There is nothing but peace.

Qingyuan continued to ask Liao Jingyuan: "So do you think this is a shortcoming of Theravada Buddhism?"
Liao Jingyuan shook her head and said: "I don't think this is a shortcoming of Theravada Buddhism. I think it is a shortcoming of those who practice Theravada Buddhism."

Liao Jingyuan said: "Theravada Buddhism emphasizes self-transfer, which is like a small boat that can only carry one person.
Mahayana Buddhism emphasizes ferrying people, which is like a large ship that can carry many people.

If you are just trying to save yourself, then it actually doesn't matter.
But while you are saving yourself, you must also save others.
You don't let the people you are ferrying get on board, you just ask them to help you pull and push the boat.

And what do all sentient beings need?

This accumulation is not the original mana in the body that has been rejuvenated.
Instead, new mana is accumulating.

Let yourself continue to look like an ordinary person and continue to preach.

In the beginning, all the people who came on the first day came on the second day.
At the same time, many new people joined.
By the evening of the second day, the number of people who came to listen to the scriptures had reached almost one-third of the city's population.
You must know that this is not a mandatory requirement in Qingyuan. They came to listen to the scriptures on their own initiative.
By the evening of the third day, more than two-thirds of the people in the city had come.
Even the king of the city and some nobles from the palace appeared at the scene.

Instead, it provides a clearer explanation of Buddha.

But Mahayana Buddhism is different.
In Mahayana Buddhism, the Buddha is by their side, and they also have the spirituality and understanding to become a Buddha.
This is what they really pursue.

So what they can do is let Qingyuan and Liao Jingyuan leave.

When Mahayana Buddhism truly flourishes, they can start practicing Mahayana Buddhism openly.
