Chapter 85 Spiral

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful lady called Gongsun. When she danced with her sword, she moved all directions.

The viewer is as depressed as the mountains, and the heaven and earth are depressed for a long time.

In a previous life, during the Tang Dynasty, Du Fu said this in a poem.

The name of this poem is "Watching Gongsun's Disciples Dance with Swords and Weapons". Du Fu watched Aunt Gongsun's disciples dance, and remembered that he had seen Aunt Gongsun dance when he was five or six years old, so he wrote it in the form of memories.

These few sentences.

Time has passed, the past has passed.

Future generations have no way of knowing how amazing Gongsun's sword dance really was, or whether it was just... an exaggeration.

Not to mention future generations, even Du Fu himself may have written only his own memories, not the truth.

But that's not important.

Not important at all.

As brilliant as Yi shooting at the nine sunsets, as powerful as a group of emperors flying into the sky.

It comes like thunder to calm down its wrath, and ends like the clear light of the river and sea.

This is reality.

It is true for Du Fu.

It is also true for future generations who view his poems.

The great rivers go eastward, and the waves sweep away all the romantic figures of the ages. What remains, those things that permeate from personal memory into collective memory, are the truth.

Xu Tonghui's open-frame physical training was not as stunning as the sword dance, but compared to the first time he practiced this boxing, it was more than just a level improvement?

When he first practiced this new boxing stance, Xu Tonghui was an out-and-out Qi Condensation practitioner.

An out-and-out Qi Condensation Realm, and a quite satisfactory Qi Condensation Realm.

Born in a small place, he has not seen much of the world, has not gone through much training, and also does not have any high-end Qi-condensing state.

Xu Tonghui at that time.

Use two words to describe it, average.

To describe it in three words, it’s okay.

To describe it in four words, so-so.

He is one level higher than ordinary servants but one level lower than the real children of the banker.

He is a cultivator, superior to ordinary people, but far inferior to a real cultivator.

All these are reflected in his body and his heart.

He may not be aware of it himself, or he may not have a clear coordinate to locate these, but in the eyes of a great master, all of this is clear.

What is spiritual practice?

The body is like a boat and the heart is like a boat, sailing through the waves in the long sea.

He is a member of the three armies.

The heart is a general.

Without the three armies, the general is useless, and no matter how magnificent he is, he can only be miserable in the wind.

Without a general, the three armies are a mess. No matter how strong they are, they are only flammable, explosive and self-consumed, let alone overcome obstacles and grow stronger along the way.

Return to practice, return to body and mind.

Is spiritual practice really that difficult?

Disaster!

It’s really difficult!

Most practitioners would say this.

But if this person starts from the beginning of spiritual practice, goes through low-level, intermediate, and high-level, and then climbs to the realm of a great master, and then looks back at spiritual practice...

That's all.

Cultivation, no matter how you practice or practice, is always inseparable from the body and mind.

When the body fails, let the mind take over. Make the mind clear and clear first, and then the body will follow it smoothly without any obstruction or stasis. After a little recuperation, it will naturally catch up.

When the mind fails, use the body as the master, and use the strength of the three armies to force the commander, so that the commander has to follow suit. After a few operations, he will naturally follow.

Good luck both physically and mentally!

Physical and mental transformation!

It's that simple!

In his previous life, everyone around Xu Guangling was a genius, whether it was the two old men or Shen Xin and Jun Changan.

They don't need to use such simple means at all, or it can be said that they "use it without using it", "raise their hands and feet at will, and naturally follow the rules."

Xu Guangling himself didn’t use it either.

When he concluded this purpose, he had already passed that stage, and his body and mind were the same.

This method was naturally put on the shelf.

And in this life, it finally came in handy.

After several "physical and mental transformations", the Xu Tonghui now is finally no longer the Xu Tonghui he was back then.

Especially this time.

After Xu Tonghui had several acceptance experiences, Xu Guangling found that this guy was quite solid and capable of training, so this time he gave him a slightly harsher blow.

Be it trust, dependence, fear, or fanaticism.

Any emotion that is amplified to the extreme is a melting of the body and mind. It is like putting the body and mind into a "melting furnace" and calcining it.

Of course, this furnace needs to be suitable. If not, it will all turn into slag and ashes.

And under the right circumstances.

A large number of impurities will be removed.

The rest is relatively pure.

And this, for practice, is an opportunity, a key, and a key.

Insert the key and turn it gently.

Both the body and mind started to change accordingly.

Xu Guangling's previous pressure was a calcining of Xu Tonghui.

As for the effect of calcination, after having mastered the method and size of firepower to the extreme, the rest depends on Xu Tonghui's own creation.

Not to mention those far away.

Recently, there are not only so many Taoist poems in the storybook, but also a short excursion from today.

If, with so many things, Xu Tonghui still can't find the "introduction" that suits him, so as to lead his body and mind to a higher level, then it will be in vain.

What's more, this set of open-frame physical training is tailor-made for him, and it can serve as a kind of introduction.

And judging from the current situation, it's okay.

He pushed his palms, raised his feet, and followed the movements, which at least reminded Xu Guangling of Du Fu's poem.

Of course there is no surprise.

But the movement, speed, severity, hardness and softness are all presentable.

If in the past life, time went back to the time when the two old men had not met Xu Guangling, and they saw such a boxing technique, then no matter which one of the two old men it was, they would definitely say something.

"good!"

Really good.

Xu Tonghui himself also felt it, or in other words, he felt it very deeply.

When he stood, he felt like a mountain; when he moved, he felt like a roaring sea.

When the qi and blood are in the body, according to the change of posture, it may flow freely like sea water pouring, or like clouds and mist.

He knows.

Once again, he took a step forward.

Only this time...

Is it really a step forward?

Xu Tonghui was a little skeptical.

When he stepped forward several times before, Xu Tonghui could still see his own shadow behind him and his previous self. But this time, when he turned around, all Xu Tonghui saw was vast mountains and blue sea.

My previous self.

Morning self.

I was facing two earth-level powerhouses in the living room.

They were all left outside the mountains, on the other side of the blue sea.

In the past, we were separated by thousands of mountains.

In the past, we were separated by the sea.

After the boxing was completed, the stance was put away, and Xu Tonghui stood quietly.

Qi and blood were still boiling in his body, with no intention of stopping for a while. Just when Xu Tonghui wanted to end this exercise completely, the already familiar voice came to his ears, "Continue, leave me alone."

So Xu Tonghui continued.

Qi and blood boil, Qi and blood flow.

Through the heart and abdomen, through the hands and feet.

Xu Tonghui's mind and consciousness were all drawn into it, and he gradually began to think about things and me.

The body is the mountains and rivers.

I am Qi and blood.

Qi and blood are the water in the sea, the water in the rivers, the water on the ground and the water in the sky, the water falling down and the water rising up.
