International star: [Fei Lian-class heavy cruiser]

One of the Imperial Navy's 1897 99 Fleet Plans, Fei Lian, the legendary Feng Shen, Fei Lian class heavy cruiser, the Western code name: North Wind God-class large armored cruiser, was constructed by Union Iron Works in San Francisco, USA. Two ships of the same class were built, Fei Lian and Longjiang. The main design refers to the Pennsylvania class armored cruiser in the United States. Considering the reason why the 152mm guns on the middle and lower decks of the warships built during this period could not be effectively fired under strong winds and waves, the class ship cancelled all second-class artillery, and the armor and tonnage saved were all added to the first-class main gun group. At the same time, in order to adapt to the future construction of the Fearless Class warships in China as soon as possible, the unified main gun caliber was adopted on the Fei Lian class heavy cruiser for the first time, and four double-mounted 203mm artillery groups were arranged on the central axis.

Due to its novel style and beautiful oriental symmetrical layout, it has won unanimous praise from European and American powers. They have invited this class of ships to visit Europe and the United States, thus becoming an international star warship in the Imperial fleet.

However, her graceful posture did not affect her fierce firepower output. In the naval battle between China and Russia, she showed her majesty like the Wangshu-class heavy cruiser and once became the object of praise for the navies of various countries. It not only affected the design ideas of Britain's warships, but after the war, European and American countries used the Feilian-class heavy cruiser as a design reference.

This is the first time that the cruiser has used software to synthesize warship data, and has made simple modifications. I hope everyone will give more opinions and suggestions. Thanks again to the Teutonic Knight who has always designed warships for this book. By the way, it is too time-consuming to make this thing. This ship is just for fun as an IY myself, and I have to trouble experts in the future! O(∩_∩)O Haha~

The launch date was January 1899 and completed in March 1900.
