Chapter 16 Throw-In

Throwing the ball is a way to restart the game.

Throwback balls cannot directly score goals.

Decided as a throw-in ball:

·When the whole ball crosses the sideline from the ground or in the air;

·Take the ball from the ball out of the sideline;

·Give it to the opponent who touched the player in the end.

The thrower should:

·Faced with the competition venue;

·The part of any foot stands on the sideline or on the ground outside the sideline;

·Use both hands;

· Throw the ball from behind and over the head.

Throwers are not allowed to touch the ball again before other players touch the ball.

Once the ball enters the game field, the game is held.

Violation/Punishment

Throwing the ball by players other than goalkeepers

If the thrower touches the ball again before the other players touch the ball (except with your hands):

·The opponent kicks an indirect free kick at the location of the foul.

If the thrower deliberately touches the ball with his hands before other players touch the ball after the game is played:

·The opponent will kick a direct free kick at the location of the foul;

·If the foul occurs in the throwing player's free throw area, the penalty kick will be awarded.

Throwing the ball by goalkeeper

If the goalkeeper touches the ball again before other players touch the ball after the game is played (except with hands):

·The opponent kicks indirect free kick at the location of the foul;

If the goalkeeper deliberately touches the ball with his hands before other players touch the ball after the game:

·If the foul occurs outside the goalkeeper's free kick, the opponent will kick a direct free kick at the place where the foul occurs;

·If the foul occurs in the goalkeeper's free throw area, the opponent will kick an indirect free kick at the place where the foul occurs;

If the opponent's player improperly blocks the throwing player or distracts him/her:

·He will be warned and presented with a yellow card for non-sports ethical conduct.

For any other violation of this rule:
