Even if someone has great supernatural powers and can avoid the warning and climb over the wall to sneak in. But in front of such a wide and unprotected lawn, there is still nothing to hide.
The first important condition for the construction of the Commander-in-Chief's Mansion is safety.
All other factors come later.
And this lawn does not seem to be useless now.
The lawn is divided into two parts: left and right.
On the land on the left, various frames were painted with lime, and two iron gates were erected.
"What is this for?"
The only one who can explain it is Zuo Mengeng.
"This is a football field. It can be used for sports and fun, and it can also be used for flying kites."
After everyone heard this, they really couldn't imagine what football was.
The lawn on the right is a real lawn.
Only a platform was built at the front end.
It will be used for some public events and can also entertain guests.
To put it bluntly, this design is inspired by the white house.
Zuo Mengeng believes that there will always be times of need.
When everyone walked across the lawn, they saw a tall and majestic building made entirely of granite.
The entire building is milky white in color, and there are twelve marble columns supporting the eaves on the front.
There is an open space about three meters wide between the marble pillars under the eaves and the wall.
Look again, there are gentle cement slopes on both sides that gradually go downwards and finally connect naturally to the ground.
"If it's raining or snowing, the carriage can come up from both sides and park directly under the eaves, avoiding the inconvenience of getting wet by rain and snow."
After learning about this purpose, everyone looked at it one after another and took all the architectural details into their minds.
After going back, you can completely imitate it, which will obviously be of great benefit for access.
Of course, looking at the twelve marble pillars that only three people could surround, everyone understood tacitly that no one's home could be built like this.
Although Shandong emphasizes that everyone is equal and there is no distinction between high and low. However, some necessary rules that highlight status cannot be exceeded.
Zhang Lian introduces this building to everyone.
"This is the Yuanlai Hall. It is taken from the Analects of Confucius, which means "it is a joy to have friends come from afar." It is the place where the Commander-in-Chief's Mansion is used to meet guests."
Yuanlaitang is the grandest and largest building in the entire commander-in-chief's mansion. The interior is divided into many parts and has four floors in total.
There are oversized auditoriums and banquet rooms on the first floor, which are used to hold large-scale meetings and large-scale ceremonies.
The auditorium and banquet hall occupy about two floors, with a ceiling height of more than eight meters.
Thirty-six super-large Lotus Throne glass lamps are installed on the ceiling above. After they are all lit, the entire room will be brightly lit even at midnight, as if it were daytime, and there will be no blind spots for lighting.
At the same time, the remaining part of the first floor is also equipped with a very large central cluster kitchen, which can serve a banquet of 500 people at a time.
On the second floor, there are rooms with various functions, which can be used for working and meeting guests with different identities.
What attracts everyone’s attention the most is the one on the east side of Yuanlai Hall.
Here, glass is used to build water channels with different heights. The water comes from nowhere and slowly falls along the transparent water channel, forming a small waterfall at the bottom.
Below the waterfall, there is a small pool with an area of hundreds of square meters. Carp of various colors swim back and forth in the crystal clear water, which is bright and dazzling and refreshing.
Sitting at the desk next to the second floor, no matter what business you are dealing with, you won't feel tired, right?
After passing Yuanlaitang, there began to be more buildings.
On the other side of the winding path paved with river pebbles are four two-story buildings side by side.
"This is the Xianjutang. If any guests need to stay overnight, they can stay here."
There are four two-story buildings, two of which are cement masonry structures and the other two are traditional solid wood buildings.
The brick and stone structure building is full of Western colors, while the solid wood building has an oriental charm.
No matter what the status of the guest is, they can choose the accommodation they like.
Between Xianjutang and the building opposite is Baotu Spring.
The building directly uses the natural scenery as a division, which is natural and not obtrusive, and can allow both the host and the guest to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Obviously Zhang Lian put a lot of thought into it.
The three springs of Baotu Spring never stop spouting, the spring water roars, and the abundant water vapor fills the nearby space, which suddenly eliminates the scorching heat of midsummer.
Coupled with dense weeping willows and looming corridors, the beauty of Chinese architecture is fully demonstrated.
Past here is the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
This design was also considered by Zhou Xiang.
Guests staying in the Xianjutang will never be able to pass without passing the sight of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Internal Affairs Department in the Commander-in-Chief's Mansion has a total of more than 1,100 people, divided into seven or eight departments, including the Attendant's Office, Service Office, Official Office, and Security Office. All work revolves around Zuo Menggeng's family.
These people have a staff but are not responsible to the outside world and only follow the orders of Zuo Menggeng's family.
After passing through the Ministry of Internal Affairs, we finally arrived at the core area of the Commander-in-Chief's Mansion.
"Everyone has been walking for a long time, you must be tired, right? It's noon, how about we have a good meal first?"
The guests followed the host, and everyone followed Zuo Mengeng into the restaurant.
After entering the interior, everyone discovered that this restaurant also has many layouts.
Looking at each patterned brand, everyone couldn't help but be curious.
"What's the point of this Oriental restaurant?"
Although Chinese restaurants and Western restaurants are equally novel, everyone can still understand them after tasting them.
But this Oriental restaurant is the only one that everyone can't understand.
