When I heard this, the Buddha told Subhuti that the skill of changing tendons has been completed, and only then can we do this... Every time when the night is still, there is light in the eyes, the breath is weak in the nose, and the belly is wide and empty... The principles of creation are created
, reveal the secret in one word... take it easy for one period, and never exceed this period...
See through the sky and the earth, and become one with me...The sky and the earth have the sun and the moon, and the human body has two eyes...all over the body are eyes, which touch and know things. This is the spirit of the heart, which includes the sky and the earth. It can see but not with the eyes.

Sit as heavy as a Qiu Mountain, upright and solemn. Close your mouth and hide your tongue deeply, and breathe in and out through your nose. The breath returns to the sea of origin, and your energy is sufficient and your spirit is abundant. Hold your bones together with your marrow, and enter trance first. Lie down like a skip-shaped bend, left and right.
Just follow suit. The knees are often uneven, and the feet are like hooks...
After completing the exercise of changing tendons, you will become a vajra body...Although it has the appearance of a vajra, it is still driven by flesh and blood. You must follow the "Marrow Cleansing Sutra", eat less and take in more breath...close your eyes and look at your nose often, close your mouth and let your nose breathe...right knee
Wrap the left knee, adjust the breath and touch the tongue to the palate. Move the flanks and abdomen, shake the shoulders and push the belly with hands...
Press and lift apart, hold firmly and press both knees. The cotton goes in and out of the nose, and the cotton goes to the bottom of the sea. Swallow it with fluid and send it into the abdomen with your mind. Knock your teeth and sound the heavenly drum. Cover your navel with both hands. Stretch your feet and pull your toes.
Breathe in and out for sixty-six seconds. Massage with both hands until you cross your legs for a long time...
After reading it once, Yang Chaoxi felt that the scriptures only contained a subtle meaning and simple explanations. It was not like the Buddhist Zen philosophy, but had many similarities with the Taoist inner alchemy technique. Therefore, even a person like him who did not understand Buddhism could understand it.
Seven, seven, eight, eight.
The sutra is divided into six chapters: "There is no beginning of the bell, the four major false combinations, all saints return together, everything and I are consistent, walking, standing, sitting and lying down, cleansing and restoring the marrow." It is eloquent, nearly two thousand words, and it is a grand view.
However, in the preface of the sutra, it is said, "You can only practice this Sutra after you have completed the Yijin Kung Fu." It clearly tells those who study the sutra that they must have a foundation in "Yijin Kung" before they can practice this sutra.
But the name of "Yi Jin Gong" is like thunder in the martial arts world, and everyone is aware of it! What knight who travels around the world doesn't know that this "Yi Jin Gong" is a secret that is not passed down by the Songshan Shaolin Temple?
The "Yi Jin Jing" corresponding to the "Yi Jin Gong" technique is stored in the Sutra Collection Pavilion of Shaolin Temple. For more than a hundred years, many people have coveted this sutra and stolen it, but no one has succeeded.
Yang Chaoxi sighed, closed the "Dharma Marrow Cleansing Sutra" and put it aside. If he is lucky enough to learn "Yi Jin Gong" in the future, he will practice according to the exercises in the "Dharma Marrow Cleansing Sutra"
