and didn't seem to be in the mood.

Lu Tan looked at their performance and felt very satisfied.

He chooses actors without caring about their past experiences or acting skills.

An actor who only cares about compatibility and being suitable for the role will know how to perform the moment he gets the script.

It's not the actors who choose the script, it's the script that chooses the actors.
