In late spring, in March, grass grows in the south of the Yangtze River, there are mixed peanut trees, and flocks of orioles fly around.
The West Lake in March almost combines all the magic of spring in the south of the Yangtze River. The sky is light, the rain is mellow, the mountains are green, the water is soft, the flowers are fragrant, the orioles are singing, and there are also clear water hibiscus on the West Lake and beauties with frosty wrists.
In the clear sky, a white cloud suddenly floated over, and in a moment it began to rain lightly, like wine, like oil!
On the shore, delicate little umbrellas bloom like mushrooms, making the West Lake in the rain particularly unique.
On the lake, an unmanned U-Peng boat was swaying with the waves in the gentle breeze, enjoying itself.
I don’t know when the music of the piano sounded like a lover’s whisper, but it merged with the water color and mountain scenery unconsciously, as if it had always existed since ancient times.
I don't know when, but the sound of the piano as mentioned has gone far away, without taking away a cloud, but it still lingers in people's hearts all the time.
In the afternoon, the rain slowly stopped, and bunches of golden light pierced the clouds, adding a colorful neon to the sky, which also made the lakes and mountains look mottled, so intoxicating.
A clear child's voice suddenly broke through the tranquility of the lake:
“It’s beautiful when the water is shining and the sky is clear, but when the mountains are empty and covered with rain, it’s also strange.
If you want to compare the West Lake to the West, it is always better to put on light makeup and heavy makeup."
The singing faded away, and the boat passed without a trace, leaving only the silence of the lake!
Since the Wei and Jin Dynasties, the literary style in Jiangnan has been extremely prosperous, and a number of romantic figures have indeed been born.
In modern times, the most famous person in the Jiangnan literary world is Chen Shubao, the empress of Nanchen. His famous work is the representative work of palace style poems, the famous "Yushu Flower":
Liyu Fanglin faces the high pavilion, the new decoration is gorgeous and the quality is stunning.
Yinghu Ningjiao didn't come in for a moment, but came out of the curtain and greeted him with a smile.
The face of the enchantress is like a flower with dew, and the jade trees are shining brightly.
As for whether the content of this poem is really about flowers or about chrysanthemums describing the joy of boudoir, let’s not worry about it for the time being. I will just say one thing: this jade tree flower is already regarded as the best work in the Jiangnan poetry circle. !
However, even this so-called excellent work is obviously equivalent to a sparrow compared to a phoenix when compared to the song sung by the girl on the boat just now!
During this spring season, there are still people who have leisure time to go on a spring trip. They generally belong to the leisure class of the gentry. Most of them are proficient in literature. Even if they cannot write any good poems, they still have the most basic appreciation ability!
So, when the awning boat turned into a small black dot and disappeared on the lake, there were buzzing sounds like bees on the edge of the West Lake! And the content of the discussion was probably about the poem just now, and Speculations about its author.
"Hoo! Hoo! Idiot! It's all your fault! If I were faster, I, my lord, might be able to see that great talent!" A very handsome young man in white among the crowd bent down and gasped. He was angry, shaking a folding fan vigorously, and after a while he straightened up. He spat at a delicate and handsome boy next to him with eyes filled with annoyance, and then he turned to a face full of longing and said, "The literary talent is so great. That great talent must be as tall as a jade tree, with a handsome appearance that would put Pan An and Song Yu to shame!"
"Yes, yes! Master, Master, you are absolutely right! Servant, I know I was wrong!" The young man had just taken a breath. Hearing this, he rolled his eyes and quickly lowered his head in confession, saying, "Please, sir, punish me!"
"Hmph! I'll spare your life this time! If you do it again! Hmph! Hmph!" The young man in white threatened viciously.
"Slave, I don't dare! I don't dare!" The handsome young man once again bowed his head and listened.
After a while, I raised my eyes and secretly looked at my young master with my peripheral vision. I found that my young master didn't seem to have any intention of pursuing him, so I let out a long breath.
A pair of big eyes chattered for a moment, and the handsome young man had an idea in an instant. He leaned over to the ear of the young master in white and whispered, "Princess, do you want to find that great talent again?"...
"Hmm?" Hearing this, the young man in white rolled his eyes and said with expectation, "What, do you have a way to find that great talent?"
"Yeah! Yeah!" The handsome boy didn't say anything, he just nodded his little head vigorously while humming, like a chicken pecking at rice.
"Then why don't you tell me quickly!" The young man in white raised his eyebrows and shouted angrily with a stern voice.
"Mr. Gongzi, slave, slave, I just want, I want,..." Being frightened by the young master in white, the handsome young man stuttered again.
"Shh! Keep your voice down!" Being looked at by dozens of pairs of surprised eyes, he felt uncomfortable all over, and suddenly realized that he had accidentally leaked the content of the conversation.
After coming back to his senses, the young man in white quickly picked up the handsome boy, separated from the crowd, and galloped away.
Thousands of miles away, the orioles are singing, the green is reflected in red, and the wine flags are blowing in the mountains and rivers.
There are four hundred and eighty temples in the Southern Dynasties, and many towers are in the mist.
It is unreliable whether there were 480 temples in Jiangnan during the Sui Dynasty, but there were definitely a lot!
The people of the South worship Buddhism. Since the Southern Jin Dynasty, most of the rulers of the past dynasties have also worshiped Buddha! Emperors, concubines, and princesses have a great style of building temples and pagodas.
It is precisely for this reason that most of the Buddhist temples in the Nanchen Dynasty were located in Jiankang, the capital city.
After the Sui Dynasty destroyed Chen Dynasty, in order to prevent the resurgence of the southern tribes, Emperor Wen Yang Jian ordered the complete destruction of Jiankang City! Most of the temples in the city were also destroyed.
When Yang Guang was governing the south of the Yangtze River, in order to win over the people, Yang Guang vigorously promoted Buddhism. Not only did he donate money to temples, he also ordered people to copy a large number of precious scriptures and distribute them to various temples for free. As a result, the country that was originally in decline began
Jiangnan Buddhism flourished again.
It is said that the mouth that eats people is short and the hands that take people are short.
After receiving Yang Guang's money and scriptures, these temples also began to promote the great achievements of the Sui Dynasty to the faithful men and women.
So, miraculously, in less than ten years, the hearts of the people in Jiangnan have largely rallied!
After making such a great contribution to the stability of the Sui Dynasty, Buddhism received quite a lot of feedback. Many temples had more than ten thousand hectares of land, and they did not have to pay taxes; the monks in the temples were not under the jurisdiction of the government, and they committed crimes.
People who follow the law can be exempted from punishment by shaving their hair and hiding in temples; in some very outrageous places, temples also perform part of the government's functions, just like a small local court!
It is this seemingly deformed religious system that has miraculously promoted the cause of Buddhism to an unimaginable peak.
At the same time, various trade and cultural activities derived from major temples have become more and more prosperous, becoming an important symbol of various places!
For example, on the banks of the West Lake, there are two landmark temples, Nanping Mountain and Miaoli Temple.
The reputation of Miaoli Temple spreads far and wide. During every Buddhist ceremony, tens of thousands of faithful men and women come to ask for fortune-telling and worship Buddha. When the incense is at its peak, the line of worshipers lines up from the top of the mountain to the bottom of the mountain.
And the most popular person in this Miaoli Temple is not the Buddhist leader Tathagata Buddha, but two local gods from China, Hehe Erxian.
Rumor has it that these two immortals are in charge of marriage, and the newlyweds who have been blessed by them can have a harmonious family and grow old together!
When the young man in white, encouraged by the handsome boy, hurried to the foot of Nanping Mountain, he looked at the huge procession of Buddha worshipers winding from the middle of the mountain all the way to the top of the mountain. He couldn't help but be a little dumbfounded, "Why are there so many people here?"
"Well, slave, slave, I don't know!" The handsome young man was also stunned.
"Then, do you have a way to find the great talent from here?" The young man in white asked with a little hope in his tone.
