But the Nine Sects of Taoism is different.

Once the spiritual energy of heaven and earth is incorporated into the body, it does not take the body of the Nascent Soul as the core, nor can it be controlled by the spiritual wisdom of the cultivator. It is like a wild horse that has escaped the reins, and its momentum is difficult to control; there is no chaos, and this is the best.

If you insist on using magic power to control it, it will inevitably have the opposite effect; the harder you use force and the more attentive you are, the more chaotic and violent the spiritual energy of heaven and earth introduced into the Nascent Soul will be.

The way of cultivation is not to "reach the extreme of emptiness, remain still and sincere" and let it go without doing anything; rather, it is quite the opposite, to use your willpower and magic power to forcibly manipulate and control, so as to stimulate it to achieve the opposite effect.

It's subtle, like a process of elixir formation that's a thousand times more complicated.
