CQC Three-Shooting Training Evaluation

Evaluating the effectiveness of a person's shooting training is extremely important to determine whether the person has the ability and confidence to participate in CQC - letting a team member who is not good at shooting participate in live-fire exercises is not suitable for him personally and for the attack team. Because when you After entering the attack point, every decision must be made in a very short time. You can no longer worry about whether the teammates behind you have enough ability to complete the task. One of the evaluation criteria is 'pressure' (performance below) ): In normal non-test/actual combat situations, everyone can be a good shooter; but when the same person is put into an environment that requires meeting certain requirements, he will lose his original sense of rhythm, and even Forget the training you have received. Perhaps the brothers who have received long training in skydiving in Kongtli understand this feeling best - when a person is under the pressure of time, he may think that he is 'seeing' something; It's not 'certain' whether he saw it. This kind of pressure is not uncommon in live-fire CQC: attack team members are often placed in unsafe environments and only know their targets after receiving orders. In fact, there is no Any type of assessment will 100% prevent an unsafe shooter from participating in CQC; however, the shooting plan in this document can provide you with some indicators to identify those who are not yet ready to participate in CQC and those who need more attention. team members.
