The fundamental technique of Guiyuan Xiji, this is the original information that Xu Guangling obtained from the Qinghua Baozhuan.
Guiyuan, Xi Ji, and fundamental techniques are the divisions that Xu Guangling made after understanding them. Facts have also proved that this division is not wrong. At least up to now, the first step of the "three-step process" has been implemented.
In fact, at the beginning, Xu Guangling had an in-depth analysis and understanding of "Guiyuan".
Guiyuan, "gui", means to return.
Return to what and where?
In the past, Xu Guangling didn't understand, and even if he did, he only had a half-knowledge. But after learning from the two old men, Xu Guangling was no longer the Amon he used to be.
Zhang Lao once told him in detail through the leaves, how a leaf turns from green to yellow, from yellow to withered, from withered to decay, and from decay to decay. And this leaf is the introduction, and what leads to it is
human body.
That class left a deep impression on Xu Guangling. In fact, Xu Guangling was deeply impressed by every class given by Mr. Zhang.
Mr. Chen was not like Mr. Zhang who taught him serious lessons every day, but when chatting in the living room or teaching boxing skills in the park in the morning, the old man would often give him some pointers on the topic without hesitation.
These are all very, very critical, clear and concise pointers.
Therefore, the old man's status in Xu Guangling's heart also changed again and again.
At first, he was an old friend of Mr. Zhang, and Xu Guangling regarded him as a senior and gave him basic respect. Later, the old man taught him Ba Shi San Shou and Kai Tian Bu, etc. Xu Guangling not only respected him, but also felt close to him.
Later, after getting along day and night, and even giving guidance from time to time, this old man slowly rose to the status of "half master" in Xu Guangling's heart.
Until the end, when they parted ways, the "half-division" had actually risen to the level of "division."
However, when he was with the two old men at the same time, Xu Guangling would definitely always give the title of "teacher" to Mr. Zhang, but to Mr. Chen, he could only call himself "disciple".
But it’s actually just a matter of title.
Regarding this point, Xu Guangling was very clear-minded, and the two old men were equally clear-minded.
The two old men, one a doctor and the other a martial artist, have risen to their level. It goes without saying that there are many intersections between the two, and it is not an exaggeration to say that they have reached the same destination by different paths.
Different paths, medicine and martial arts are naturally different paths. To put it to the extreme, one is to save lives and heal the wounded, and the other is to kill and injure people. In reality, one is responsible for life and the other is for death. But in peaceful times, the latter
Its natural properties are not that outstanding.
They have the same origin, that is, they all belong to the understanding and research of the human body.
Therefore, Xu Guangling did not need to think on his own, but based on the knowledge he gained from the two old men, he generally understood what "Guiyuan" was about.
Returning to Yuan means returning to Yuan.
And what is this "yuan"?
In fact, it is very simple. It is the sentence in Laozi's "Tao Te Ching", "Can the Qi that is dedicated and gentle be like a baby?"
This "baby" is both an actual and an imaginary reference. Its most accurate point should be to an idealized baby, a state of perfect connection with heaven and earth. Then, combining the Buddhist and Taoist views, that is
"No leaks, no dirt."
This is actually one and two and two and one.
No leakage does not mean that there is no leakage. As long as a living body has vital signs, thinking, and activities, it must have leakage. The only difference is that there is more leakage and less leakage.
But just like a small pond connected to the sea, as much as it leaks can be replenished at any time.
As long as the ocean does not dry up, it will never dry up.
This is called leakage-free.
It is a dynamic perfection, not a static, dead seal, just like sealing a flower in amber at its most beautiful moment.
A flower that has lost its life is no longer a flower. It is just an object at best and has nothing to do with "freshness", "life" and other descriptions.
If there is no leakage, it can also be explained like this.
The result of no leakage is actually no dirt.
Where does dirt come from?
Dirt comes from leaks.
The ancients probably didn't understand this, but in today's era, anyone who has a little bit of knowledge about biology can generally understand the cause-and-effect relationship. Even if they don't understand it completely, they can still understand it vaguely.
When cells are damaged, they will be replaced by new cells, and then the damaged ones are metabolized by the body and become "dirt".
Therefore, being free of dirt does not mean being free of dirt in a complete sense. Again, as long as a living body thinks and acts, it will inevitably produce dirt, whether it is more or less, the difference is the same.
I have a cold, stuffy nose, vomiting.
And it seemed like he couldn't stop vomiting.
Is this dirt?
yes.
This dirt does not refer to dirt, of course it is indeed dirt. But its essence is that in the respiratory tract, starting from the mouth and nose, up to the eyes and brain, and down to the heart and lungs, a large number of its cells are damaged and then metabolized by the body.
This is true for colds, and it is true for other diseases, big and small.
Therefore, it is said that "illness damages vitality" and "a serious illness kills half of the body". This is the reason.
Disease is a special case. Even if there is no disease, the health index of the human body is very different, and the degree of "dirt" produced in the body is also very different.
For example, if a child and an adult do not take a bath for a week, the adult will be far dirtier than the child, excluding body size and other factors.
It's like this on the body surface, and it's the same inside the body.
So we can also make a simple inference or extension - if a person finds that his body gets dirty easily and washes off a lot of dust every time he takes a shower, which was not the case before, then he needs to be careful.
This is a very obvious signal.
It means that the health index of the body is seriously declining! The body's operation is in disorder. Internal friction is increasing, or the person is sick but not aware of it, or is not sick but is damaged.
Return to Yuan.
Along the way, Xu Guangling opened the big orifices first, then the middle orifices, and then the small orifices.
The opening of the major orifices, especially the opening of the four external orifices, allowed him to directly absorb the energy of vegetation and the energy of the earth and mountains from the outside world. This provided him with indelible and huge contributions to his progress on the road to becoming a great master.
Its more essential meaning is to connect the small pond of Xu Guangling with the boundless ocean of the outside world.
So next, the water from the sea is pouring into the small pond crazily.
Fill first, repair later.
Using Xu Guangling's previous summary, it is "full" first and then "clear". Using his current summary, it is "no leakage" first and then "no dirt".
Large orifice, then middle orifice, then small orifice.
Filling and filling, clear and clear, until the filling and clearing merge into one, let the body resonate with the heaven and earth in a sense through the joint action of the small, medium and large orifices, and do the final work of checking for leaks and filling in the gaps, so that there is no surplus.
Ke Ying, Qing Wuqing, and the first step of the goal was officially achieved.
Return to Yuan Dynasty!
I didn't think about it for an unknown number of days, until after this first step was completely completed, Xu Guangling turned his thoughts, looked back on the process of this period, analyzed it, and then the previous fog was completely cleared.
At the same time, a large number of thinking results emerged in consciousness.
The path of the Grand Master has taken another step forward, and then, without any surprise, under its radiation, countless fantastic ideas, countless confirmations and achievements about medicine, martial arts, and even music, etc., seem to have come out of nothing.
Like this, spring comes and hundreds of flowers bloom overnight.
Xu Guangling simply stopped using the basic technique and the Suyu Tongxin technique.
One is to take a break, well, take a break to completely let go of everything. This is also a common practice along the way, and the second is to gain these knowledge.
Therefore, in the next few days, Xu Guangling spent most of his time immersed in his thoughts, thinking, and organizing. Every day that passed, a lot of new things were added to the knowledge base in his mind.
It can also be said that these few days have been an explosion of new knowledge for him.
And this knowledge does not come from reading books or understanding, but comes directly from the radiation of the path of the great master.
Of course, true creation out of nothing does not exist.
Previous knowledge, in all aspects, is the introduction to this outbreak.
This situation also made Xu Guangling understand more clearly that his "inside, outside, and miscellaneous" way of life, which belongs to the path of a great master, is of course the core of the core and the key, while the "external" and "miscellaneous" are not the same.
"Both items are equally essential.
In the short term, they appear to be dispensable.
But if you look at it in the long run, without them, his journey as a great master will one day become a tree without soil and water without a source. The most likely situation is that as he walks, he will unknowingly and inexplicably
The land will dry up, reach a dead end, and come to an end.
"A great master should use hundreds of millions of 'big' as the foundation, and should use the endless 'big' as his cultivation."
Xu Guangling solemnly wrote down a new one in his mind.
