Chapter 19 The Power of the Wasp

Zhang Dagang smeared the collected pyrethrum juice from head to toe, then pulled the wild vines and slowly moved towards the thuja tree with a bamboo basket on his back.

The cliff was very steep. Wang Xiuhua lay on the edge of the cliff and looked down, with her heart in her throat.

"Dagang, you must not get into trouble."

Wang Xiuhua prayed silently in her heart, her eyes not daring to leave Zhang Dagang for a moment.

The sun had already set in the west, and a few stars were dotted in the sky. After taking a look at the sky, Zhang Dagang speeded up.

He carefully used his feet to explore the places he could step on. Because he had obtained the inheritance, his arms were now extremely powerful. Others looked at the danger, but he himself felt that he was able to do it with ease.

Thuja was about five or six meters away from the top of the cliff, and Zhang Dagang effortlessly stepped on the horizontal trunk of Thuja.

Seeing him standing safely on the thuja, Wang Xiuhua exhaled a long breath.

"Sister-in-law, please stay away, I'm afraid these bees will target you later."

Looking at the hive that was twice as big as Zhang Dagang's head, Wang Xiuhua stood up obediently, patted the weeds on her body and moved away.

"Why are there wasps in here?"

Zhang Dagang looked at the wasps patrolling outside the hive and hesitated for a moment with the hand holding the hay.

This pyrethrum is an ancient prescription for killing insects recorded in "Shen Nong's Baicao" in my mind.

But he had never practiced it, and he didn't know if it was really useful. Looking at the wasp with a stinger, Zhang Dagang was really a little worried.

"Forget it, I'm already here, I'll probably get stung once."

Zhang Dagang found a safe position and approached the beehive with lit hay between two tree branches.

"Buzz buzz, buzz buzz..."

All the smoked bees flew out, and half of them were wasps with stingers.

Zhang Dagang's heart was beating like a drum. Even if he couldn't die from being stung by this thing, he would still be in pain for half a month.

They were already prepared to be stung, but they didn't expect these wasps to avoid him, keeping a certain distance from him and staring at him eagerly.

"Since you are so polite, I won't be polite anymore."

Zhang Dagang took out the dagger from his waist, and he cut off the entire hive in one fell swoop.

Now the bees surrounding him were even more restless, but due to the smell of pyrethrum on his body, they could only stare at him from afar and did not dare to approach.

"This is a bit too big, but it's quite heavy."

The beehive weighed more than ten kilograms in his hand, and Zhang Dagang put it into the backpack behind him without ceremony.

The pheasant that fell on the thuja was so frightened by the swarm of bees that its hair stood on end.

Zhang Dagang chuckled, pulled the pheasant that was already frightened and lying on the tree trunk by the neck, raised the knife and dropped it, and the pheasant returned to the west in an instant.

He raised his head and glanced at the top of the cliff, calculated his strength and threw the headless pheasant up.

"Dagang, can you come up?" Wang Xiuhua asked worriedly when seeing the headless pheasant.

"Sister-in-law, please stay away. I will go up right away."

Suddenly there was something weighing more than ten kilograms in the backpack on his back. Zhang Dagang would not have dared to think of it before.

But now he pulled the vine with one hand to use his strength, pushed hard with his feet, and jumped more than one meter high, successfully grabbing the most protruding stone.

"Hey, the pretty widow stayed up most of the night, maybe she's here to steal men?"

When Liu Tiezhu's lewd voice came, Wang Xiuhua trembled all over and her eyes unconsciously drifted to the edge of the cliff.

Seeing Dagang who hadn't come up yet, she felt anxious.

"I...I just came to see the stars. Why are you here in the middle of the night?"

As Wang Xiuhua spoke, he moved to the foot of the mountain, trying to attract Liu Tiezhu's attention and prevent him from discovering Zhang Dagang's existence.

"Don't you, a pretty widow, understand what my brother wants to do?"

Liu Tiezhu looked at Wang Dachuan, who was sitting aside and dared not speak, and sneered.

"What a waste. He can't even do small things."

Liu Tiezhu winked at the two men behind him. The two men immediately understood, and one of them pulled Wang Dachuan down the mountain.

Wang Xiuhua was scared, and she secretly prayed that Zhang Dagang could climb up quickly.

"Barking, don't you know how to bark?"

Liu Tiezhu wanted to reach out and touch Wang Xiuhua's face, but she avoided it. Looking at the woman's convex and concave figure under the dim moonlight, a touch of lust rose in his eyes.

"I wonder who else can save you this time?"

Liu Tiezhu grabbed Wang Xiuhua's arm and tried to tear her clothes off.

"You bastard, get out of here!"

When Liu Tiezhu grabbed his arm, Wang Xiuhua reflexively slapped Liu Tiezhu on the cheek.

"You bitches, you dare to hit me."

Liu Tiezhu's raised palm fell, but before it landed on Wang Xiuhua's face, he flew five or six meters away like a cannonball.

puff……

Spitting out a mouthful of blood, Liu Tiezhu felt that several of his ribs were broken.

"Liu Tiezhu, who gave you the courage to harass my sister-in-law?"

Liu Tiezhu looked at the sudden appearance of Zhang Dagang, his face wrinkled into a chrysanthemum.

"Why are you here? Didn't you say that this bitch came up the mountain on her own?"

As soon as Liu Tiezhu said these words, his head was severely stepped on by Zhang Dagang.

"Who told you that my sister-in-law came up on her own?"

Liu Tiezhu looked at the cloth shoes stepping on his face and felt furious.

"Who told you that?"

Zhang Dagang's face was gloomy, and he stepped on Liu Tiezhu's foot with force.

"It's...it's Ji...Ji Wengang."

Liu Tiezhu was trampled so hard that he couldn't close his mouth. He didn't dare to confront Zhang Da again, so he could only endure the sigh.

"It's Ji Wengang again. It seems he is really tired of living."

Wang Xiuhua has been held in Zhang Dagang's arms. Listening to his powerful heartbeat, Wang Xiuhua's heart beat violently along with his heart unconsciously.

"Let's go, sister-in-law."

After getting the answer he wanted, Zhang Dagang picked up Wang Xiuhua and walked down the mountain.

This was the first time that Wang Xiuhua was held by him like this. Their faces were so close and their breathing was intertwined. She felt as if her heart was about to jump out of her chest.

"Dagang, you'd better put me down."

Wang Xiuhua's face was flushed, and she struggled to get down.

"Ah... help..."

Suddenly, Liu Tiezhu's shrill scream came from behind. Wang Xiuhua was startled by him and hugged Zhang Dagang's neck.

"Sister-in-law, you are so timid, I'd better carry you down the mountain."

Zhang Dagang looked at his sister-in-law like a frightened little rabbit and wished he could protect her like this for the rest of his life.

Wang Xiuhua raised her head slightly and looked at Liu Tiezhu curiously, and saw the black bees surrounding Liu Tiezhu, and Liu Tiezhu's cry became more and more miserable.

"Dagang, no one will be killed, right?"

Zhang Dagang shook his head. These wasps probably wouldn't be able to kill him, but they definitely wouldn't be able to escape with half of his life.

Wang Xiuhua didn't ask any more questions and just lay in Zhang Dagang's arms. Smelling the smell of pyrethrum on Zhang Dagang's body, she fell in love with it for the first time.

When the two men following Liu Tiezhu hurried up the mountain, they saw a black figure lying on the ground in a daze.
