41. Master duel

The one closest to the west is the Andili River. The water of this river is relatively slow, and the river bed is relatively flat and wide. It was the Japanese army's 56th Division that penetrated the 600-mile jungle and copied the retreat route of the ancient Chinese defenders.

Best route.

The reason why Old Man Sun leads this road by himself is because here, he is most likely to encounter Japanese. When Old Man Sun carried a shotgun and pointed at the river bed to explain the situation to Brother Chao, Nakata Jiayu was leading the way.

Two Japanese soldiers were walking 600 meters downstream of the Andili River.

"Sir, there is a situation."

Nakata Jiayu pointed his right hand to the left and right, and the two Japanese soldiers quickly separated, holding rifles, squatting on both sides to cover Nakata Jiayu.

Nakata Jiayu lay on the ground, pushed aside a few grasses in front of him, and looked through the sniper scope. He saw an old man carrying a shotgun and two soldiers wearing American military uniforms. One of the soldiers was holding something similar to his own.

I have the same thing in my hand, a Type 97 sniper rifle produced by the Empire of Japan.

Nakata Jiayu was hesitating. There were only four enemies, but they should not be underestimated at all, especially the soldier holding a sniper rifle. If he fired one shot, it would be difficult to find a chance to fire a second shot. The old hunter himself would not have many.

Combat power, but in this boundless tropical jungle, the role of a guide is far greater than that of a reconnaissance team of the imperial army. Shooting an old hunter is of great significance.

Old Man Sun took Brother Chao and the others and continued walking along the river beach, preparing to find a relatively high point in order to detect Japanese troops that might pass by here earlier. Old Man Sun walked at the front, Brother Chao followed closely.

Afterwards, Ouyang and Tang Si followed Brother Chao on the left and right. The three special forces members with extremely rich combat experience adopted the strict "three-three system" infantry attack and advance mode, covering each other.

Attacks can be launched in three different directions at any time.

Nakata Jiayu carefully moved the muzzle of the gun and aimed at the soldier holding the sniper rifle. This Chinese man was the most worthy of Nakata's attention. Since he could hold the Type 97 sniper rifle produced by the empire in his hand, it showed that he was very skilled.

It is easy to shoot the old hunter by yourself, but once the gun is fired, you will be in a confrontation with the Chinese sniper. Either I will kill him, or he will kill me.

The enemy was getting closer and closer. Nakata Jiayu put down his sniper rifle and silently swore to His Majesty the Emperor in his heart: "Your Majesty the Emperor, in order for the general's troops to secretly penetrate the flanks of the Chinese army and complete the mission of rapid attack, I am willing to choose to sniper and kill the old man.

Hunters, serve the Emperor, and the Japanese Empire will have a long-lasting military destiny."

After finishing talking, Nakata Jiayou held the sniper rifle, estimated the flow speed of the air and the humidity by the river, slightly adjusted the scale of the sniper scope, aimed at the old hunter's forehead, adjusted his breathing and heartbeat, and adjusted his fingers

He gently touched the trigger and silently counted the old hunter's progress in his mind, "One, two, three." When he counted to three, he gently pulled the trigger with his right index finger, and the bullet flew out.

When the gunfire rang out, Brother Chao shouted: "Get down."

Brother Chao subconsciously lay on the ground and rolled to change his position.

Tang Si and Ouyang naturally fell to the ground immediately. Although the three of them found a position where they could barely see the horizon while rolling, the three of them covered each other and the posture in which each could launch an attack did not change.

Brother Chao used the cover of stones on the river bed to slowly reveal his head to observe, and found that the old hunter had been shot, leaving a small bullet hole in his forehead.

"It's a sniper." Brother Chao whispered to the two brothers, "No one of you can move without my order."

Ouyang and Tang Si didn't speak, but they knew what Vice Captain Chang's words meant. Even if they exposed their heads a little, they might be sacrificed in a foreign country at any time.

After Nakata Jiayou's gunshot, in order not to be discovered by the Chinese sniper, he immediately changed his position. After hiding himself, he slowly raised his sniper rifle. The three Chinese soldiers had disappeared. The old hunter on the river bed

Lying there motionless, Nakata Jiayu didn't feel relaxed at all. He sniped and killed the old hunter who was not a big threat to him, but the location of the Chinese sniper could not be found. This was the biggest threat to him.

Nakata turned to look at his comrades on both sides. They were all veterans. Although they only had 38 rifles in their hands, after the gunshot, they quickly changed from a squatting position to a lying position, protecting the left and right.

The left and right wings of the sniper.

Nakata put away the sniper rifle. He knew that the Chinese sniper would not show his head for a while and would not reveal his position. It was best to stop observing first and not let the opponent catch the opportunity of the sniper scope's flash.

Nakata slanted his body, lying at the foot of the slope, closing his eyes, listening quietly to any movement, and carefully feeling any change in smell in the air.

"Steady, steady, in this duel between snipers, either you die or I die. Mom, if I die, my soul will return to Hokkaido, to the fishing village, to you, forever.

Never leave again."
