At that time, no matter whether they are good or evil, innocent or not, they will all be involved in this catastrophe, and they will involuntarily sacrifice more lives to pay off these sins.

Until then, killing and calamity will not care whether you are good or evil.

As long as you are burdened with cause and effect and sin, you must use your own life or the lives of others to cleanse it.

Therefore, the Religious Alliance believes that if you don’t kill, the sin of killing will not be added. If you don’t kill, those sins will still remain on the criminals and will not affect innocent people.

But that doesn't mean there won't be any punishment.

If you make a mistake and still be taken care of by a good person, then no one will have the slightest respect for doing evil in the future.

So the Religious Alliance proposed two methods.

One is the punishment of sealing off the town proposed by the Maoshan Religion.

According to the dogma passed down from ancient times in Maoshan, it is believed that except for zombies, there is no reason to kill all demons. Even if their actions are evil, they will be punished by heaven.

Not to mention Buddhism, they still believe that there is no sea and no bounds to turn back to the shore.

The other one is proposed by Taoist priest Lingguan, who proposes to reduce merit to crime.

When people make mistakes, they have to correct and make up for it.

If you kill someone and feel regretful, then you must take the crime of killing yourself into yourself and do not affect others.

Then eliminate the sin and turn the evil into good, which is to exchange the merit for the sin.

In this way, not only will the original sins be eliminated, but more good fruits in the world will be distributed to others.

There are two methods, one is suitable for stubborn people, and the other is suitable for people who are repentant.

They all contain the Taoist way of valuing life and hating death.

But Taoism also has its thunderbolts to subdue demons, and Buddhism also has its angry-eyed King Kong.

Valuing life and hating death does not mean that you should not kill at any cost.

Whether it's execution, sealing off the town, or exoneration of merit, all three theories are not exaggerated.

In the end, after many discussions, the Special Affairs Department settled on a guideline.

That is a crime that has caused extremely bad consequences, so he must be killed no matter what to set an example to others.

If the affected area is not large and the person is stubborn and unresponsive, he will be imprisoned until his calamity comes, and he will be dispatched from heaven.

Those who feel remorse can atone for their sins under the supervision of the Special Affairs Department.

However, not only do such people need to be strictly scrutinized, but if they commit the crime again, they may even use it as an excuse to escape the crime.

He will immediately impose the death penalty without hesitation to serve as a warning to those who come later.

As for what the criteria for judgment are and how to judge specifically, this is a long and lasting process of refinement.

Not even talking about earthly immortals, some human immortals who have the possibility of becoming earthly immortals themselves will also support them.

Some ordinary people with good intentions will not blindly oppose it.

Except for those who are filthy because of their own cultivation needs, or who have no hope of a future and want revenge, or those who regard all things as rotten dogs and sacrifice all living beings for their own sake.

But these people, in today's world, really can't afford to make any waves.

Otherwise, this country would have been in chaos long ago.
