Among these four people, Xu Ke is undoubtedly the most suitable one in terms of experience and qualifications.
Xu Ke served as mayor and secretary of the municipal party committee, and later as secretary of the Donglai Municipal Party Committee. After being promoted to vice governor, he became a member of the Standing Committee and served as executive vice governor after he finished his tenure as vice governor.
Propaganda Minister Che Li has a good qualification. He was directly promoted to member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee/Propaganda Minister from the position of Secretary of the Dongchang Municipal Party Committee. Before serving as Secretary of the Dongchang Municipal Party Committee, he also served as deputy director of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and mayor of Langya.
He Zida, Secretary-General of the Provincial Party Committee, has a slightly worse qualification. Before serving as a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, he worked for the General Office of the Provincial Party Committee. Later, he worked from the director to the deputy director of the General Office. Later, he briefly went to Quancheng to serve as the deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee for one year, and then returned to the Provincial Party Committee to serve as the deputy secretary-general of the Provincial Party Committee and the director of the General Office. Finally, he finally served as the Secretary-General of the Provincial Party Committee. It was also at the beginning of this year to solve the problem of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee. So from this perspective, He Zida can basically be excluded.
However, among Xu Ke, Che Li and Lu Weimin, Xu Ke is already the executive vice governor. When the current situation of reducing deputy is already a general trend, even if he serves as the secretary of the Landao Municipal Party Committee, it is impossible for him to serve as the secretary of the Landao Municipal Party Committee as the deputy secretary of the provincial party committee. Therefore, when he goes to Landao, he seems to be in charge of the government, but in terms of his qualifications as the secretary of the Puzhou Municipal Party Committee and the secretary of the Donglai Municipal Party Committee, the significance is no longer great. Of course, as a secretary of the municipal party committee of a deputy provincial city, his political status is definitely more dazzling than that of the executive vice governor, but it is also very limited.
In a sense, whether Xu Ke serves as Secretary of the Landao Municipal Party Committee depends on the comprehensive considerations of the provincial party committee and his own willingness.
Che Li is undoubtedly a very suitable candidate. A cadre who grew up from the development and reform line has rich economic experience and is very familiar with the provincial situation. During his tenure as secretary of the Dongchang Municipal Party Committee, Dongchang's economic development was also very fast. Otherwise, he would not have been able to be promoted from secretary of the Dongchang Municipal Party Committee to a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
Lu Weimin should be considered a dark horse. In terms of qualifications, he is indeed too shallow. Even if he counts his time as a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in Changjiang, he has been promoted to a deputy provincial cadre for less than half a year. The slogan is really too thin. In addition, he is a foreign cadre and has been in Qilu for a short time and is not familiar with the situation in Qilu. Logically speaking, it is not a suitable candidate, but he also has unique advantages.
First, he is a cadre focused on training by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. Last year, he participated in the training of the one-year middle-aged and youth class of the Central Party School, which is a very obvious signal. Second, his performance during his work in Changjiang was so dazzling that no one could ignore his outstanding ability in economic work.
Songzhou's GDP reached an astonishing 274.2 billion last year, officially entering the top 20 major cities in the country, ranking 15th, surpassing old sub-provincial cities such as Wuhan/Dalian and Shenyang/Harbin, and also trampling emerging industrial cities such as Dongguan/Tangshan, and also pressing Quancheng behind. Although Lu Weimin was no longer in office as the Secretary of the Songzhou Municipal Party Committee when this data was achieved, anyone with a discerning eye knew that Songzhou could achieve this goal was inseparable from the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee when Lu Weimin served as the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee for several years in Songzhou.
