[024] Pharmacy profiteers

Su Tong wandered around the city for a long time before she found a decent pharmacy.

When the boss saw Su Tong, he came out with a flattering look on his face: "Girl, do you want to see a doctor or buy medicine?"

"Buy medicine." Su Tong nodded friendly and took a step closer. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw a ragged young man kneeling in the back room, stubborn and insistent.

"Come on, come on, girl, please come with me." The boss made a gesture of invitation. When he passed by the young man, the young man grabbed his trousers.

"Boss Qin, please give me the medicine. Once I have the money, I will definitely return it to you!" the young man promised, almost kowtowing to him.

"You have money, but you don't know how many lifetimes later? Go away, go away! Don't hinder my business!" Boss Qin moved his feet, kicked the young man aside, pointed at the medicine wrapped on the table and snorted.

He said, "If you have money, take it. If you don't have money, no need to talk!"

Su Tong frowned, glanced at the young man sympathetically, and then turned her attention to Boss Qin again - it is said that doctors are like parents, but this Boss Qin is an absolute profiteer!

"The man has gold at his knees, why are you kneeling?" Walking next to him, Su Tong smiled slightly and patted the young man on the shoulder.

"So what about gold? It's not as important as mother!" The young man said with a stubborn expression, "This kind of truth is useless to us poor people."

Su Tong was startled, and a flash of appreciation flashed in her eyes!

"How can I reason with you? Look, you have gold right under your knees!" Su Tong curled her lips and pointed at his knees with her green-white fingers, then turned around and left without hesitation.

At that moment, she had already thrown a piece of broken silver into his lap.

She would rather choose such a gift in order to preserve the last dignity of the young man. She hates that kind of scene with snot and tears!

The young man was stunned and picked up the broken silver on the ground. It took him a while to come back to his senses. His eyes were filled with tears of gratitude and he shouted towards Su Tong's back: "My name is Alder! I will definitely repay you!"

Su Tong did not look back, waved her hand, and followed the boss into the pharmacy.

"What kind of medicine do you want, girl? Do you have a prescription?" As soon as we entered, the boss stood in front of the medicine cabinet and asked.

"Give me a portion of each tonic." Su Tong said boldly, with a gleam of interest in his eyes. Looking at the boss's busy appearance, he already had a plan in mind...
