Chapter 31 Morning

On Monday morning, Kewen got up before six o'clock.

After getting dressed, I glanced at my roommates who were sleeping soundly on the other two beds, and then quietly left the dormitory.

Going down to the first floor, there was no one in the common room hall. Ke Wen kept walking, pushed aside the 'Portrait of the Fat Lady', and came to the corridor on the eighth floor.

"Who is going out so early?"

In the portrait, the fat lady's questioning voice, which was not waking up, could be heard.

"It's me, Colvin Quinn." Colvin stretched out his hand and closed the 'door' of 'Portrait of the Fat Lady'.

Only then did the fat lady see Ke Wen, and she suddenly asked in confusion: "Where are you going so early?"

"I'm going out for a walk and getting some fresh air." Ke Wen responded with a smile and asked: "By the way, today is a new week. What is the password for this week?"

"Ah? I just woke up and haven't thought about it yet." The fat lady was a little embarrassed.

"Why don't you just change the password to Gryffindor?" Coven suggested with a smile.

"No, no, that way the password would be too simple." Upon hearing this, the fat lady shook her head repeatedly: "And it doesn't agree with my style. Let me think about it now..."

"Yeah, by the way, let's change the password to 'honey candy' this week."

"Okay madam, I'll take note of it." Ke Wen turned around and stepped forward, saying goodbye at the same time: "Then you can continue to rest for a while, I'll leave first."

The fat lady didn't respond. She covered her mouth with her left hand and yawned, and waved her hand perfunctorily in response...

After walking through the long corridor, Ke Wen came to the magic staircase tower. Seeing that the moving stairs leading down were swinging at other passages, he couldn't help but sigh.

He looked around, and the next moment, Ke Wen jumped down with a 'whoosh' sound.

Bang!

There was a dull sound of landing, and Ke Wen's figure hit the moving stairs on the seventh floor, causing the stairs to tremble.

Ke Wen ignored this. After looking down, he reached out to hold the handrail of the stairs, raised his legs, jumped up, and jumped down again.

Jump to the sixth floor, go down the stairs next to the wall to the fifth floor, and jump again.

From the fourth floor wall staircase to the third floor, Ke Wen jumped up the stairs to the second floor again. This time he did not follow the spiral staircase beside the wall. He simply jumped directly from the movable staircase on the second floor.

It went down and jumped directly to the bottom.

After landing, he looked up at the magic stairs that were moving in an orderly manner above him. Kewen shook his head and left the tower.

After walking through corridors, towers, and auditoriums, Coven left the castle. Then he walked through grass and woods, and finally came to the cliff on the edge of the island.

Looking back, I saw that the view here was blocked by a small forest. It was estimated that no one in the castle could see this through the window.

After scanning the open space at the top of the cliff, Ke Wen nodded with satisfaction.

Stepping to the center of the open space, Ke Wen took a deep breath, breathed out all the turbid air after brewing for a while, then got into a posture, and after concentrating and calming down, he started to box...

I practiced body fighting a few times, picked up a dead branch, and used it to practice military fighting a few times. Finally, I picked up some pebbles from around and threw them out with a shake of my wrist as if they were hidden weapons. This was a refresher on gun fighting.

.

Finally, Ke Wen wiped the sweat from his face with his sleeve, took out his wand and touched himself a little, and cast a 'clean up' spell on himself.

The clothes that were wet with morning mist and sweat were instantly dry and tidy.

I roughly calculated the time and found it was almost eight o'clock.

Therefore, Ke Wen did not continue walking outside the castle, but went directly to the main entrance of the castle.

After passing through the small woods that blocked his view, Ke Wen turned his head and squinted his eyes to look at the tower where his dormitory was located. He found that the window he had deliberately opened was not closed.

Seeing this, Kewen took out his magic wand and cast two "Flying Curses" in succession.

Soon, herbal medicine textbooks and history of magic textbooks flew in one after another, and Ke Wen caught them in his hands.

Next, Ke Wen continued to move forward, planning to go to the auditorium to read a book while waiting for breakfast to start.

At the same time, on the tower where the professor's office is located, Professor McGonagall and Professor Rolanda Hooch, who teaches flying classes, are standing side by side by the window in the corridor.

Ke Wen's action of using the flying spell to summon textbooks was completely seen by the two of them.

Seeing that Ke Wen successfully caught the textbook, Professor Huo Qi from the flying class couldn't help but exclaimed: "Beautiful 'Flying Curse' cast!"

Beside him, Professor McGonagall, who was holding a cup of coffee, heard the words and raised the corners of his mouth slightly, with a look of satisfaction on his face.

"He is only in the first grade." Professor Huo Qi then sighed: "At this age, he has mastered the ability to cast spells without 'waving' the wand. If he practices more in the future, the wandless cast of the Flying Curse will almost come naturally."

"This kid is a genius." Professor McGonagall finally spoke, stroking the coffee cup in his hand, and said appreciatively: "Not only is he smart, he is also very hardworking. Those of us professors who have met him once thought that he would definitely be assigned.

Ravenclaw, I didn’t expect that we, Gryffindor, would end up here.”

"Oh?" Mrs. Huo Qi asked in surprise: "Do you know this child? Whose family does he belong to? Why don't I remember him?"

"He is the child under Ollivander's custody." Professor McGonagall explained: "We met him at the wand shop when we were shopping for first-year students during the holidays."

"So that's it." Mrs. Huo Qi was stunned, and then she was stunned again: "He is... the child reported in the newspaper? The second child to survive the death curse?"

"It's him." Professor McGonagall confirmed.

"Oh~poor child..." Mrs. Huo Qi said with a pity expression: "This child's incident caused a sensation at first. I heard that many wizards wanted to go to him and get some luck."

"Hmm." Professor McGonagall nodded, her face slightly turning ugly: "After that, it was the Academy and the Ministry of Magic that worked together to keep the child away from any disturbance."

"I hope he will continue to have good luck in the future." After hearing this, Mrs. Huo Qi said no more and said instead: "Breakfast time is almost here, let's go down to the auditorium."

"good."

Professor McGonagall responded, turning back to the office to put away the coffee cup, and then went to the auditorium with Mrs. Hooch.

At eight o'clock sharp, breakfast time in the auditorium began and lasted for forty-five minutes.

After breakfast, there is still half an hour before class. This time is used for students to eat or go back to the dormitory to prepare textbooks.

Kewen had already prepared the textbooks he needed in the morning, so he did not return to the dormitory. Instead, he waited until the time was almost up, and then left the castle with several Gryffindor freshmen and went to the Herbology class outside the castle.

Walk to the greenhouse where you are...
