Most of people's ordinary senses are external, experiencing the stimulation and information of the world, forming insights and knowledge, and acting in interactions. This so-called world is everything outside of "my" body and mind.

So what is "I"? There is no need to have an answer first, but to feel it. When people open their eyes and look at the world, they often forget how to examine their inner body and mind, and it is even more difficult to achieve a state of introspection. And

This is the way to enter the first level of cultivation. Each sect may have its own secret method, but the principles are similar.
