On the contrary, it is to let yourself become the world and then break the world! So we have the next level of practice: Xiaozhenyi."

To practice, you have to introduce the spiritual energy of heaven and earth into your body, and you have to understand the world. It is inevitable that you will be infected by the world. This has nothing to do with whether your state of mind is peaceful or not, but a layer of mental obstacles.

The spiritual essence of heaven and earth is not well water or apples. You can pick it and turn it into your own nutrition. Although the spiritual essence has no consciousness, it will corrode the mind of the cultivator and make him gradually lose himself. The higher the cultivation level, the easier it is to become chaotic. First of all,

You can't distinguish between fantasy and reality, and then you will even confuse the external environment with your own body. In the end, you will lose all your mind. And after crossing Xiaozhenyi, you will advance to a whole new level in practice.

Obviously, the distance between the next realm and the current Su Jing is too far, so Lu Yajiu did not explain it in detail, but only briefly mentioned it.

Above the 'Small True One', the fifth level is called 'Chongsha', which opens the sea of ​​qi, and increases lifespan by three Jiazi; the sixth level, 'Duo Gang', opens the sea of ​​consciousness, and increases lifespan by ninety meters; and the seventh level, 'Treasure'

Vase', the Kaixin orifice connects with the sea of ​​qi and the sea of ​​consciousness. At this point, the body is powerful both inside and outside, and all physical preparations are made to warm and nourish the soul. There is a saying: the body is like the ancient treasure vase of Zhenjun, and a little bit of ordinary water can turn into spirit essence!

The knot is made into a vase body, and the longevity will be increased by another twenty-seven years.

If you want to nourish your soul, you have to use the spiritual energy of heaven and earth to create another magical life in your body. You must understand the great way of the sky, so the eighth realm is another realm of understanding. No one can guide you but yourself.

Entering the world to experience it is called 'breaking through the limitless'.

If the Xiu family can successfully 'break the immeasurable', they will immediately face immeasurable thunder and fire tribulations.

After successfully overcoming the tribulation, you will truly have an immortal body, and the following cultivation will begin to nourish the soul. Entering the realm of the soul, you are really moving towards the divine realm. It is still the fourth level of cultivation, which is "Ruyi"

,'Happiness','Yuanyou','Daxiaoyaowen'.

The first three realms refer to the stages of growth of the soul, and can also be called the 'Ruyi Fei', 'Happy Child', and 'Yuan Wanderer'. Da Xiaoyao Wen is another realm of understanding, and the last level of understanding is broken and welcomed.

Tongtian, Ning Qing, like this, Xiao Zhenyi;

Wishful thinking, joy, far journey, great freedom.
