"That day a bloody smell surged into the sky. I was extremely afraid on Mount Wa. The bell in the seventeenth hall of Lanke Temple gave a warning sign, and it rang at the same time. The bell echoed for three days and three nights."
Master Qishan turned around and looked at Ning Que and said, "And just a few days ago, the seventeen Buddha bells in Lanke Temple rang independently again. The bell sounded to Washan. Only then did I realize that the bloody smell was
Appeared."
Listening to this, Ning Que's expression did not change at all, but his body in the black courtyard suit slowly tensed up, his heart was slightly confused, and then he made a big fuss.
The Buddhist bell in Lanke Temple once roared because of the Taotie in Liansheng. When the bell rang again a few days ago, I naturally felt what he did to Longqing in the autumn rain of Honglian Temple.
Master Qishan obviously guessed the truth of the matter, but he did not expose the truth. He said kindly: "I am old and weak this year. Although I dare not tell the difference between the so-called right and the demons, I at least have seen it indifferently.
However, there are still many people in this world who cannot be ignored, such as Hanging Temple and Taoist Sect."
"In the eyes of Haotian Dao Sect, the Buddha Sect is all heretics, let alone the Demon Sect? Ning Que, you must understand that people cannot defeat nature. No matter how strong Mr. Ke is, he will never be stronger than this sky in the end. No matter how high his Master is, he will never be able to do so.
, It is impossible to be higher than this sky, so some things can be avoided from being touched, and if they have already been touched, forget it."
Ning Que knew that the master was kind-hearted and advised himself not to go deeper and deeper on the path of being possessed by demons, and no matter what situation he faced, he should not use the evil and bloody Taotie**.
After that autumn rain, he often felt that there was still a very strong and slightly sweet bloody smell in his mouth, as if Longqing's flesh was still hanging in the cracks of his teeth, which was extremely disgusting.
Because of his childhood psychological shadow, he believed that he could control himself from using Taotie*, but he could not stop practicing the Haoranqi of the junior teacher. Then will he still follow the old path of the junior teacher?
Master Qishan said, "Tell me about Liansheng."
Ning Que lowered his head and was silent. Even if the master had guessed the truth of the matter, he was still not ready to admit those things because he did not want to take any risks.
Master Qishan sighed and said, "Dynastiest years ago, I brought Junior Brother Liansheng to the Buddhist sect. How could I not feel that his robe and mantle were passed on to you. I just want to know what happened later."
Perhaps it was the regretful and regretful feeling in the master's voice that touched Ning Que, or because he was not aggrieved by his relationship with his brothers, he hesitated for a moment and began to tell the bizarre story deep in the wasteland.
"There are all bones and mummies in that side hall. Master Liansheng is sitting in the middle of the pile of bone corpses..."
...
...
The Lanke Temple in the autumn rain is quiet. The incense burning in some temple is stubbornly penetrated the heavy raindrops and floated to the back hall, turning the suppressed cold atmosphere into Zhuangsu.
After listening to Ning Que’s story, Master Qishan was silent for a long time.
He smelled the faint fragrance, raised his thin arms, and his fingers trembled slightly and slid through the air. He seemed to want to grasp something, but the Zen fragrance was smelly and invisible, like a memory, and could not be grasped at all.
"Even in that desperate situation, it is still a clever idea. If you want to use your ability to escape, it is indeed the temperament of Junior Brother Liansheng. Although he died in the end, he was actually a person who had escaped from his body's cage. He should be happy.
A complex smile appeared on the master's old face.
Ning Que thought about the experiences he had at the mountain gate of the Demon Sect back then, and thought about the fragments of the lotus life in his quacks, and his mood was also very complicated.
He looked at Sang on the cushion deep in the Buddhist temple and said, "Before Lian's life and death, he once said that the Taoist demons could enter the divine world. Now Sang has practiced both Taoist and Buddha. Moreover, her body seems to have a certain divine nature in nature,
If you continue to practice like this, is it possible that you will repeat the mistakes of Liansheng and become a madman?"
Master Qishan looked at the hall and said calmly: "If you want the black chess to turn white, you can turn white. Thoughts are what I said in Buddhism, and they have power in themselves. If she doesn't want to become a lotus, she will not become a lotus.
.”
Then the master turned around and looked at him and asked, "What would you... think?"
Ning Que thought about it and said, "I don't know either, but it must be simpler."
"The simpler the more pure the more powerful it is, and sometimes the more terrifying it is."
Master Qishan looked at him and said with a gentle expression: "Why didn't you go to the temple to listen to my lectures with Sang before? If you think I was not good at speaking, there are many Buddhist scriptures hidden in Lanke Temple, you can read them yourself.
It is beneficial for you to break through the demons of the mind and remove all obstacles."
"Master Liansheng once said that Buddhist scriptures are as numerous as the sea, but if you look carefully under the paper, you will find that all the Buddhist teachings actually speak only one word: forbearance. The second senior brother once said that Buddhist teachings are also said.
Three thousand is just to teach people how to deceive themselves.”
Ning Que said: "Forbearance and self-deception are both external and external, and they all say the same thing. I am very good at forbearance and do not need to learn. As for... the method of self-deception, if I deceive myself for a long time,
I forgot my original intention and thought that those were real and I couldn't wake up."
"The second gentleman holds courtesy, so he will naturally be unable to see the Buddhist style of "no father or king."
Master Qishan asked, "But if life is a big dream, why wake up?"
Ning Que said: "Even if you dream, you have to do it sincerely. This is how you are happy. So even if life is really a big dream, we have to pretend that it is not a dream."
Master Qishan asked again: "How can you know that the world in Buddhist scriptures is a false dream, not a real one?"
After saying that before, Ning Que remembered that he would occasionally say something shocking to Chen Pipi in the back mountain of the academy and was a little proud.
However, the master immediately asked again, and found that he didn't know how to answer, so he confirmed that the shocking words of those who did not read were indeed just occasional things, and he was not qualified to practice Zen at all.
He said helplessly: "Why did the master insist that I study Buddhism and practice Zen? Sang is sick and cannot be cured if he does not study Buddhism. This is her fate with Buddhism. I don't think I have any Buddhist connection."
Master Qishan laughed and said, "How can you understand the fate mentioned by Buddhism so simply? It seems that you have never read any Buddhist scriptures. I have to make up for this lesson for Master."
Ning Que felt something was wrong.
"The master seems to value me very much, but I really don't think there is anything special about me."
He turned around and looked at the mulberry in the hall and said, "Compared with her, I sometimes feel that I am stupid like a pig. No matter how I practice Buddhism, I will never be able to give the Buddha sect another master."
"She is the most special one. And you are also the special one."
Master Qishan followed his gaze and looked at Sang who had already entered into meditation, and exclaimed: "The daughter of light is both pure in body and mind. She can understand magical techniques with one thought, and then understand Buddhist principles with another thought, and know her destiny for three years..."
Before the master could finish his words, Ning Que shook his head repeatedly.
"I know someone is faster than me. So I don't feel special."
Master Qishan said: "But that kind of person is extremely rare."
Ning Que said: "No matter how fewer it is, there are still some. So I'm not special."
Master Qishan looked at his eyes and said without comment: "It seems that you have become the special one."
Ning Que said: "What's the matter with Xiu Yulin? I really hate it. I don't want to be a fat pig."
Master Qishan laughed and said, "This is just because you are in the academy."
Ning Que said with a smile: "No, for example, my senior brother Chao Wudongxuan. He knows his fate in the evening. Only such people are qualified to say that they are special. Even if I slap the dark horse's butt, I can't catch up."
"Of course, Mr. Da, who hears the Tao in the morning and enters the Tao in the evening, cannot compare it with it.
Master Qishan said: "But there is a big difference between you and ordinary practitioners in the world. Except for Master Yan Se who saw your talent in the talisman, your other talent in practice is just ordinary..."
Ning Que added: "It's not just ordinary, it's extremely bad."
Master Qishan said: "However, with his extremely bad talent, he can only practice for three years and realize his destiny. This proves that your ability has surpassed the scope of ordinary talent..."
"I don't know how you practiced. But I have heard of the three most critical moments in your practice. When you enter the talisman path, you rely on a summer rain, and when you enter the cave, you rely on a book fan fried by a bookworm.
Fish, and a few days ago, you knew your fate in the battle, and there was no sign of anything."
The master continued: "The practitioners pay attention to step by step and learn to master the laws of the essence of heaven and earth. However, my disciples of the Buddhist sect rely on the insights after years of hard practice. This is the so-called enlightenment."
Ning Que recalled the teachings of Master Boxyang at Wanyan Pagoda Temple.
Master Qishan looked at his eyes and said seriously: "Your performance when you broke through the realm has nothing to do with those opportunities. It is more like the sudden enlightenment mentioned by my Buddhist sect. Therefore, you have excellent understanding. It is a pity not to learn Buddhism.
.”
Ning Que had to think that the second senior brother's words really made sense. No matter how Taoism and Buddha were, when he wanted to absorb new blood, he looked like those guys who were spitting everywhere in the mouse club...
"I'm really afraid that I'll fall asleep when I read Buddhist scriptures."
He begged for mercy and said.
Master Qishan took out an extremely thin scripture from his sleeve and handed it over, saying, "I specially picked an interesting Buddhist scripture, and it is very short, so you shouldn't fall asleep."
After saying this, the master walked into the hall to see how much Sang had realized today.
Ning Que opened the scriptures in his hand and saw that they were all very simple illustrations of Buddhist scriptures. He couldn't help but feel embarrassed and angry, and shouted to the master's back: "This is for children to read. Can you change another one?"
...
...
After lunch, he had lunch and rested for a while, Sang continued his Buddhist studies. Ning Que stood under the front porch of the hall, holding a snow lotus to make fun of the big dark horse, making him feel bored and finally remembered the scripture.
The lines of the illustrations in the scriptures are simple and smooth, and the stories are extremely interesting, hiding the meaning of education very deeply and cleverly. The more he reads, the more interested he becomes, so he simply asks the monks in the temple to find a bamboo chair.
He lay on the chair, flipping through books casually, occasionally picking up hot tea and drinking a few sips. When he didn't want to read the book, he looked up at the fine autumn rain in front of the Buddhist temple, sootheed his eyes, and felt very comfortable.
Master Qishan walked out of the hall.
Ning Que stood up from the chair, handed over hot tea, and asked in confusion: "Why did the master come out?"
Master Qishan was not polite to him. He took the hot tea and lay comfortably on the bamboo chair, saying, "Miss Sang has entered into meditation again. I have nothing to do inside, so I come out to talk to you."
Ning Que said in surprise: "You will enter into meditation again so quickly? Don't you sleep like this dead girl?"
Entering into samadhi is a special word for Buddhism, which refers to the accumulation of thoughts before enlightenment and the state of selflessness. If you use Taoist practice as a metaphor, it is probably to find the state of emptiness and brightness before you find the opportunity.
Sang entered into meditation before noon and then entered into meditation again in the afternoon. This is equivalent to saying that Master Qishan taught her the Buddhist method. She did not need to spend any effort to understand the truth in the past, and no one could believe it.
Even though Ning Que knew that when she learned the Xiling Divine Arts with Wei Guangming, she could make the fingertips shine with the brink of the Haotian divine light, she still couldn't believe it, so he doubted whether the girl fell asleep.
Master Qishan said: "I can still see the difference between sleeping and entering into meditation."
Ning Que saw his calm expression and asked curiously: "Master, you don't seem to be very surprised."
Master Qishan took a sip of tea and said with a smile: "No matter how strange things happen to her, I will not be surprised."
Ning Que said: "I believe what you said last night now."
"What sentence?"
"You said Sang can become a Buddha."
"Everyone can become a Buddha."
"Master, I'm really not good at saying this, although Zen sounds very charming."
"Then I'm going to be clearer."
Master Qishan lay in the chair, tightened his cotton coat tightly, and said, "The Buddha was originally a human being, why couldn't he become a Buddha?"
Ning Que said: "I used to think that the Buddha was like Haotian, just a symbol. It was not until the teacher said it once and then I saw the chessboard yesterday that I realized that the Buddha really existed."
Master Qishan looked up at the sky and said, "The Buddha also lived under the sky."
Ning Que looked at the dark sky where rain kept falling and asked, "Since it is Haotian's world, why is there a Buddha? Where did the Buddha go in the end?"
Master Qishan said: "Since there is a beginning and an end, and there is life and death. Since the Buddha is a human, he will die naturally. This is something that can be found in history."
Ning Que thought about his bizarre experience, and meditated that life does not necessarily mean death.
As soon as he thought about this, he saw that the autumn rain felt like spring rain. He couldn't help feeling tired. He thought that even if he was chatting, he should talk about something meaningful. He leaned against the railing and asked:
"If the Buddha was also a practitioner...what realm did he reach in the end?"
"As a Buddhist disciple, how can you guess the Buddha's ability?"
"The Buddha is merciful, and it is not a sin to say it."
Ning Que looked at the master and asked tentatively: "The Buddha must have surpassed the five realms, right?"
The master smiled and said, "I don't have the saying of the five realms in Buddhism."
"I mean the approximate level."
"nature."
Ning Que understands it.
He suddenly thought of a rumor and looked at Master Qishan and asked seriously: "It is said that before the master was sick, he was recognized by the cultivation community as the most capable person to eliminate the five realms?"
