·Circular;
·Made of leather or other appropriate materials;
·The circumference is not longer than 70 cm (28 inches) and not shorter than 68 cm (27 inches);
·The weight shall not exceed 450 grams (16 twelve), and shall not be less than 410 grams (14 twelve);
·The pressure is equal to 0.6~1.1 atmospheric pressure at sea level (600~1100 grams/cm2, 8.5~15.6 psi/cm2).
Bad ball replacement
If the ball breaks or is damaged during the game;
·Stop the competition;
· Use the replaced ball to restart the game by falling ball when the original ball is located when it is leaking.
If the ball breaks or is damaged when the ball is kicked, goal ball, corner kick, free kick, penalty kick or throw-in ball, etc.:
·Restart the competition according to the corresponding regulations.
The ball may not be replaced without the permission of the referee during the game.
International Football Council Resolution

Only footballs that meet the minimum technical requirements stipulated in Chapter 2 of the Rules can be used in the game.
In matches hosted by FIFA and the Intercontinental Federation, the ball used must carry one of the following three signs:
The first type is the formal "FIFA approved" logo;
The second type is the formal "FIFA production" logo;
The third type is the proven "international game ball standard".
The printed signs on the ball indicate that the ball has been formally tested and meets the special technical requirements specified at each level. The minimum technical requirements for the ball have been explained in Chapter 2 of the Rules. These special requirements related to each level must be approved by the International Football Council. The relevant testing agencies must also be approved by FIFA. The football associations of various countries can require the use of balls that meet one of the three logos mentioned above. Other balls used in matches must meet the requirements of Chapter 2 of the Rules.
