Chapter 276 Destroy Wei, Jiuding, Rich(1/2)

The founder of the Wei clan was Bi Wan (a grandson of Bi Gonggao, son of Jichang, King Wen of Zhou).
Historically, the Wei Dynasty was divided into three kingdoms and was divided into Jin Dynasty, which was one of the vassal states.
Due to being located in a place where four wars took place, the fraught environment and high ambition made Wei Wenhou (the founding monarch of Wei State) the first monarch to implement reforms in order to become stronger during the Warring States Period.
Wei was also a country that ruled by law and established rules by Confucianism. It was once the most powerful country in the world, and good ministers and famous generals emerged one after another.
Wei is adjacent to Qin State in the west, Huai River and Qi State in the east, Ying River and Qi State, South Korea in the southwest, Chu State in the south and Zhao State in the north.
When the Wei Dynasty passed down to King Hui, the capital was moved from Anyi to Daliang (today's Kaifeng).
On September 4th of that year, Qin invaded Daliang, the capital of Wei.
The Wei army still resisted vigorously and fought fiercely with the Qin army in the city for two days.
It was not until September 7th that King Wei Wu abandoned the city and fled eastward. The morale of the Wei army dropped sharply and they surrendered.
However, Wei Wu abandoned the city and fled eastward, only escaping about two hundred miles when he saw an ambush of the Qin army coming out from behind a low hill in front.
A young general with rough skin and dark skin was stationed on a hill, with several powerful generals from the Great Qin Ye Palace beside him.
Together, they looked down at the thousands of remnants of the Wei army who were supporting the King of Wei in fleeing.
Under the leadership of Lord Longyang, the Wei army fought bravely against the Qin army blocking the road.
It is a pity that the country was ruined and the family was destroyed. The leader of the country abandoned the city and his soldiers had no fighting spirit. The Qin army formed a military formation. Amidst the roar, the Wei army was frightened and retreated steadily.
When the young general on the hill rode down to join the battle, his energy evolved behind him, and a black-backed tiger emerged.
Amidst the roar of the tiger, the young general's Changge changed. Thousands of points of the Changge broke through the air. In an instant, several generals of the Wei army were knocked off their horses.
The dozen or so masters who accompanied the Wei imperial guards were also captured or killed by Ye Yufu generals Mu Qianshui, Ji Qian, Xia Xin and others.
Long Yangjun refused to surrender in a desperate fight, but Wang Ben stabbed him off his horse with a long spear and died on the spot.
King Wei Wu of Wei was captured alive, which was a staged victory in the battle against Wei.
Although the Wei clan still fled eastward, they relied on the remaining cities to hold on.
However, most of Wei's territory has fallen into the hands of Qin, the country's leader has been captured, and the country's capital has been occupied. Wei's situation is over, and there is no possibility of overturning it.
Qin conquered Wei for half a year, seizing the capital of Wei with a thunderous force, capturing the leader of the Wei people, and Wei fell.
This year was the fifth year that King Zhao Huaizhong of Qin ascended the throne. He was twenty-three years old.
That night, King Wei Wu of Wei was escorted back to Daliang, the capital of the Wei people.
At the right time, in the Wei Palace, Meng Ao was wearing a big cloak and had a cold face.
He was adhering to the fine tradition after the Qin army destroyed the country. Accompanied by General Ye Yufu, he ransacked his house and loaded all the belongings of the Wei Palace into trucks to transport back to Xianyang.
Meng Ao chose a side hall of the Wei Palace to meet Wei Wu who was brought back.
When Wang Ben escorted Wei Wu into the side hall, he was suddenly surprised.
In this side hall, there were hundreds of corpses hanging, including men, women, old and young. Their bodies were hanging on the white silk, swaying slightly. At first glance, even though Wang Ben had been on the battlefield for a long time, he still felt chilled and his hair stood on end.
The hanging corpses are all the concubines of the Wei Palace, as well as their attendants, maids, etc.
The corpse was hung on a white silk ribbon, and its face was hideous and terrifying.
However, these concubines were taken away before Wei Wu finally fled, and he did not want to leave the Qin people to be humiliated. Wei Wu then ordered and sent someone to supervise the concubines of the Wei Palace to death in a side hall.
He fled eastward, taking only his two most beloved concubines with him.
At this time, he was captured and taken to the side hall where the concubines were killed. When Wei Wu saw the corpses in the hall, his mind was taken away by them, and his face suddenly turned pale.
"...As for the King of Qin, I only hear his name and have never seen him."
Wei Wu raised his spirits and said: "I have heard people say more than once that the King of Qin is a great lord, but I believe that if I were to change places, I would not be worse than him. I want to meet the King of Qin."
"Pooh!"
Meng Ao said disdainfully: "How dare you compare with me, the Lord of Qin?"
Wang Ben also said: "After I, the Lord of the Qin Dynasty, took over the royal power, I continuously implemented benevolent policies to ensure the stability of the people of our Qin Dynasty. The credit is due to our Qin Dynasty. He also led our Qin Dynasty generals to resist the demon clan with courage, making it difficult for the demon clan to invade our Qin territory.
Harm my human race even an inch.
Is your virtue comparable to that of our Lord of Qin?"
Meng Ao shouted sharply: "Get my sword!"
The soldier immediately presented him with a bronze sword, and with Meng Ao's sword in his hand, his murderous aura surged.
Wei Wu said in panic: "I am willing to surrender to Qin. It is said that the clans of Han and Zhao are all in Xianyang of Qin. I can also enter Xianyang!"
"The old master of the Han Dynasty is in Xianyang because he never thought of cooperating with the demon clan. The monarch of Zhao, like you, wanted to join forces with the demon clan to conspire with Qin, but he was killed.
I, Xianyang, cannot tolerate a subjugated king like you!"
"How did you know that I wanted to join forces with the demon clan..." Wei Wu's face turned pale.
"Having done this, how can you hide it from others..." Meng Ao raised his sword and dropped it, while Wei Wu's head fell to the ground.
"Since he is the lord of a country, give him a coffin and bury him in the royal family of the Wei Dynasty," Meng Ao said.
"No!" A soldier agreed.
At this point, the overall situation of conquering Wei has been decided.
The rest... was to search every plant and tree in the Wei Palace. Ye Yufu was very good at this kind of operation, so he immediately started searching everywhere.
Baiyao personally took out a bronze box from Wei Wu's belongings when he fled eastward, which contained the Xiantai Pillar in the hands of the Wei people.
After returning to Qin, he prepared to donate it to Zhao Huaizhong.
September 17th.
The remnants of the Si family, including the leader Si Wenxin, were first escorted to Xianyang.
In the afternoon, Zhao Huaizhong, surrounded by guards, came to Ye Yu's Mansion in person.
The room he used daily when he was in charge of Ye Yu Mansion is still preserved. Everything in the room is as before and spotless.
Zhao Huaizhong came to the top floor of the main hall and sat down in his old seat.
In a short while, the head of the Si family and others were personally escorted in by Yu Gui.
Si Wenxin is the leader, and on the left is Si Kuan, who lost his arm when Daxia was attacked by the demon clan and Jiejiao.
There are also more than ten direct descendants of the Si family, including the younger generation Si Li.
He was also seriously injured. One shoulder was destroyed by some force, and half of his body was as dry as an old tree.
Everyone looked dejected and no longer had the self-confidence of the past.
Yu Gui also inherited the good tradition of Ye Yu Mansion and stepped forward to hand out a small box with exquisite style and an animal skin bag.
"Your Majesty, all the things collected from Si's family are placed in these two utensils."
Yu Gui added at the end: "The Si family has accumulated over thousands of years... it is indeed as rich as any other country."
Zhao Huaizhong glanced at the small box and animal skin bag in front of him, and was a little curious about the contents. It was obviously not ordinary items that could make Yu Gui, with such a cold temperament, feel that the Si family was rich.
Zhao Huaizhong looked at Si Wenxin and asked directly: "How much does your Si family know about Jiuzhou Ding?"
Zhao Huaizhong's inquiry could not be refused. Si Wenxin was suppressed by the power of the saint and said everything he knew:
"The ancient scrolls left behind by our ancestors record that our ancestor Yu united with the immortals to build the Nine Cauldrons to suppress the luck of the Nine Provinces. The legend in my family is one of them."
Zhao Huaizhong: "Are you sure that the tripod made by Yu is nine?"
"Of course, Jiuding is the Nine Lords, how can it be wrong?"
Si Wenxin was a little surprised that Zhao Huaizhong asked this and raised his head.
Zhao Huaizhong pondered: Could it be that the big cauldron on the head of the divine dragon underground is not the Kyushu cauldron?
I always feel that the big cauldron has a different atmosphere and is unique. There should not be other eight big cauldrons of the same level. Or maybe it is not one of the nine cauldrons at all and has another origin. I was wrong from the beginning?
Although the Jiuzhou Cauldron in the hands of the Si family is also an immortal weapon, it feels far less heavy than the big cauldron on Shenlong's head, and its energy fluctuations are worse by more than one and a half points.
"What else do you know about Jiuding?"
"The Nine Tripods have one main body and eight auxiliary ones. The main tripod is said to be used to suppress the fortunes of the Central China.
The remaining eight tripods each have their own magical functions. The nine tripods combined into one can command the mountains and rivers of the Kyushu region, move the mountains and rivers, change the landform, and attract supreme luck."
To be continued...
