Chapter 2919 Three Layers of Foundation on the Moon

With the successful landing of the second lunar cargo spacecraft lander on the moon, the Haoyu Technology Lunar Zhihai Commercial Scientific Research Station project has been put into formal construction.

First, the large-scale lunar soil 3D printer project technical team spent more than a week to disassemble the various parts of the entire lunar soil 3D printer from the lander, and transported them to the research station construction site for assembly and debugging.

As the large-scale lunar soil 3D printer was assembled and debugged, it was immediately put into printing and laying the foundation of the entire research station. The foundation printing of the entire research station was divided into three layers, with the bottom layer being the compaction layer. Two multi-purpose engineering robots were used to start printing the entire research station.

The foundation is leveled and compacted.

Some scattered rocks, including raised mounds, on the site were cleared and leveled, and then the lunar soil and rocks were filled into the large and small craters.

Then give one of the multi-purpose engineering robots smooth cast iron wheels, install a load truck body, and then load rocks and lunar soil into the truck body. In this way, the weight of the entire multi-purpose engineering robot will be greatly increased.

In this way, we can use this load-bearing multi-purpose engineering robot to roll and compact the entire foundation site, just like a road roller.

After repeated rolling and compacting, a very flat foundation was obtained. After that, the alloy anchor points carried were used to insert into the entire foundation according to certain gaps to form several underground anchor points. Insert these

The alloy anchor points are not only to further consolidate the strength of the entire foundation, but also to lay the foundation for the subsequent foundation construction.

Using these anchor points as the foundation, you can use them as a starting point to lay the floor tiles printed by dissolving lunar soil in all directions. This kind of floor tiles are different from the square bricks used in buildings on Earth, and they are also different from the ordinary ones laid.

The floor tiles are different, but are similar to polygonal puzzle pieces. This kind of floor tiles have their own tenons and can be spliced together seamlessly.

And once spliced together, it is difficult to disassemble. It is very strong and has anchor points for support, so the entire floor tile layer is very stable.

Even if this is not enough, another layer of floor tiles must be laid on top of this layer of floor tiles. Like the above floor tiles, they are also polygonal puzzle floor tiles. They can fit perfectly with the surrounding floor tiles and the lower floor tiles, and are riveted and locked with each other.

, thus forming a balanced planar whole.

Of course, although this foundation of more than one thousand square meters seems to be very flat as a whole, it is found carefully that the entire foundation is divided into a number of 40 to 40 squares, and there is an anchor point in the middle of each square.

These anchor points are prepared for later construction facilities and equipment above.

This is like the deck of an aircraft carrier. It seems very flat, but it also involves many details, such as these evenly distributed anchor points, which are usually used to hook ropes to tie down aircraft parked on the deck.

The foundation of this lunar scientific research station also has such a function. Of course, its main function is to fasten the buildings above and related equipment installed.

In addition to these anchor points, there are also very complex pipelines below the second floor. These pipelines are responsible for the burial of pipelines related to the scientific research station above, and are used to integrate these complex pipelines so that the entire ground will not be confused due to too many pipelines.

.

With the participation of a large-scale lunar soil 3D printer, the entire foundation project progressed very quickly, and the foundation construction task was completed in just two lunar days.

A day on the moon is very, very long. Its day is equivalent to 27.322 days on Earth, which is a sidereal month. Among them, there are about fourteen days of daylight and about thirteen days of darkness.

Because the night on the moon is very cold, there is no sunlight, and the environment is very bad, so all the equipment is in hibernation. It will only wake up during the day and continue to operate. Wait until it has been in operation for fourteen days before going to sleep.

Make it through the night.

Two lunar days, excluding nights, are equivalent to about one month on Earth.

In one month, more than one square meter of foundation was laid, which can be said to be very fast. This is not like the earth, which lacks large-scale mechanical equipment and relies entirely on the robots sent to the moon.

Perform operations.

In fact, very few people are directly involved in the entire construction process. Intelligent systems are responsible for everything. Technicians only need to issue relevant instructions and enter relevant drawings. All other specific construction processes are covered by intelligent systems.

To organize, coordinate and control.

After the foundation construction of the entire lunar scientific research station is completed, this does not mean that you can start printing the building facilities of the lunar scientific research station. First, you must plan the entire foundation part according to the design drawings, and integrate all functional area modules.

Mark it above and verify it repeatedly.

Only after the entire planning and design has been verified can the formal construction project begin.

Of course, the main building facilities cannot be printed at this time. First, relevant roads must be planned on the more than 1,000 square meters of foundation according to relevant plans. These will be the main travel channels for future construction machinery on the foundation.

To put it simply, we still use floor tiles to lay some roads for construction machinery to pass through on the foundation of the Three Cities. Because the entire construction period is relatively noisy, with so many machines coming in and out, it is easy to damage the foundation, so at this time

Laying some roads on top will effectively protect the foundation from being crushed.

Even if these roads are damaged during construction, they can be replaced at any time or after construction is completed.

In the future, these roads will also be the main channels connecting various building facilities. In addition to retaining normal equipment maintenance channels, special channels will also be printed on these roads, which can also become corridors.

These corridors will connect various building facilities together to form a sealed whole. Personnel and equipment, including materials, can be transported through these corridors and reach the corresponding areas of the entire investigation station.

In this way, there is no need to install an independent airlock for each building, which would make it very inconvenient for personnel to enter and exit.

Of course, the ports connecting these corridors to these main buildings are equipped with sealed hatches. Even in longer corridors, there will be a sealed hatch at each distance.

This is also to learn the internal watertight cabin structure of submarines and ships, so that no matter which part breaks down or leaks, the sealed hatches at the nearest ends of this part can be quickly closed to isolate and ensure that other parts of the entire research station are not

Affected by this leak point.
