The British Isles and its affiliated land and sea kingdoms - hereafter referred to as Secular, and the Magicians Association, on behalf of all magician individuals and organizations, etc., signed a peace contract in Ozia, a city under the Kingdom of Camerie, hereafter referred to as "Osia"

2. The secular world does not interfere with magicians’ non-harmful magic research, teaching, magic duels approved by the Magicians Association, competitions, internal pursuits, etc.
3. Magicians have the right to freely choose their education. It is forbidden to interfere with the recruitment, teaching, management, etc. of students in magic academies recognized by the Magicians Association.
4. The world should stop the "Great Purge"-style persecution of magicians and gradually disband the unnecessary knightly armies formed for the magic war.
5. The public and private properties currently under secular management that originally belonged to magicians and magician associations should be registered and returned according to the original certificates.
6. The secular promise is to provide security guarantees to magicians and magic organizations in the territory and ocean, and to treat them as the security rights of low-ranking nobles in the kingdom.
4. The Magic World’s Commitment
1. Stop wars and hostilities against the secular world, and disband unnecessary magician armed forces in the territories of various kingdoms and organizations.
2. After this contract comes into effect, all magician occupations should be withdrawn from the territories and ocean territories of each kingdom as soon as possible. This withdrawal shall not be later than 90 days after each armed force receives the notification of the contract's effectiveness.
3. Stop and immediately disband all magic mercenary groups, recall and disband the magician armies that serve various lords and camp leaders on a long-term basis.
4. Register and return the public and private property that is currently under management in the magic world and is originally secular according to the original certificates.
5. Final Terms
1. The signatories of this treaty include the Kingdom of Camerie, the Kingdom of Tachik, the Kingdom of Fandral, the Kingdom of Locke, Merlin Academy, various magic mercenary organizations, etc.
2. Delivery of the contract
The original copy of the contract shall be retained by the Magicians Association and each kingdom and organization as stipulated in Article 1 of this paragraph. Each kingdom and organization shall deliver a copy of this contract to their respective spheres of influence within 90 days.
3. Contract custody
This contract is written in Latin and English on a cowhide scroll and is sealed, and will be rewritten and preserved every five years in Ozia under the supervision of the signatory.
