"Furthermore, Subhuti, a Bodhisattva should give without clinging to the Dharma. He should practice giving without clinging to form. Giving without clinging to sound, smell, taste, touch, or Dharma. Subhuti, a Bodhisattva should give in this way without clinging to appearance.
.Why? If a Bodhisattva does not give alms, his merits will be immeasurable. Subhuti, what do you mean? Is it immeasurable that the space in the east is immeasurable?"

"Subhuti, can we think of the four dimensions of south, west, and north, the upper and lower voids?"

"Subhuti, if a Bodhisattva has no abiding appearance and gives out merits, it is also inconceivable. Subhuti, a Bodhisattva should only abide as taught."

"Ourselves?" Bai and Li were stunned and confused.
Taifu Xu said: "Before answering this question, I will tell you a fable first."
"Geng Liang asked Jing: 'When I walked, I stopped now; when I sat down, I got up; how could I not have any special skills?' Jing said: 'What I am waiting for is wrong? What I am waiting for is also waiting for it.
Evil? I treat snakes, cocoasts, and worms with wings. Evil? Why is evil consciousness like this? Why is evil consciousness not like that?'
The shadow outside the shadow asked the shadow: "Just now you were walking, and now you stopped; just now you were sitting, and now you are standing up again; why can't you make your own decision?"
The shadow said: 'I move because I am moving with the main body, right? But what is moving with the main body? Can I grow the scales under the snake's belly and the wings of the cicada, and move freely? How can this happen?
How do I know why this is happening, how do I know why this is not happening?'"
Before Bai and Li could ask questions, Taifu Xu told a second fable.
"Zhongyi asked Yu Jing: 'If Xiang Ye bowed and now he also raised his head, Xiang Ye gathered and now he was sent out, Xiang Ye sat down and now he also stood up, Xiang Ye walked and now he stopped, what's the matter?'
Jing said: "Sou Sou Ye, Xi Shao Qiu Ye! I have it but I don't know why. I have it, it's a piece of armor, it's a snake sloughing off, it looks like something different. Fire and the sun are my village; Yin and night are my generation."
Ye. He, why do I have to wait for evil? What’s more, there is no one to wait for! If he comes, I will come with him; if he goes, I will go with him; if he has a strong yang, I will strengthen the yang with him. How can there be a strong yang?
Ask?'
The shadows outside the shadow asked the shadow: "Just now you were leaning down and now you are raising your head, just now you were tying your hair and now you are letting it down, just now you were sitting and now you are standing up, just now you are walking."
And now it's still standing still. What's the reason?'
The shadow said: "It's just a trivial matter, why ask? I have those behaviors, but I don't know the reasons. I am like the cicada shell, like the snake skin, a bit like it but not the same. Once the firelight and the sun appear, I will
They gather together and appear; once cloudy days and nights come, I will be replaced and disappear. Is that tangible thing really what I rely on? How much less that there is nothing to rely on! When it comes, I will follow it, and when it goes
I just go with it, and when it moves, I move with it. Whoever's shadow I am moves with it, what's the point of asking?'"
After Taifu Xu finished speaking, he asked: "Do you understand these two fables?"
Bai and Li shook their heads repeatedly, not knowing what they meant.
Taifu Xu pondered for a moment, then slowly said: "Taoists believe that there is another world outside the world we live in. Our world may be a shadow of another world."
Bai and Li looked at each other, at a loss.
Taifu Xu said: "Our world is called Liuhe, also called the three-dimensional world. Under our world, there is a two-dimensional world, and shadow is the only two-dimensional object in our world. You can all feel that paper no longer exists
Thin and thicker than the shadow. Because the paper is from our three-dimensional world, while the shadow is from the two-dimensional world.
Above our world, there is another four-dimensional world, and our world is the projection of the four-dimensional world. In the four-dimensional world, there is another us.
The shadow follows us, just like we follow us in the four-dimensional world.
The three-dimensional world is space, and the four-dimensional world is space and time. If you know time, you can know the past and the future. Some eminent Buddhist monks have six magical powers such as "Heavenly Eyes" and "Heavenly Ears", among which "Leaking Tong" can travel through time and space.
, knowing the past and future. In fact, it means that eminent monks who are proficient in the 'outflow' can enter the four-dimensional world. People are future Buddhas, and Buddhas are people in the past.
Don't you want to know which god leaked the secret of heaven to us? - It's you yourself in the four-dimensional world.
The divination method represented by the I Ching is to try to communicate with oneself in the four-dimensional world and obtain wisdom and strength from the subject. Because the subject in the four-dimensional world stands in a higher-dimensional world and can see better than us.
The I Ching is the wisdom projection of the four-dimensional world into the three-dimensional world. It attempts to use the language of the three-dimensional world to tell people in the three-dimensional world what the four-dimensional world is.
As the saying goes, "Zhuang Zhou dreamed of butterflies, both illusion and reality." Dreaming while sleeping is also the mind's attempt to communicate with the subject in the four-dimensional world.
The Taoist saying that ‘the real person has no dreams’ is also true. This is because the real person has been connected with the subject in the four-dimensional world.”
Bai Fuzhan asked tremblingly: "Then, is there a five-dimensional world?"
Taifu Xu smiled and said: "That's a good question! Since there are four dimensions, isn't there a five-dimensional world? There is indeed a five-dimensional world. The five-dimensional world is also called a parallel universe, which represents possibility."
Li Xuexuan then asked: "Master, what is possibility?"
The Taifu said: "For example, on your way from Chang'an to Luoyang, when you come to a fork in the road, you can take the main road or take the small road. In the end, you chose the shortcut, so you were ambushed by the men in black.
.And you in the five-dimensional space will choose to take the high road. As for what it means to take the high road, only you in the five-dimensional space know. If you choose this road, your life may be in a different situation.
The six-dimensional world represents inevitability. In other words, although you had two roads to choose from at that time, you will definitely choose that small road. And Bai Fu will definitely appear on the small road at that time, risking his own life to save him.
