153 Get along

Jiang Heyu didn't want Hua Lai to look down on him, so he came to his rescue and said, "It's okay, I'll take it myself."

He opened the suitcase, took out two towels, and then tore one of them in half, using half of it as a cleaning rag.

Even with the rag, he was still in trouble. He looked at Hua Lai and finally said nothing. He went out and asked the photographer: "Where is the water?"

The photography guy pointed to a sign fifty meters away: "Go pick it up over there."

Carrying water?

These two words are not in Jiang Heyu's dictionary.

The photographer kindly reminded him: "There is a bucket there."

Jiang He and Momo picked up the bucket in the corner, entered the room and said to Hua Lai, "I'll go get some water and I'll be back soon."

After Hua Lai saw him go away, she went back to the house, covered the indoor camera, and changed her clothes.

When Jiang He came back from fetching water, he saw that Hua Lai had swept the house clean with a broom. He quickly put down the bucket: "I told you to sit down, I'll do it!"

Hua Lai: "There's no reason for you to do it alone. We are partners and we have to work together."

Jiang Heyu: "You have done enough. Now, let me take care of you."

He meant something, but Hua Lai pretended not to understand.

The two of them started busy cleaning up the room, but the actual situation was that Hua Lai was busy and Jiang Heyu couldn't do anything well!

He has lived alone in the past few years, but his living environment is completely different from this, and many things are done by servants.

After half an hour, the room finally looked like it could be lived in. Hua Lai was so tired that her back was sore. She stood up and moved her body. Jiang Heyu quickly pushed her down on the stool and said, "Thank you for your hard work. Drink some water."

."

Fortunately, there are ready-made drinks sponsored by the brand, otherwise it would be a problem for them to drink water.

There is only one bed prepared here, and although it is relatively large, Hua Lai absolutely refuses to share the same bed with Jiang Heyu!

She washed a straw mat and hung it up to dry, then pointed to the open space in the room: "You sleep on the floor at night."

Jiang Heyu: "It's cold on the ground."

Hua Lai: "Then I sleep on the ground?"

Jiang He and compromise: "I sleep."

On the first day, the program team did not work too hard for everyone, and even prepared ingredients for them, but they were all raw.

Hua Lai washed and chopped vegetables skillfully. Jiang Heyu felt that he was somewhat useless, so he volunteered: "I will cook."

Hua Lai was noncommittal.

Jiang Heyu put the wok on the induction cooker, studied how to use it for half a minute, and then turned on the heat to heat the oil.

He was not used to using an oil drum, so he opened the lid and poured half of the pot into it. Then he looked at Hua Lai's face and poured out the excess.

There was no range hood here, and it was difficult to control the heat of the induction cooker. Two minutes later, Jiang Heyu escaped from the room full of oil smoke, in a state of embarrassment.

Hua Lai shook his head, went up to reduce the heat and continued to stir-fry.

Jiang Heyu was satisfied with the two simple dishes. He held the bowl and looked at Hua Lai: "Thank you."

Hua Lai: "Eat quickly, you can wash the dishes after eating."

Jiang Heyu: "I will be the one doing the washing from now on."

He took two mouthfuls, his Adam's apple rolled, and the corners of his eyes were moist.

It had been a long time since he had eaten food cooked by Hua Lai, and the taste, which was like a world away, made him so excited that he wanted to cry.

His eyebrows arched into a beautiful arc, and he said sincerely: "It's delicious."

Hua Lai cooperated: "Eat quickly, we have to wait to see what tomorrow's task is."

The two of them chatted while eating. Hua Lai did it for the show's effect, but Jiang Heyu really wanted to chat with her.

Jiang Heyu: "I didn't perform very well today."

Hua Lai: "Very good."

Jiang Heyu: "Don't comfort me..."

Hua Lai interrupted: "Very good, self-aware."

Jiang Heyu said with a smile: "You can still joke, but you didn't do this before."

Hua Lai stopped what he was doing, and Jiang Heyu knew that he had said something wrong. He quickly said, "I'll make whatever you want to eat tomorrow. I just studied this induction cooker again, and I have no problem with it."

Hua Lai: "Let's see if there are any materials available. We don't get to choose here."

After the two of them finished eating and cleared the table, it was almost dark.

Jiang Heyu went out carrying the bucket again. After he carried the water three times in a row, Hua Lai couldn't help but ask: "What are you doing carrying so much water?"

Jiang Heyu: "You have to take a shower at night."

Hua Lai didn't expect this. When she was filming in the past, the environment was much more difficult than this. When conditions didn't allow it, it was common not to take a shower.

When Jiang Heyu returned from fetching water again, Hua Lai was receiving the task card for the next day from the program team.

The two of them opened it and looked at it together.

Hua Lai: "First, the male and female guests each do a small thing for each other..."

She turned her head and looked at Jiang Heyu, her face full of questions?

"Do one thing? Do one thing?"

Jiang He's face was so close to hers that she felt a little dazed.

Jiang Heyu: "What do you want to do for me?"

Hua Lai clenched her fists secretly and chose the simplest one: "Does it count to wake you up?"

Jiang Heyu: "Of course that's good, then what do you want me to do for you?"

Hua Lai racked her brains, thinking about what to do so that it would not look so ambiguous.

"Well...do..."

Jiang Heyu: "Let's talk tomorrow about the next task."

Hua Lai focused on the task card again: "Two, go to the designated place at eight o'clock to pick up the ingredients for the day...it's pretty simple; third, participate in the sports meeting and win electrical appliances!"

Jiang Heyu looked eager to give it a try: "It's good. We still need a lot of things."

It was Hua Lai's first time participating in a variety show, and she found it really boring. These tasks were mentally retarded and idiotic, and she didn't know what the audience was after. But for the sake of money and reputation, she had to continue to endure it.

When sleeping, Hua Lai pulled up a curtain on the bed to separate herself from Jiang He's bed.

Jiang Heyu looked at her eagerly: "Am I really sleeping on the floor?"

Hualai: "What else?"

Jiang Heyu: "It's really cold." He turned his back to the camera and muttered in a low voice: "Can you sleep on the bed? I promise to behave properly."

Hualai made a gesture of rejection.

Jiang Heyu sighed helplessly. He spread the straw mat on the ground. There was no extra cotton wool, so he could only lie down like this and cover himself with a thin quilt.

Hua Lai took the lead in saying "good night" in order to stop Jiang He from speaking.

Jiang Heyu had never slept on such a hard bed before, and he felt very uncomfortable all over, but he was satisfied because just across the curtain was the person he dreamed of.

He was lying on his side facing Hua Lai's bed, with a smile on his face in the dark.

Both of them were tired today. Jiang Heyu turned over several times and slowly fell asleep.

In the middle of the night, Hua Lai heard a small painful sound. She instantly opened her eyes and turned on the light, and found that the sound was coming from Jiang Heyu on the ground.

She put on a coat and opened the curtain, and found Jiang Heyu on the ground with his eyebrows furrowed and beads of sweat on his forehead. Her first reaction was that he had a fever!

She got out of bed and probed his forehead with the back of her hand. There was no abnormality in the temperature. But the man's lips moved and he didn't know what he was reading.

Hua Lai came closer and patted his shoulder: "Jiang He and Jiang He and you!"

The voice between the lips finally became clearer: "Yin Yin..."

Hua Lai's body stiffened.

Zhao Ling told her that Jiang Heyu had not slept well these past few years.

He curled up tightly into a ball, like a poor shrimp, not at all as cold as outsiders saw during the day.

She didn't know if he was trapped in a nightmare, but now she was facing the camera, and she couldn't leave him alone.

"Jiang Heyu, Jiang Heyu!" She wiped the sweat from his forehead with her sleeve.

Jiang Heyu finally opened his eyes, looked at her for a long time, grabbed her hand that was still on his forehead, and whispered: "It hurts..."
