Zhang Zhan said: The reason why it is difficult to master the prescriptions of the classics is still unknown. Today's diseases are the same internally but different externally, and they are also different internally but the same externally. Therefore, the excess and deficiency of the five internal organs and the unblocking of the blood vessels and guards are definitely not caused by the ears and eyes.
If you observe, you must first diagnose and examine it. However, if there is a chaos of floating and sinking in the Cunkou Guanchi, there is a difference in the flow of acupuncture points between high and low, shallow and deep, and there are differences in thickness, hardness and softness of the skin, muscles and bones, only those with subtle intentions can be compared.
That’s all. Now, if you want to seek the most subtle and subtle things, it would be dangerous to seek the most coarse and shallow thoughts! If it is full, it will benefit, if it is empty, it will be damaged, if it is clear, it will be blocked, and if it is blocked, it will be cold.
And if it is cold, if it is hot and warm, it will aggravate the disease. And if I hope it will live, I see it will die. Therefore, it is difficult to master the skills of medical prescriptions and divination. Since it is not taught by God, how can it be subtle? The world has
Fool, if you read prescriptions for three years, you will know that there is no disease in the world that can be cured; if you treat the disease for three years, you will know that there is no prescription in the world. Therefore, scholars must know the source of medicine and be diligent and tireless.
It's a mistake.

During a follow-up visit the next day, the old woman's chest tightness and hypochondriac pain symptoms were significantly relieved. However, the cough appeared and the sputum increased. The sputum was white, thick and sticky sputum. Her tongue and pulse were the same as the day before.
Bai Fu saw that the old woman's condition had improved, so he no longer changed the prescription. The acupuncture and medication regimen was the same as before. The only change was that the yin and yang were reversed. This time, Yangxi point was first acupuncture, and then Taiyuan point was penetrated to enhance the acupuncture effect.
Five days later, the old woman's chest discomfort and flank pain had improved significantly. She coughed up less sputum and became clearer in color. The turbid and greasy tongue coating gradually began to subside, and the slippery pulse on the right cun gradually became smoother. Bai Fu continued to apply the acupuncture method as before. But there was a change.
Adjust the proportion of some medicinal materials in the medicine, remove perilla seeds and white mustard seeds, add 15% of tangerine peel, 15% of poria, increase the winter melon kernel to 30%, increase the reed root to 25%, and increase the ginger to 50%.
By the time of consultation on the eighth day, the old woman's symptoms of chest tightness and discomfort had completely disappeared, and the dull pain in both flanks and ribs had basically disappeared. Occasionally itchy throat and cough were accompanied by a small amount of sticky phlegm. She could sleep well and had regular bowel movements. Her tongue was light and dark.
, the coating is white and greasy. The double veins are generally slippery, and the left guan is slightly larger.
By the time of the consultation on the tenth day, after everyone's evaluation, the old woman's condition had improved, and she no longer needed injections, and she only needed to be nursed back to health at home. Fifteen days later, when she was reviewed again, the old woman's face was glowing, her complexion was normal, she was in good spirits, and she no longer had any physical symptoms.
Discomfort.
After Qingcheng disciples settled in Bing Camp, they found that almost all plague patients had white and thick greasy coating and a slippery pulse in the right cun, indicating that phlegm accumulated in the lungs was the basic pathogenesis. After half a month of acupuncture intervention, the symptoms were improved or eliminated.
After diagnosing and treating dozens of plague patients, Bai Fu believed that this plague also has the characteristics of "direct attack", with an insidious onset and direct invasion of the lungs and other organs. The onset is characterized by dry cough or even no cough.
After Bai Fu differentiated his syndrome, he believed that the reason why this disease is highly contagious and rapidly worsening, and that it is difficult to be cured by general typhoid warm medicines, is that although the patient's lungs are damaged, he coughs and produces less sputum. The patient has a dry cough or no cough.
The phlegm cannot be discharged, and the middle burner is blocked by dampness and turbidity, which blocks the transportation and transformation. The phlegm blocks the airway, causing chest tightness and hypochondriac pain.
In view of this, Bai Fu tried to focus his treatment on moistening the lungs and eliminating phlegm. After acupuncture and medication, as long as the patient's cough and phlegm function is restored, the condition can be improved. For individual patients, through Qigong guidance, the phlegm in the lungs can be removed.
Toxins are excreted through feces, and can also achieve the effect of removing diseases from the internal organs.
Since the patient's main pathogenesis is Taiyang-Yangming syndrome and Taiyin-Yangming two senses, Bai Fu combined the healing experience of dozens of patients and finally gave an acupuncture plan that can be widely promoted: acupuncture and acupoint selection at the Taiyin meridian.
Taiyuan point, Yangxi point and Hegu point of Yangming meridian. The silver needle penetrates Yangxi point and Hegu point through Taiyuan point, which not only relieves the two senses of Taiyin and Yangming, but also promotes defecation through gastrointestinal peristalsis, so as to reduce lung congestion.
Turbid phlegm.
In addition, if the patient feels chest tightness, acupuncture can also be used at the Neiguan point of the Jueyin meridian. If the patient feels hypochondriac pain, acupuncture can be used at the Waiguan point of the Shaoyang meridian. Silver needles can penetrate the Waiguan point through the Neiguan point.
It can effectively relieve chest tightness and hypochondriac pain.
When applying acupuncture, there is no need to use traditional acupuncture techniques such as lifting, inserting, twisting, and turning. Qingcheng nine-needle acupuncture is the best for promoting qi and has the fastest effect. If the patient is elderly, special acupuncture and reinforcing and diarrhea techniques are not needed.
If the patient's primary fire is unclear, guidance can be used to speed up the movement of needles and qi, and enhance the needle sensation.
The combination of acupuncture and medicine has the best effect, and Bai Fu also gave a medication plan that can be widely promoted: using the Guizhi method as the basis to open up the Taiyang Meridian and harmonize Yingwei.
The basic prescription of the Guizhi Method is cinnamon twig, peony, licorice, jujube, and ginger. It is mainly used to treat exogenous wind-cold and superficial deficiency syndromes. Headache and fever, sweating, bad wind, rhinorrhoea, retching, white coating, lack of thirst, and slow or weak pulse.
As the later "Soup Gejue" said: "Taiyangzhong Guizhi Decoction, peony, licorice, jujube and ginger can relieve muscles and regulate nutrition and health. Sip the porridge warmly and drink it to make sweat easy."
The meaning of this method is: the syndrome of this prescription is caused by wind-cold injuring the surface of the human body, the internal organs are not solid, the defense qi leaks out, the yin yin cannot be guarded internally, and the lungs and stomach are out of harmony. The treatment is mainly to relieve the muscles and harmonize the ying and wei.
.The syndrome of this prescription is that the symptoms are superficial deficiency, the internal organs are not solid, and the Wei is strong and the Ying is weak. Therefore, cinnamon twig is used as the monarch medicine to relieve muscle distension and exogenous wind and cold, and peony is used as the minister to replenish Yin and consolidate Ying.
Guizhi is pungent and warm, pungent can dispel evil, warms the Yang and supports the body, so it is a monarch medicine. Peony is sour and cold, sour can astringent sweat, cold can remove yin and benefit the camp. Guizhi is a monarch peony, so it contains sweat in dispersion.
Meaning: Paeony and cinnamon twigs are used to induce slight sweating in the solid surface. When Gui and Paeony are combined, one can treat strong Wei, and the other can treat weak Ying. When combined, the Ying and Wei can be harmonized, so they must be used in conjunction with each other.
Ginger is pungent and warm, which not only helps cinnamon twigs to relieve muscles, but also warms the stomach and relieves vomiting. Jujube is sweet and flat, and is used with peony to harmonize the body.
It raises the Qi of the spleen and stomach and harmonizes the Ying and Wei, so it is used as an adjuvant.
Zhigancao has two uses: one is as an adjuvant, replenishing qi and harmonizing the central nervous system, combined with cinnamon twigs to relieve muscles, and combined with peony to replenish yin; the other is an envoy medicine to reconcile various medicines. Licorice is sweet and flat, and has the ability to soothe the inside and relieve the outside.
, used to reconcile the middle qi, that is, to reconcile the exterior and interior, and to reconcile various medicines.
The cinnamon twig method uses the cinnamon and peony roots, ginger, and jujube to harmonize the yang surface and yin interior with the help of licorice. The qi defends the blood camp and goes hand in hand without conflict. It is the combination of hardness and softness that is considered harmonious. Therefore, although this prescription only has five herbs
, but the compatibility is strict, and the powder has supplements. "It is the leader of Zhongjing's group of prescriptions. It is a general prescription for nourishing yin and yang, harmonizing camp and body, and relieving muscles and sweating."
In addition, according to the individual symptoms of the patient, there are methods of addition and subtraction: for those who are more averse to wind and cold, it is better to add saposhnps, schizonepeta, and light tempeh to relieve the wind and cold; for those with a weak constitution, astragalus can be added to replenish qi to strengthen the body and eliminate evil.
; For those with cough and asthma, it is advisable to add almonds, perilla seeds, and platycodon to relieve cough and asthma.
Atractylodes, dried tangerine peel, pinellia ternata, Poria cocos can help the spleen and reduce dampness, aster, calamus, perilla seeds can clear the lungs, ephedra, almonds can relieve lungs and relieve asthma, Trichosanthes trichosanthes, radish seeds, white mustard seeds, and winter melon kernels can moisturize and reduce dryness.
For phlegm, when combined with peach kernels to remove blood stasis and unblock meridians, it can also clear the intestines, purge turbidity, and eliminate internal diseases. Particularly effective is reed root, which is hollow like the lungs and is good at releasing stagnation in the lung orifices.
Various medicines are combined, including Ephedra Decoction, Guizhi Decoction to relieve Yangming, Qianjinweijie Decoction to relieve Yangming to treat Taiyang Yangming syndrome, and Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction to help the spleen and reduce dampness.
, combined with Qianjin Wei Jie Decoction, it can relieve the effects of Taiyin and Yangming, clear the lung collaterals, resolve phlegm and purge turbidity.
