The fifth volume of the pen of magic, the eighteenth chapter of the moon is short

Preaching in the marketplace is Ye Su's own salvation, and will also lead the world to their own salvation. For the Haotian doctrine that has been maintained in this world for countless thousands of years, this change may seem small, but it is actually a huge change.

* Sexual changes, the worship of Haotian will be replaced by new doctrines, and the yearning for the Kingdom of God will be replaced by love for this world. This is why Ning Que was shocked.

Ye Su looked at Ning Que and said: "Preaching is actually the process of gathering people's hearts and unifying their beliefs. I am also trying how to do it specifically. There are more precedents in Taoist classics. If you are interested in this aspect, you might as well go to Xiling

There are many books in the book hall of the temple."

Ning Que settled down in Linkang City, and he and Ye Su discussed and learned from each other. The more they interacted with each other, the more he admired Ye Su. He found that this man who lived in a broken house seemed to have spent countless hours.

The whetstone of the knife is so gentle on the surface, so firm on the inside, and has a lot of roughness that cannot be seen by the naked eye. It grinds the scriptures in the canon into fine powder and turns it into his own ideas.

During these days of discussion, Ye Su never expressed his opinion on how Ning Que could write that character. As he did at the beginning, he just calmly talked about what he had learned in his life and his insights from traveling to various countries over the years. Ye Su has read a lot.

He has been studying scriptures and treatises since he was a child. Ning Que has systematically studied Taoism theory.

During the discussion, Ye Su put forward a very interesting hypothesis. If Haotian is the rule of this world as Confucius said, then by what method do the objective and cold rules gain life and power? He believes that the greatest possibility is that it comes from

Regarding the people's beliefs, Ning Que felt that this assumption was reasonable, but when he thought about the eternal night that would appear once every tens of thousands of years, he felt that there was something unreasonable about it.

In addition to discussions, Ye Su taught the children in the streets every day as usual, teaching carpentry, knitting and wine-making methods, and would also briefly tell some stories from the scriptures.

As midsummer approaches, heavy rains occur frequently in Linkang City. This neighborhood, filled with temporary buildings and old houses in disrepair, looks so vulnerable to the heavy rains that houses collapse every day.

Ye Su took the children everywhere to rescue people, help repair the eaves damaged by rain, and even began to plan to comprehensively renovate the drainage system of this neighborhood after winter.

Because Jiange disciples would come occasionally, Ning Que rarely left the shabby house, so naturally he didn't help with these things. He just quietly observed the whole process and gradually gained insights.

In the end, the heavy rain lasted for three days. Just when everyone was exhausted and on the verge of despair, the rain suddenly stopped and the sky suddenly cleared up.

Countless cheers rang out in the rain-soaked streets. Ye Su carried a medicine box on his back and went back and forth between houses. There were too many mosquitoes after the rain, and epidemics made him wary.

Ning Que emptied the three broken bowls in front of the bed that collected rainwater, looked up at the sun in the hole in the roof, and silently thought about why you stopped crying all of a sudden?

When Ye Su returned to the shabby house, he was already very tired. He handed the bowl of vegetable rice to Ning Que and said, "I'm feeling a little uncomfortable today. You can eat first."

Ning Que looked at his pale and thin face and thought that his current body was inferior to that of an ordinary person. If he continued like this, he might become a dead person before he could become a saint.

"I won't eat." He looked at the porcelain blue sky on the broken roof and said, "I have to go."

Ye Su said: "I have nothing more to teach you. You should really leave."

Ning Que looked back at him and frowned slightly.

Ye Su smiled slightly and said: "Don't worry, pity is like delicious poison to you now. I won't hate you just because you want to kill me."

Ning Que thought for a while and said, "I still think it would be a pity to kill you."

Ye Su said: "If I let the news of your departure from Chang'an City spread, no matter how smart and studious you are, you will only be able to write the word "death" in the end."

Ning Que said: "I hope you can live, and I think you should also hope that I live."

Ye Su asked: "Why?"

Ning Que said: "What you are doing and what you are going to do is very interesting. Of course, you will face very difficult situations in the future, so you should need me."

Ye Su didn't speak, just smiled.

Ning Que looked into his eyes and said seriously: "You need Datang and the Academy."

Ye Su still didn't answer his words and said, "Since you won't kill me, just pay the tuition before leaving."

Ning Que didn't take this sentence as a joke, took out the banknotes from his arms, counted one and handed it over.

Ye Su took it and saw that it was a banknote with a denomination of one hundred taels. He smiled and said, "It is rumored that you and that man are as greedy for money as their lives. Now it seems that it is true."

Ning Que said: "The tuition fees paid by those students are only a few bowls of vegetables and rice. I gave one hundred taels and it was not enough?"

Ye Su said: "A bowl of vegetable rice with oil residue is much more important to those children than a hundred taels of silver to you. Don't forget that it is white rice."

Ning Que thought for a moment and realized that this was indeed the case, and said, "Then I will add some more."

Ye Su said: "Please help me buy something."

Ning Que returned to this street from the market, stepped on the broken bricks in the sewage room, squeezed through the crowded shanties like a dance, and came to a house.

Several little boys who looked like monkeys were holding bowls of sorghum rice and eating happily. The mother stared at the increasingly thin meat skin tied to the stove and worried. The curtain in the corner was lifted, and the girl mentioned

He walked out with his pants on, looked at his mother and said, "Sir, I asked you to buy me a belt."

My mother said angrily: "Didn't I cut a piece of cloth tape for you last night? I play wildly on the street every day, and even the strongest cloth strap will be broken by you, so where can I buy it?"

Ning Que called to the girl who looked unhappy and handed over the things in her hand.

The girl was still very young, but she seemed very sensible. She took the thing and asked, "Who are you?"

Ning Que looked at the little girl's messy hair and said, "I am your teacher's friend. This is the belt he asked me to buy, as well as the hairpin I promised to give you."

In Linkang City in midsummer, as soon as the heavy rain stopped, intense heat hit. The humidity in the air was too high, and the sewage on the ground could not be evaporated for a while, leaving an unpleasant odor.

Ye Su sent Ning Que away and came to a quiet place outside the street. Ning Que turned around and looked at him and said, "The little girl is very happy. I said you don't have any other ideas, right?"

"Her name is Huanzi, she is a girl." Ye Su said.

Ning Que said: "Why are you explaining so seriously? It was just a joke before leaving."

Ye Su said: "I'm not very familiar with you."

Ning Que said: "I'm very familiar with her."

Ye Su said: "Who is she?"

Ning Que said: "Your sister."

Ye Su felt as if he had heard these two words somewhere, and then he remembered that many years ago in Chang'an Snow City, he asked Mr. Ning Que where he learned the Dahe Sword, and he also heard these two words.

"People in the academy are really annoying sometimes."

He looked at Ning Que and said, "So I still don't understand why you refuse to kill me."

"You used to be quite annoying, but you're fine now. Although I've always been a person who is not afraid of killing, I just need a reason or emotion to kill."

Ning Que told him what he had done in Qinghe County, and then said: "The reason why I asked Wu Dao to kill Zhong Dajun was to help Guan Hai solve some problems, at the same time to frighten Qinghe, to lighten my heart, and most importantly, I wanted to

Tie the Buddhist sect...at least Lanke Temple to the academy. And meeting you in Linkang City made me think of another possibility, or the future of Haotian Dao Sect lies with you, so why should I

Kill you?"

Ning Que didn't go far when he heard the sound of children reading in the streets. To be more precise, it wasn't reading, but reciting the method of weaving flowers.

He turned around and looked at the streets and alleys, and saw mist rising in the dusk, and children's voices ringing out. If they were farther away, they couldn't smell the smell, and could only see the pictures, which were somewhat different and beautiful.

Now Ye Su has integrated some of the ideas of Buddhism and the Academy, coupled with his experience in the Taoist Temple, and has his own views on the world, and this has betrayed Haotian.

Before Qingxia, he had already betrayed Haotian. In Chang'an City, the Temple Master also betrayed Haotian. Truly powerful people, even the most devout Haotian believers, as long as they are really willing to think, then there will always be

One day they will find their own path.

"Everyone will leave you."

Ning Que looked at the sky in Linkang City and spoke to her.

He didn't get any direct wisdom from Ye Su these days, but he at least understood one truth - if you want to become a saint in the world, you can't seek sages.

After leaving Linkang City, Ning Que never entered the city again and only walked in the mountains and fields. The journey was peaceful and without any abnormalities until he was about to approach the Xiling Divine Kingdom.

He made a bed with cloth straps wrapped between solid branches. After nightfall, he rested sideways on the hammock. With the gentle breeze and gentle swing of the summer night, he soon fell into a sweet dreamland.

Suddenly, the sound of crackling firecrackers was heard in the distance. He was awakened, rubbed his eyes and looked towards the foot of the mountain, only to see firecrackers being set off everywhere in the small village.

He was a little puzzled. It was not the New Year, nor was it a festival. The Light Festival was still going on for many days. Why were people in the village setting off firecrackers? Could it be that someone had died?

Even if someone dies, it is impossible to release them in every household.

When the faint sound of firecrackers came from the distance on the mountain ridge, Ning Que knew that something must have happened, and his expression gradually became serious.

He suddenly noticed that the moonlight in the forest was a little pale, or just a little lighter than the usual moonlight. Ordinary people probably wouldn't notice it, but for him and everyone in the academy who often looked at the moon and scolded the teacher.

Say, this is light but very dazzling.

Ning Que raised his head and looked towards the night sky, and then he could no longer take his eyes away.

The bright moon in the night sky was missing a ray at some point.
