Chapter 365 Since I am Bodhi, I am Buddha (Please subscribe and vote monthly)
In front of the river bank, the water is surging.
On the bank of the river, a young monk clasped his hands together and walked quickly.
"Master, save me, save me!"
"Isn't Buddhism focused on saving people and saving sentient beings? Master, how can you become a Buddha if you refuse to save someone even if you die?"
However, as he shouted one after another, Sakyamuni's seemingly calm face was just like the turbulent river water, surging endlessly.
"Amitabha!"
Looking at the Bodhi tree, which was almost within reach, Sakyamuni took a deep breath.
Just keep moving forward, attain enlightenment and become a Buddha by climbing up and down the Bodhi tree.
Or should you turn around and step into the sea of suffering to save all sentient beings?
"Amitabha Buddha is a little monk. The existence of the Buddha is to save all sentient beings. If the little monk only thinks about becoming a Buddha, wouldn't he be putting the cart before the horse?"
As he finished speaking, Sakyamuni took a deep breath and slowly turned around.
"Donor, you are right. If you see death and do nothing to save it, the young monk is indeed not qualified to become a Buddha."
"Save me, Master, save me quickly."
Almost at the same time that Sakyamuni said these words, he saw that the originally clear river turned into a deep and dark sea of suffering at this moment.
This sea of suffering has no end as far as the eye can see. In this sea of suffering, there are creatures sinking into it one by one and unable to extricate themselves.
There are people with sad faces, there are people who are angry and helpless, and there are also people with fierce faces who are shouting to fight and kill.
Women and children, old people, young people, men, women, thousands of people with thousands of faces are countless, just like all living beings.
Pain, struggle, helplessness. Looking at everything in front of him, all kinds of emotions suddenly filled Sakyamuni's heart.
"Buddhas cannot overcome the sea of suffering. How can you overcome all sentient beings from the sea of suffering before you become a Buddha?"
Looking at the struggling creature in front of him, Sakyamuni had just taken steps when suddenly a word full of worry came to his mind.
"It's better to go back and practice hard, and then become a Buddha first, and then come and liberate them.
After you become a Buddha and you have enough power to save them, this is the best choice."
"What is a good choice? It is nothing more than seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages."
After hearing this, the hesitation on Sakyamuni's face appeared and was immediately forgotten.
Prepare, prepare!
When a person comes into this world, he is always ready to study, take the exam, become an official, get married, and become a father.
Every step, every step, from when a person comes into this world, there are always many things waiting for us to prepare.
However, there are so many things in this world that will give you time to prepare.
When this thought appeared, it was already a step too slow.
"Little monk, from the time when I studied Buddhism, I had already expected that I would be where I am now.
Buddha, what is Buddha?
Although the young monk doesn't know it yet, he only knows one thing, that is, he cannot let the scene in front of him pass by indifferently."
As he said these words, Sakyamuni immediately walked towards the creatures in the sea of suffering.
"You can't leave any more. If you take a step forward, the ignorant sentient beings in this sea of suffering will completely pull you into the depths of the sea of suffering.
When the time comes, the Buddha's light in your body will not be able to protect you."
"If I don't go to hell, who will?"
"Bodhi has no tree, and the realm of enlightenment is not a platform. There is nothing in the beginning, so how can it cause dust. Amitabha!"
With the sound of the Buddha's name, Sakyamuni stepped into the sea of suffering in front of him, and the Buddha's light spread across the sky.
However, this Buddha's light was so weak that it only lasted for a few breaths before it began to be swallowed up by the surrounding darkness.
In this darkness, there are countless pairs of hands, grabbing at Sakyamuni from all directions.
At the beginning, Sakyamuni still wanted to struggle and surface.
But he can't.
There was too much darkness coming from all directions, so much that it placed an unbearable weight on his body.
As the last ray of Buddha's light dissipated, pairs of hands from the sea of suffering fell on Sakyamuni.
Joys and sorrows, beings with six desires, seven emotions and eight sufferings. All kinds of thoughts entered Sakyamuni's mind at this moment.
"Just a pair of hands makes me so painful that I can't breathe. How painful must these creatures sinking in the sea of suffering be."
Looking at the light on the river, Sakyamuni sat cross-legged in despair. At the moment when he put his hands together, a crystal tear fell from the corner of his eye.
"In this way, there is knowledge, in this way there is Dharma, in this way sentient beings will see their nature in the next life."
"Prajna Buddhas, the Ganges River turns to nature, hears the mind, knows suffering, and recognizes emotions. In this way, all the five aggregates are suffering, and in this way every thought is empty."
"Why? If good things appear, if they are not born, that is the most profound meaning."
In the sea of suffering, even if all six consciousnesses are empty, Sakyamuni is still in the process of sinking silently, silently reciting every sentence of the Heart Sutra.
Heart Sutra!
This sutra does not come from Jie Yin, nor from Zhunti, but came from the heart of Sakyamuni when he endured the pain of suffering in the years of practicing Buddhism.
"I will be like the great sun, saving all sentient beings, Amitabha!"
Touching the bottom of the sea, although there is darkness in the depths, light can be seen in Sakyamuni's eyes.
The light in these eyes is a light that cannot be erased by the sea of suffering.
Therefore, wherever this light looked, the darkness that filled the sky dissipated without a trace at this moment, just like the bubbles of a dream.
When all the darkness dissipates, where will the sea of misery come from?
There was only one young monk who stood in front of the river bank and turned to look at the long river.
"Donor, put down your butcher knife and become a Buddha immediately!"
Looking at the tumbling river, a huge gloomy face emerged, and Sakyamuni said calmly.
"What a thief, it's thought that you overcame the demons in your heart with clear intentions, and that's the end of the matter.
You are too slow, so slow that I have already come to this world with the help of your inner demons."
Looking at Sakyamuni in front of him, Demon King Bo Xun slowly stood up from the tumbling river with a wisp of evil thought.
"I am you, you are me, you can't kill me, but I will corrode you all the time."
"Bah!"
Facing the gaze of Demon King Bo Xun, Sakyamuni didn't say much, but clasped his hands together with a smile.
At the same time, a golden Buddha eagle was seen roaring from the sky and rushing toward Bo Xun.
"Does the donor remember this eagle?"
"This isn't an eagle, it's clearly a roc!"
Seeing the dazzling golden Buddha Eagle rushing towards him, Bo Xun sneered and set off a rolling demonic field to attack the Buddha Eagle.
But in the face of this shocking attack, the Buddha Eagle just spread its wings, and the golden light filled the sky, shattering the demonic realm that had been set off by the waves.
"Bah!"
Then, the Buddha Eagle shouted loudly and swallowed Bo Xun's demonic thoughts alive.
In the Buddha's light that filled the sky, the golden eagle turned into a roc, as if it had escaped its shackles.
"Amitabha, the donor is right, you are me, and I am you, but Sakyamuni has the intention to cut off his flesh and feed it to the eagles, but you are unable to feed the Buddha with your body.
Therefore, I still won this round."
Looking at the dissipated Demon King Bo Xun, Shakya looked at the river that had regained its calm and said with a smile on his face.
"let's go."
"Where to go?"
After hearing this, the golden roc transformed into a young man with a face somewhat similar to Sakyamuni, and said with a puzzled look on his face.
"The bodhi jade tree is a symbol of becoming a Buddha. Now he is in front of you. Why don't you go and achieve enlightenment?"
"No need, since my heart is Bodhi, I am Buddha!"
Facing the gaze of the golden-winged roc, Sakyamuni Tathagata jumped up with a smile and rode the roc up to the ninth heaven.
