Chapter 15 Penalty Kicks

When the game is in progress, a team shall execute a penalty kick in the free kick in its own free kick due to violating one of the ten fouls that can be judged as direct free kick.

Free throw penalty can be scored directly.

At the end of each half or the first and second half of the finale, an extended period of free throw penalty shall be allowed to be executed.

The position of the ball and the players

ball:

·Put it at the free throw point.

The player who took the penalty kick:

·Confirm that it will be punished.

Defensive goalkeeper:

· Stay on the goal line between the goal posts of this team and face the penalty player until the ball is kicked out.

Apart from the penalty team members, the team members should be in:

·In the competition venue;

·Outside the free throw area;

·After the free throw point;

·At least 9.15 meters (10 yards) away from the free throw point.

·A signal to execute a penalty kick should be sent after the player is in the position specified by the rules;

Make a decision after the penalty kick is completed.

·The penalty kick is made by the player forward;

·Players shall not touch the ball again before other players touch the ball;

·The game is played when the ball is kicked and moved forward;

Violation/Punishment

The team members who take the penalty will enter the free throw area, either before the free throw point, or less than 9.15 meters (10 yards):

·The referee is allowed to kick the penalty kick;

·If the ball enters the goal, it should be kicked again;

·If the ball does not enter the goal, it should not be kicked again;

If the player touches a ball bounced from the goalkeeper, crossbar or post, the referee will stop the game and the defense will restart the game with an indirect free kick.

The goalkeeper's team member enters the free throw area, either before the free throw point, or less than 9.15 meters (10 yards):

·The referee is allowed to kick the penalty kick;

·If the ball enters the goal, the score is valid;

·If the ball does not enter the goal, it should be kicked again.

Both offense and defense players violate the rules of the competition:

·Re-kick.

If the ball is kicked out after the penalty kick:

The penalty player touches the ball again before other players touch the ball (except with their hands):

·The opponent kicks an indirect free kick at the location of the foul.

The penalty player deliberately touches the ball with his hands before other players touch the ball:

·The opponent kicks a direct free kick at the location of the foul.

The ball is touched by external factors and affects its movement forward:

·Re-kick.

The ball bounces back into the field from the goalkeeper, crossbar or goal post, and is then touched by external factors:

·The referee will suspend the game;
