Chapter 633 Plant Version of Qi Refiner

Living organisms, plants, animals, including humans, can all be regarded as "moonlight tribe" in a certain sense.

Well, but here it is daylight.

As far as humans are concerned, during the day, they study, work, or even just play. At night, their mental energy is exhausted, and then they fall into sleep and begin to recover, replenishing blue and red.

The next day, continue consuming.

Then go back to sleep to reply to the supplement.

And so on, day after day, year after year.

The method of consumption and recovery remains unchanged, but what changes is that as time goes by, the "excellence" of the living body gradually decreases.

As a result, what happened was that the consumption continued as usual, while the recovery amount gradually decreased, and gradually began to make ends meet, so that every day, I often felt sleepy and lacked energy before I could wait until evening.

The so-called "half a hundred and then decline" reflects this phenomenon.

Nowadays, many people have this situation just after they turn forty or thirty. In fact, it was no exception in ancient times.

There are always various reasons for the body to be damaged early.

In this case, the living body takes the initiative to reduce energy consumption.

Such as reducing the operation of the brain, reducing the sustainable number of matings, or directly shutting down the reproductive function, etc., both of which are large energy consumers.

On the other hand, the owner of the body is aware of his own situation and begins to half-actively and half-passively cooperate with energy-saving or resource-saving measures. For example, he no longer stays up late at night and does not stay up all night. For example, he gets up in the morning and does a little exercise to speed up the circulation of qi and blood.

If you no longer wait on an empty stomach to eat breakfast, lunch and lunch together but eat breakfast on time, you will take time to take a nap at noon.

And so on.

If this continues, when the burden of heavy or tiring work is relieved in retirement years, and then such a large energy consumer is removed, many people will be more energetic than before, and have a "second spring".

This is a normal, ordinary person's life.

In ancient times, when some doctors understood this situation, they would think:

How to improve?

One after another, they proposed many methods.

For example: sleep according to the four seasons, go to bed early and get up early in spring and autumn, go to bed late and get up early in summer, go to bed early and get up late in winter.

For example: pay attention to your diet, eat well in the morning, eat full at noon, and eat less at night.

For example: practice sexual intercourse in moderation and without indulgence.

For example: Don’t overwork yourself.

And so on.

There are also people who think that we should not only reduce expenditures, but also increase revenue.

As a result, "ancient Daoyin methods" such as Wu Qin Xi and Baduan Jin, which harmonize the limbs and nourish Qi and blood, were born.

So, taking a step further, the ancient "Qi Refining Method" and "Qi Refining Master" were also born.

According to the research and speculation of Mr. Zhang and Mr. Chen, authentic Qi refiners were born long before the earliest chapters of the Huangdi Neijing were produced.

It can even be said that many of the contents of the Nei Jing were not written by doctors, but by Qi practitioners.

What is Qi refining?

After understanding some basic operations of human qi and blood and the rules of hair growth and consumption, they imagined opening up such a place in the human body so that it could have such functions:

1. Being able to communicate with all the limbs and bones, and the great ** meridians.

Second, on the basis of doing one, quickly deliver Qi and blood to any place in the body that is needed, and be able to accumulate Qi and blood to a certain extent.

It is similar to today's logistics center or cargo distribution center, as well as the supporting water, land and air joint high-speed channels extending in all directions.

Such a place was called "Qihai" by ancient Qi practitioners, and "Dantian" by later Taoists.

An inscription engraved on a jade pendant unearthed during the Warring States Period generally reflects this method:

"When moving Qi, if it is deep, it will be stored. If it is stored, it will be stretched. If it stretches, it will go down. If it goes down, it will be stable. If it is stable, it will be solid. If it is solid, it will sprout. If it sprouts, it will grow. If it grows long, it will retreat. If it retreats, it will be heaven. The sky will be pounded up, and the earth will be pounded below.

.If you go with it, you will live; if you go against it, you will die.”

They try to use this method to avoid the embarrassment of becoming a "sunlight tribe" and gradually move from having no property to low-income, middle-income, and high-income.

If Xu Guangling gained anything from his extensive visit to Taoism some time ago, it would be that he understood almost all the ancient ideas, assumptions, and methods in this regard.

Based on the height he currently stands at, most of them are of no use to him, especially those specific methods. There are so many absurd and omissions in them that there is no need to enumerate them.

But this does not prevent him from understanding and sorting out the obstacles one by one starting from scratch and starting from the very beginning.

Some of them climb higher step by step in a down-to-earth manner, some of them are whimsical and reach the goal in one step; some of them imagine supplementing themselves with external things, such as plants, trees, medicines and stones, and some of them try to use themselves alone without asking for anything from outside...

It should be said that Xu Guangling has gained a lot.

Those are many, many thoughts from ancient times, displayed in front of us. Regardless of whether they are correct or not, they always shine brightly.

There are many absurdities, mistakes and omissions. A slight change of thinking and a few simple or key additions can lead to true insights.

For Xu Guangling, those different starting points and those different places of belonging are the most precious. Reading along the way has given him countless inspirations.

The so-called Dazong means that we must first be "big", embracing all rivers, and then "zong", so that all flows can return to the sect.

The ten thousand become one.

This is what the two old men have told him long ago.

As a disciple, Xu Guangling should practice it himself.

Using countless "big sects" to firstly expand the foundation and secondly to open up the road ahead, this is also the basic strategy that Xu Guangling has long established.

But at this moment, standing in front of the mutated lotus, Xu Guangling used the Su Nu Concentric Art to suddenly discover that the thing that grew in the small pond seemed not to be a plant, but a vegetative person.

A plant version of "Qi Master".

Around this lotus, its life halo is flowing rapidly and lightly.

A large amount of vitality and spiritual energy were absorbed.

Other plants and trees on Wuming Mountain, including the earliest lotus pond and the lotuses at another eye of the storm, are actually like this, although they are inferior to a certain extent because they do not have such good conditions.

But the basic situation is this.

Then.

After absorbing vitality and spiritual energy, what do they do?

They grow and multiply quickly, and because they can grow as they please, they generally grow larger, such as the lotus leaves. Some are "umbrellas as big as lids", as big as the lids of the big pots they use now, with diameters

More than one meter wide!

The other plants and trees that Xu Guangling specially cultivated and cared for were like this.

And what about the lotus plant in front of me?

After absorbing far more abundant vitality and spiritual energy than any other vegetation, it firstly failed to grow roots and stems, secondly, it did not bloom and bear fruit, and thirdly, it failed to nourish the lotus leaves, which were already as small as a palm.

It regards its own two lotus roots as "Qihai".

In the circulation of the life halo, two cyclones are formed, one up and one down. The vitality enters from the root, and the spiritual energy enters from the leaves. Then, the vitality and spiritual energy enter one of the two lotus roots respectively.

And then.

Driven by the outer life aura, a very miniature "inner life aura" located underground was born.

Take the two lotus root sections as the center.

A small circle similar to black and white Tai Chi, and a flowing halo of life that Xu Guangling had never seen before, appeared in his induction.
