Answer some questions from book friend Mr. Potato

Yesterday I saw Mr. Tudou’s comments. When it comes to the current part, it introduces too much modern technology and seems to be suspicious of hydrology.

Lotus still attaches great importance to the opinions of book friends. Here I would like to share with you the ideas for the early writing of this book.

First of all, it may be that my writing power is not enough, and I did not write out the difficulty of the protagonist Zuo Menggen's opening. As a result, the slightly dull accumulation process did not highlight the dangerous parts.

In fact, the protagonist Zuo Menggeng can basically be regarded as a "three noes" person.

First, he has no capital.

At that time, Zuo Mengeng's identity was only the son of Du Si, or the former Du Si.

Zuo Liangyu had only been in charge of the capital for a few years, so the wealth accumulation of the Zuo family was naturally not worth mentioning. It was impossible to spend money like water and recruit troops on a large scale.

Second, he has no qualifications.

A fourteen-year-old boy, and the descendant of an ordinary military general, naturally cannot raise his arms and bow to the heroes.

Any process of achieving a great cause is a process in which talents come together and play their role.

Zuo Mengeng did not have too much fame and was able to recruit enough talents. Of course, in the late Ming Dynasty, there were not many talents who met his requirements.

Officials such as Hou Xun, Liu Zongzhou, Qu Shishu, and Zhang Jimeng actually viewed the protagonists with a condescending attitude.

It's just that they are disappointed with the current politics and regard the protagonist as another hope for change.

Once things go wrong, they will abandon the protagonist as fast as lightning.

Third, he has no territory.

There were many rebellion articles in the late Ming Dynasty, and they were all different.

Yunzhao, who was caught in the crossfire of Shaanxi's heroes, had room for development because the court's eyes were on those large groups of bandits.

There was also Zhao Han who was tossing around in the high mountains of Jiangxi. The imperial court focused on the north and let him return to the sea, where the sea and the sky would be vast.

Zuo Mengeng is different.

The place where he made his fortune was in Linqing.

Linqing is located in western Shandong, adjacent to the canal, on the North China Plain, with no danger to defend, and it is right under the nose of the capital.

In other words, once his actions are noticed, the imperial army will arrive at night and it will only take a moment to eliminate him.

Under such circumstances, Zuo Mengeng must and can only operate cautiously while patiently waiting for the right opportunity.

This is also the reason why he asked Hou Xun to appoint officials who could protect him from wind and rain during the Chaoguan Incident.

With this protective umbrella, his actions will be protected and hidden from the eyes of the court.

The initial stage of any business creation is undoubtedly the most difficult. The so-called road is full of obstacles, and it is nothing like this.

I hope that through little things, I can show you the growth process of a cause and a group, and outline the whole picture of the group.

Especially the transformation of the supporting characters, how they transformed from being lost in troubled times to the protagonist's comrades-in-arms, should be worth writing about.

Why do big guys like Hou Xun and Liu Zongzhou favor the protagonist and support his early development;

Why are officials such as Qu Shishu and Zhang Jimeng willing to act as the protagonist's protective umbrella and agree with what he does?

Why are the Liu family, Zhang family, Geng family and other powerful families able to become allies of the protagonist instead of killing him;

Xu Ruolin, who is under the impact of the blending of Eastern and Western cultural ideas, Zhang Haogu, who lives a life of debauchery, Liu Yiyuan, who has a big business but struggles to support it, Huang Zongxi, who is cynical, travels around after returning from death, Zuo Xianmei, who is deeply poisoned by feudal ethics, and was originally a slave.

The servants want to realize the glory and wealth that they can enjoy for generations to come. Scholars such as Chen Zhi, Jiang Wei, and Wang Yun, who were once high and mighty but now fall into the dust, tenants like Zhang Yan, the old Qin leader, who are exploited and oppressed, and weeds in troubled times like Wang Xiuqin.

Ordinary miserable women, the Lu brothers and sisters who have lost their parents and relatives and are left alone, as well as various characters who will appear one after another...

What I hope is to depict the transformation and sublimation process of characters from different classes and situations through seemingly trivial deeds.

Take Wang Xiuqin as an example.

An orphan and a widowed mother, surrounded by wolf-like prying eyes. She may be torn into pieces one day, but she still has to struggle for survival.

When Zuo Mengeng refused to let her farm, she was desperate.

But when Zuo Mengeng pointed out the direction and told her that she was actually very useful and great, this woman's self-awareness began to awaken.

I hope that in such a detailed way, I can describe the process of a group growing from scratch, from weak to strong.

As for the subsequent stage of hegemony, after completing the solid accumulation in the early stage, it was nothing but a matter of course.

It will not be surprising that readers have seen the army building process in the early stage, and then went from victory to victory in the process of fighting many enemies.

Otherwise, without such a stage, the protagonist's army will look like it popped out of the cracks in the rocks.

Readers will be very surprised when they read it later.

Why can you defeat the extremely vicious Eight Banners with the army you just raised?

Why is it that with an army like yours, you can defeat Li Zicheng and Zhang Xianzhong all over the place?

It's as if someone else's army, which they fought through countless battles and battles, has become a complete joke.

In short, having said so much, this is also the first time to communicate with all book friends. If you have any thoughts or opinions, please leave a message.

I also hope that everyone can see a vivid protagonist, how to grow from a white man step by step to a leader who can lead and change the destiny of the country and the nation.

at last……

Today happens to be the Mid-Autumn Festival. On this beautiful occasion of the full moon night, I wish you all...

Kneel down for five consecutive days and be single in front of the moon!
