Limb stretching, joint movement, and blood boiling, which of these three is the most critical for human body exercise?
Looking back at the beginning, when Xu Guangling knew nothing about the movement and transformation of the human body, he had such doubts when he was thinking about doing some physical exercise. Then he asked Mr. Chen for advice on this issue.
Mr. Chen’s answer is:
"Three points, one, qi and blood, two, bones, and three, joints."
"But in the final analysis, it's still Qi and blood. The latter two are just minutiae, which can also be said to be heresy."
This advice may seem inconsequential, and it does not seem to be very clever. But in fact, it is a fundamental training principle extracted by a "martial arts master" through his own verification.
After that, Xu Guangling followed this principle and went straight up until the five-color flowers bloomed and the fundamental acupoints became clear.
The fundamental technique is undoubtedly the highest level technique that Xu Guangling has come across so far.
Not to mention its ranking position in "Qinghua Baozhuan", simply look at the "big orifice, middle orifice, small orifice, and fundamental orifice" involved, you will know that its profoundness into the human body is unlike any other.
Those magic tricks can't be matched.
And "the other techniques" include everything Xu Guangling came into contact with along the way.
Also includes Fuxi Jue.
Fuxi Jue is listed as one of the twenty-four cheap techniques. It seems to be an applied technique, just like Shennong Jue and Xuanyuan Wangqi Jue. However, in Xu Guangling's heart, this technique actually has a special meaning.
status.
Maybe, to put it more cryptically, I have a good eye with him and are very close to him?
At the beginning, when he first came into contact with it, Xu Guangling could easily understand this method fundamentally, and then through this method, he could step by step step by step into the "settled state" of his body and mind.
Flowers bloom one after another, and this is the latest fundamental method.
In the past few years, Xu Guangling had read a lot of Buddhist scriptures, and among them there was a saying called "Dharma is like a raft."
It means that when a person encounters a river while walking, he makes a raft using local materials, branches, bamboo, reeds and other things, and crosses the river. After the river, there is plain land in front of him.
No matter how good this raft is, no matter how useful it was in the past, it is time to abandon it.
It is neither possible nor necessary for travelers to walk on the plains with a raft on their backs.
This metaphor is very appropriate.
Over the past few months, Xu Guangling himself has experienced this.
At the beginning, he learned "Tai Chi" from Zhang Lao. Through practicing Tai Chi, he knew what qi and blood were, and he truly felt the flow of qi and blood in the body.
Feel.
but.
That's all.
The function of Tai Chi is just this, it cannot be higher, higher or farther.
In terms of understanding, mastery and immersion in Tai Chi, no one in the world can compare with Mr. Chen.
But so what?
Tai Chi is one of the old man's family or ancestral skills, but in the end, the old man still gave way to his own boxing technique, and that boxing technique was a combination of more than a hundred sets of boxing techniques in the world.
Tai Chi is just one of the foundation materials.
If we use the common level settings in online games or forums, Tai Chi is probably a lv1 level boxing technique, which can be as high as lv2. No matter how great it is, it can only be lv3 at most. It really can't be higher.
Therefore, it can only take people to level 3 at most.
It cannot provide support to go higher.
Rabbits can survive by eating grass, and they live well.
People can't.
In fact, in terms of physiological structure, humans are also vegetarian animals, and all carnivorous behaviors are "cross-border".
But people cannot live by eating grass.
It’s not that grass is difficult to digest or anything, it’s actually just a minor problem.
If there are no other factors, and people keep eating grass, the body will naturally strengthen its ability to digest grass, for example, secrete more decomposing enzymes, etc., and this is really a trivial matter.
However, there are other factors.
This factor is that humans, as an advanced animal, require nutrients that are not only abundant in quantity but also rich in quality.
And this is something that simple grass cannot provide.
Reverse the cause and effect and trace the timeline back to the beginning. It is probably because of a certain animal's bold "cross-border", broadening its diet, and ingesting higher-level foods than grass, that it may be possible step by step,
With today’s “people”.
Has “humanity” reached its peak?
One thousand years later, ten thousand years later, one million years later, one hundred million years later, ten billion years later...
Has it always been like this?
Unlikely.
It will always continue to evolve.
Evolution, first is direction (guidance), and second is energy (support).
This is true in terms of the evolution of biological categories, and it is also true in terms of human social industry and other aspects. Xu Guangling's current physical and mental improvement also follows this principle.
Fundamental techniques bring new directions.
Does it bring new energy supply?
Judging from the experience after the right heart orifice was opened, it is possible.
The Qi of the earth, mountains and rivers + the Qi of vegetation + the body's own Qi and blood + the transformation of the heart orifice on the right hand (this item is currently uncertain, Xu Guangling only guessed or suspected), these things together really made Xu Guangling feel a lot of peace and harmony.
Something quite different from before.
Tai Chi, including many methods obtained from the two old men, can be defined as the first stage of Xu Guangling's practice.
Fuxi Jue is the second stage.
The fundamental technique is the third stage.
When Fuxi Jue came on the scene, Tai Chi and other techniques had actually given way to others. It was just like "the Dharma is like a raft, and when the river passes by, it should be shed." But now, with the appearance of the Fundamental Techniques, should Fuxi Jue also give way to others?
But Xu Guangling has a soft spot for Fuxi Jue.
He doesn't want this "wretched wife" to go to court yet.
Therefore, after the right heart orifice, which is the first major orifice of the fundamental aperture, was opened, Xu Guangling did not continue the fundamental aperture, but continued to perform the Fuxi technique every day.
Xu Guangling always felt that during the operation of Fuxi Jue, his physical and mental feelings gradually became silent, and that was really the best rest. Even without any theoretical support, Xu Guangling stubbornly or almost instinctively believed that this was the best rest for the body and mind.
Good luck.
I saw how charming the green hills were, but I expected the green hills to see me this way.
Xin Qiji said this in a poem.
All the birds are flying high, and the lonely cloud is alone. I never tire of looking at each other, only Jingting Mountain.
Li Bai even had such a poem.
Xu Guangling generally had this kind of feeling about Fuxi Jue. Every time he ran Fuxi Jue and woke up from a sedative state, he always felt an indescribable clarity and comfort in his body and mind, as if his whole body was calm.
Integrate with heaven and earth.
That feeling cannot be brought about even by basic techniques.
Therefore, for Xu Guangling, Fuxi Jue is not a "cheap method" or a "raft" that needs to be abandoned after crossing the river, but it is likely to be his constant companionship.
After the right heart orifice was opened, Xu Guangling has been using Fuxi Technique as the main method these days, supplemented by two kinds of mist.
Or it can be said that he put the two kinds of mist into his body as "raw materials", let them match the body's qi and blood, and then used Fuxi Jue to complete a certain brewing-style change.
It's like making wine from grain.
These days, Xu Guangling's name is adjustment. Of course, it is actually adjustment. But behind the adjustment, the body's transformation has not stopped, but is "fermenting" step by step day and night.
To this day, Xu Guangling vaguely feels that the "fermentation" is almost complete.
So, that night, while lying at the bottom of Tianchi, Xu Guangling once again activated the fundamental technique.

hug.
I finally saw you in this book. Really, the arrival of every old friend makes me extremely happy. "Clothes are not as new as new, and people are not as old as before." At this point, I am really nostalgic.
people.
I have always thought, or rather hoped, that when I write books, there will always be some book friends who can accompany me all the way.
By the way, who are the passengers getting on the train from the departure station (Hongshi Town Station)? Come on, come on, wake up, check the tickets.
