Chapter 4 Duan Guizi Squadron (1)

The night is as dark as water, and the night in the jungle looks particularly cool.

In a rubble about twenty or thirty meters away from the Japs squadron headquarters, Zheng Xiao lay quietly behind the rocks, holding a telescope to observe the Japs' movements.

From the time he lurked until now, the Japanese squadron headquarters has always been so lively, with people constantly entering the tent, then coming out, and hurriedly walking to another tent.

Through more than an hour of observation, Zheng Xiao has basically figured out the Japanese defense rules, and has planned a sneak attack in his mind. Now he is just waiting for an opportunity.

The temperature in the mountains was a bit low at night, especially once the stones were wet with dew, it would be particularly uncomfortable to stick to the body, but Zheng Xiao lay quietly behind the stones, as if he didn't feel anything.

In the telescope, the target finally appeared. It was a Japanese cook. Judging from his rank, he should be a new soldier. He was probably a cook who had just been assigned to the cooking squad.

This guy mumbled and walked towards the stone, holding his stomach as he walked. It seemed that he had a stomachache.

After trotting all the way to the rocks, the Japanese cook hurriedly pulled off his pants and let out a long sigh of relief. The feeling made him feel more comfortable than the emperor.

"If I knew better, I wouldn't have eaten that sushi secretly." Thinking this in his heart, Bin Bin closed his eyes slightly, enjoying the refreshing feeling.

At this moment, there seemed to be a slight sound in his ears, which made him open his eyes and looked over there, "There can't be any snakes."

No snake was seen there, but Bian Bin saw a person, a man with colorful paint on his face. The last thing that remained in his mind was the sharp eyes of the other person, which were as sharp as a blade.

After releasing the neck that he had broken, Zheng Xiao carried Bian Bin's body and moved it to a different place so as not to stain his military uniform. This suit was the key to realizing his plan and it could not be stained by the excrement on the ground.

.

After stripping off the Japs naked in a few strokes, Zheng Xiao put on the Japs' military uniform, then adjusted it and found that the clothes fit him well.

After hiding all his military uniforms and weapons, Zheng Xiao turned out from behind the rocks and walked toward the Japanese camp.

Along the way, the Japs had set up at least three sentries, and there were more Japs in the camp. It was quite risky for Zheng Xiao to disguise himself and sneak in like this.

However, Zheng Xiao was very calm and whistled calmly as he walked.

After entering the Japanese camp without incident, Zheng Xiao walked towards the cooking squad area. He was now a cooking soldier, so it might not be appropriate to go to the squadron leader's tent rashly.

At this moment, a sergeant hurriedly walked out of the cooking squad tent, holding a large bowl in his hand. When he saw Zheng Xiao, he immediately shouted, "Come here and give this to the squadron leader."

"I'm really sleepy, so I'll give you a pillow." Zheng Xiao felt happy and hurriedly ran over with his head lowered. He took the big bowl from the sergeant's hand and walked towards the tent where the squadron leader was.

When he was secretly observing just now, he had already identified the tent of the Japanese squadron leader, so now he was familiar with the road and came to it easily.

Nodding to the two Japanese soldiers standing guard at the entrance of the tent, Zheng Xiao walked in holding the bowl of noodles.

There is a tatami in the tent with a small table on it. A middle-aged Japanese officer in his thirties is sitting behind the table, looking at the map on the table. The red and blue pencils in his hand are habitually moving.

He was clicking on the desktop, seemingly lost in thought, surrounded by documents.

Zheng Xiao came forward with the big bowl, placed the big bowl on the table, and then said in pure and fluent Japanese, "Squadron Captain, it's time for supper."

The Japanese squadron leader didn't even raise his head. He just waved to him to signal him to exit and continued to look at the map.

Taking a step back, Zheng Xiao secretly looked around and saw that there was no one in the room. He knew that the time had come, so he pulled out the saber from under his clothes with his right hand and held it upside down in his hand.

"Why don't you come out yet?" The Japs saw that the Japs who had delivered the meal were still not moving. He felt a little angry. He raised his head and was about to scold him, but when he raised his head, he only saw a cold flash of light in front of his eyes.

, the next moment you don’t know anything.

A saber cut open the Jap squadron leader's neck. Zheng Xiao placed the Jap's head in his hand on the small table to prevent it from falling to the ground, and then took the map from the table.

"It's so timely!" The map is exactly that of this area, with every hilltop, every stream, and every valley marked in detail, as well as the number of Japanese troops garrisoned and their approximate equipment.

For Zheng Xiao and the others, who came to this place with a blank stare, this thing came just in time and was really important.

After rolling up the map and stuffing it into the small bag he prepared in advance, and putting the documents in it as well, Zheng Xiao looked up and saw the lieutenant's military uniform hanging aside, and immediately thought about it.

At the door of the tent at the squadron headquarters, two Japanese sentries were on guard with guns, chatting in low voices.

The Japanese soldier on the left is called Mishima. He looked towards the tent door and whispered, "Squadron leader has been busy all day, why don't you rest?"

Watanabe on the right sighed, and then said, "Oh, this mission is too important. No one in our squadron can rest until the mission is completed."

"What mission is so important?" Mishima asked Watanabe in surprise upon hearing this, "I heard that the entire Itano unit has been mobilized and is pulling up nets to sweep this area."

"I also heard that it was said that a China plane crashed in this mountain. The plane was transporting a group of scientific researchers and a group of very important experts."

"So that's the case, no wonder!" Mishima suddenly realized. Just as he was about to speak, footsteps suddenly came from behind. The two people straightened their bodies in a hurry, not daring to speak.

A Japanese officer walked out wearing a military coat. Although his face could not be seen because his collar was turned up, the lieutenant's shoulder insignia seemed to indicate his identity.

"Hello, squadron leader!" The two Japanese sentries bowed hurriedly.

"I'm going out for a moment. No one is allowed to enter my headquarters." The squadron leader, wrapped in a coat, snorted from his nose, mumbled these words, and then walked away towards the arsenal.

Go.

"The squadron leader seems a little different today than usual." Mishima looked at the retreating figure of the lieutenant and said to himself.

Watanabe laughed and cursed, "You kid, you better stop thinking so much and just stay on guard."

Calm has returned to the squadron department!
